ZERO STARS..They didnt help at all. They suck! Kept giving me the run around for two days on a simple coverage question. Im going with Progressive

So glad I was insure with infinity got into a car accident a few days ago and it was bad, called them and they sent a inspector who told me they could fix the car. So I should have my prius fixed in a few weeks.

They do not help me recent paperwork did somebody was getting my information and I called them and they didnt response poor service

I dont know why you say I posted hating an infinity location. I have never been to one! I have spoken with them a couple of times and found all the staff I dealt with to be exceptional.
