Well because Im such a good driver. No accidents ever.. this insurance was cool had them for bout a year and a half. A little pricey. You should always shop around and never settle

Sonia, was great even though I may bug her alot.My wife & I have 3 vehicles insured through access and the primary reason is because of the way we were initially treated with the first vehicle by Sonia.So when we purchased our second vehicle we also took it to access and Sonia insured it as well.We just recently purchased another vehicle which puts it two three all together. So that in itself speaks volumes about access and the wonderful agent Miss Sonia. Thanks Access Auto insuranceSonia is the best i really appreciate her and the reminder call about my insurance. Cause i never want to get pulled over without it. Im not good at remembering thing to pay buy she helps me time and time. I glad she is that way.

They asked me for my social security number and demanded I explain how I am self employed. They also needed me to spell my name out five different times. Incompetent and shady. I asked to speak to the manager and they demanded I give a reason. I said Im unsatisfied with the customer service. They refused to speak with me.Seems pretty obvious theyre running a scam. I cant trust it.

Access Auto Insurance is great for low price insurance. My only problem with them is when I added a vehicle I confirmed my due date hadnt change. They change my due date without notice and had to get it reinstated.

Very very very poor company on a full covered vehicle took over 6 months t resolve never got solved so left this dam company and switched to Geico to have to only pay for all the repairs my dam self never go with these people its a scam and a third party company working out of Chicago with offices in the Arizona area its a scam to all consumers like me who paid for full coverage service thank God I switched it cost me money tht the insurance company is suoose to cover on a fully covered vehicle but its a lesson learned they suck !! Worse como ay ever!!!!!
