He was very helpful, professional; we(husband and I) went to his office on Port Washington Road. My husband is happy with the Home Insurance Policy that was offered we signed the forms at his office. We all had our mask on, had out side air circulating throughout the room and social distancing.We are still awaiting the paperwork from the headquarters of the insurance company to send us the Home Insurance Policy that we signed with the whole out look regarding the Home Insurance Policy in the mail. However since we didnt get the policy in the mail yet we are rateing three stars until we get all the information in the mail.

We moved out of Wisconsin and wanted to give Bernie a thumbs up! We have received great customer service from him! Anytime we had questions and had to leave a message, Bernie was very responsive. If youre new to the area or looking for an insurance agent, we highly recommend him!
