We had Moe out to replace a couple of faucets and a toilet. Bert is the best! He showed up on time and handled the whole job quickly and professionally. Nice guy. Its great to find a plumber you can rely on, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Called Moes Co. 3 weeks ago to request a quote on 2 mini split HVACs. They scheduled the appointment on a Friday of the following week. The tech showed up on Friday, measured everything and said he would e-mail me a quote on Monday. I did mention I have kids and the rooms get really cold and I need the units ASAP. Monday came and gone NO quote was even e-mailed. The Thursday of that same week, contacted Moes Co, e-mailed them asking where the quote was, again there was NO response, today is the 2nd week since the tech showed up but still NO quote NO response. Called another company, they showed up the next day and provided me a quote right on the spot, no need to wait weeks for a quote.These guys either have too much business and dont need another one or they simply dont care and their customer service is HORRIBLE. Either way I DO NOT RECOMMEND Moes Services, there are many other ones who deserve your business but definitley NOT Moe Co.

Excellent Service !!! We contacted Moes Plumbing regarding an issue with a shower located on our second story. We had house guests from out of town on their way and our shower was out of commission. Moes responded promptly and professionally. From the call with Customer Service to the arrival and completion of the repair by the repair Technician, the service was EXCELLENT. My recent encounter with this company was a terrible experience. Im an Amazon delivery driver and had a couple deliveries on W. Acacia Ave. in Glendale. As I was making a delivery on the street provided an MOE employee was aggressively honking trying to get by to pull in his driveway. This man shouted at me every name in the curse book. He speeded to get by with his companys pick-up truck and as a result side swiped my mirror. He continue to violently shout at me as he got off his vehicle to approch me. This man was very close to attacking me while his children (about 8 and 10) laughed and his wife watched. I left the area afraid and unable to complete my deliveries on that street. He is a poor representation of a man and his company. Please becareful who you let in your home. This man can possibly be the one (he looks Asian).

Friday 5/17/19 Steven checked out our leaky shower and told us he will have to order parts. Not having heard back from him after 7 days, called them today 5/24. Receptionist said he was not at work, and she said that her computer shows that we were supposed to order the parts!!??. Now, we have to wait till Tuesday 5/28 before she can let us know. Thats 11 days of leakage. We were misled. Terrible company. Please dont use them or you will get the same runaround

$1400.00 to install two faucets, and one cartridge in my only working (now leaking) shower. **Update: Moe came back to us to try and fix our issues. One they definitely fixed was that we were assigned a 2nd plumber to work on our installations, and we had specifically asked for only one -- thus increasing the labor cost. Moe agreed that this wasnt right, and they credited us back around $400 dollars. They also sent over two additional workmen to try and find a fix for the new problem, but were unable to do so. We have since replaced the shower with another company, so the problem has gone away. I should also mention that the work they did on the bathroom faucets was first rate. So I will move them up a star.

We had plumber we picked off Yelp, quoted $285 to install a simple kitchen faucet. Moe Plumbing came, replaced, total charge $126, less than half. Came on time, clean, and smelled good!

Originally, I had a frustrating experience with Moes Plumbing. They sent out the wrong type of person to repair the leak I had, and then when the issue wasnt resolved, they sent out a second person and charged me a 2nd time. When they heard how frustrated I was, however, they were very polite and have since improved the situation.
