The air went out in my parents house on Tuesday night and they came out that night and looked at it and advised us what we needed to do and then came back out the next morning and worked on it all day as they found what was going on. They also advised we need to get our ductwork done or else we will keep having the same problem. We are waiting for a bid and then will get work done as this is an honest, affordable, and friendly company.

We had problems with our furnace last Friday. I called American Cool and Heat the next morning.There was a tech at our home about 2 hours later. He diagnosed our problem (we needed a new blower motor) and fixed it. He cleaned the lines, and replaced our humidifier filter, and made recommendations for things we could do to keep it clean. When he installed the new motor, he tested the air flow at several place in our home, to make sure everything was set properly. He was thorough, efficient, and professional. We were quite impressed with the level of service, and would recommend American Cool and Heat!!!

Awful! Did come out right away. Told me I needed a new motor that didnt fix the problem. Out $1200 now and no fixed ac. Then they originally said it would be $4000 for a new unit and that suddenly went up to $7000. The money I put in for the motor would be applied, now suddenly that drops ti $600 credit. Im hot and out $1200!

I just had these guys come out to replace my heater. I called around and the prices were a bit out of my budget. One thing I required was for the company to licensed. I knew that would drive up the price a bit, but Id rather have it done right the first time. These guys are certified, acted professional, and gave me a good price. Id recommend them to my friends and family.

I had an AC unit go out at my business on the wrong day. It had to go out on what seemed like the hottest day in history. I called around and no one was answering anywhere. These guys were the first to answer, and you could tell they were busy that day. I wasnt expecting them to be able to even take a look at it that day, but they made it out the same day and got everything repaired, and Im a happy camper. Id definitely do business with them again.
