Its never a fun experience when you half to go here because its not for a fun reason obviously but the staff are all very nice and informative! Manny was my tech and he made sure I understood everything 100% before I left the building! If you half to have a interlock device installed these are the people to call!!

Been seeing Manny every other month for a year and he makes coming in for the recalibration appointments as smooth and entertaining as can be.

This company has always been very nice and very resourceful for me. They have taken the time to work with me in hard situations and understand that life happens I cannot recommend a better place to have an interlock device installed especially Stefanie she is extremely understanding explained everything in detail and makes the time no seem so long.

The whole business of an interlock is wrong. Not all states require it-WI does. All drivers who get an OWI here whether their first or 3rd offense have to have it. Whether you killed someone, caused an accident or just got pulled over for another reason. The device itself is as distracting as using a cell phone! The slightest hesitation sets off the car horns. It makes me wonder how many acts of road rage were mistakenly instigated by one of these things.-other drivers thinking youre beeping at them. Not to mention the extra $1,000 it costs and a year of appointments. This is also a traveling business-moves every day from one city and leased building to another.In all fairness, the maintenance techs were very professional and Diana was helpful with billing and appts. These people made the year long experience a little more bearable. I hope their next jobs are with a better company!
