Had the standard 14,000 mile service done early September before our 1600 mile round trip out to Michigan for our sons wedding. The RX350 performed perfectly and got great gas mileage. The trip was very enjoyable and comfortable with no surprises just the way we expected.

While from the moment I drove my car in for maintenance to the end, the service has been impeccable, it was unknown to me that there was a charge for my maintenance as the service advisor NEVER discussed any prices with me. So when I went to pick up my car, I was embarrassed to find out that there was a pending charge I needed to pay. The service advisor kept saying he did discuss prices, but why would I be lying in this situation? If I had known I needed to pay, I would obviously remember something like this. This is such a horrible experience but I ended up paying anyways because the service was already completed. The rest of the team were nice and friendly, its just this payment was never mentioned. Please be aware and always ask if theres a charge.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our first Lexus. We saw two pre-owned certified cars listed online that we were interested in checking out and came to the dealership. We met Jael, who helped us narrow down our choices. He was very friendly and accommodating, and didnt rush us through the process, which did took over a few days.Its been over a month now and we had to bring the car to service as it was low on freon. It was a minor issue, but Jael and Mike from service were on top of it and took care of the issue. Im very glad that we purchased our car from Rallye Lexus. Its been great experience so far. Me and my wife went to Rallye Lexus today to test drive and setup a purchase for a new RX450H. I was told to ask for Tony when I got there. We were given a sales person who never introduced himself or told us his name. When he took us on a test drive he was mainly in the back seat on his phone. They only time he spoke during the ride was if I asked home a question. We finally learned his name was Troy when he gave us his card before we left. The sales manager Tony also never introduced himself. I was only going to do business here because I’m a Northwell employee and would get a discount. Due to poor customer service we received here we have made the decision to not give them our business at all.

Very disappointing experience when I went here. Would I buy another Lexus? Sure, but Im going back to Ray Catena.Made an appointment with Troy. Got here but he was still with a customer, thats fine, waited 45 minutes for him to finish. We had already agreed on a deal and I was just there to sign papers. Except, the car wasnt even there. Why is the car I am trying to purchase not ready for us? His attitude turned as soon as I said Im not signing papers for a car that Ive never even seen or sat in. He then calls for the car and I finally get to sit in it after another 30 min wait. He basically got the sale after 1 phone call and still had the audacity to act as if he was doing me the favor since I never even test drove the car with this dealer. My wife commented that we shouldnt have to plead to see a 50k+ car, this is not luxury and the German 3 never did this.Kept rushing me stating that we had to close the deal a certain time because of their finance department and prepping the car. Utter nonsense, BMW has never rushed me and Benz sales have also stayed a little later to accommodate me, the buyer, instead of vice versa. I also requested for him to tell the dispatch to not wash the car, but guess what, he didnt communicate that and they washed it anyway, meaning brand new caviar color already has some swirl marks. Great..

Rallye Lexus. So because of the brand, I was expecting a level of customer service unparalleled. Boy, was I wrong. From the receptionist who doesn’t remember that she just asked for a Salesperson for us to the Salesperson. I’m in Mortgage Sales and If was to provide the experience this guy provided to me and my wife. I wouldn’t eat and my company would be trashed as a result and they would probably let me go. Never asked if we wanted to test drive the vehicle, they changed the price of the car on us (CARFAX clearly shows when they did that) can’t delete CARFAX, sorry. Never sent a buy order until we asked. Wow! Looking at the Buy Order, there’s $3,000. Some odd fee that he put in the area of balance we owed on the car we’re trading. We have the Lien release. They have a copy of the lien release. What’s that fee? We called and asked the Receptionist (that same Receptionist) can we speak to Management about transferring to another Rep. That didn’t happen. Can’t believe we experienced this at Rallye. It’s like they’re really Major World hiding behind the Rallye branding. On another note, the Finance Guy was amazing. Very responsive.

Tyrone was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with - everything that makes a great sales person. I went to Rallye Lexus to get a used car. Paul was my salesman and he proved to be patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The overall experience at the dealership was good. I never once felt rushed and Paul answered all my questions (I had a lot of them). Its too early to tell whether or not they sold me a lemon but if you dont see an edit to this post it most likely means I am happy with my purchase.

I Was very unhappy how James Quinlan treated me, he was more concerned about charging me a service fee to look at my vehicle even though I had an extended warranty. He went back and forth saying even though your warranty covers engines it depends on what part of the engine, my warranty covered the engine he made absolutely no sense. Then he said to me I’ll call you back, I never gave James Quinlan my number. Wanna be con artist. They are only interested in customers who spend cash for repairs because they can charge a higher rate with cash compared to what the warranty pays.Don’t take your car here for service unless you want to go for a ride

While she loved the car, But it was the service we received from Andy Hyun that convinced us to lease the car. He was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, respectful and professional. At the same time he was humble, not pushy, and completely understanding of what we were looking for. After the purchase, he remained in communication with us to be sure we were satisfied. From start to finish, other than the finance manager (who was efficient) our experience was terrible. The dealer closed early on the afternoon of our test drive because of a power outage but never called and we wasted our first trip to Rallye Lexus. We came the next morning after giving clear instructions that we were under time constraints and needed to see the car right away - which we told them we wanted to buy! - we still waited 30 mins for the salesman to find the car for a test drive. After we bought the car and showed up for the actual pick up, it wasnt even on the lot - it was at the body shop and our salesperson didnt even know until we walked in the door. Who doesnt check to make sure a car you are literally selling isnt there. Another wasted trip. We finally showed up to pick up the car and they did not have a wheel lock in the car - who sells a pre-owned car, lets you leave in the car, and never even checks that the wheel lock is there. Took another few days to sort that out. All in all, horrible experience.

Their sales representative Paul Ok, made my certified pre-owned purchasing experience easy, absolutely no hassles. Paul immediately took us to the car we were interested in, let us look at it and no questions asked, said he would go get the key for us to test drive it. Most of the time its an interrogation before we can even get a test drive, but not here. Same day we made a deal with Paul that worked for us and got a great deal worked out with Josh Weiss for the extended Service Plan and Tire/Wheel Road Hazard protection. Went in on a Saturday, got the car by Monday. Paul made it easy for us, making sure all the paperwork was in order, thoroughly went through necessary information about the car, purchasing, services and warranties. Overall the experience as i have stated was amazing and would highly recommend. Also, Paul was consistent in reaching out to me via text after the first visit, during the day of purchase, and after when I had the car for about a week just to check in. Speaking of the car, I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus GS 350 and when i picked it up it was pristine as requested. I have had it for over a month now and I love it, car is amazing. Rallye Lexus knows how to treat their customers right and I am looking forward for my first car service with them!

I have made several calls to the service department and I have yet to receive a call back. I bought my certified preowned car 4 years ago and I started having problems with my battery recently. I have an extended warranty and I have asked to speak to a service representative but their answer is they are not available and will give you a call back. After a month of waiting for a call back I had no choice but to find a mechanic to fix my car. What is the purpose of an extended warranty if I am unable to use it. I would never recommend this dealership.

This is one of the worst experience I have ever encountered. The service experts as Lexus call them misdiagnosed my car . My proposed bill is about $2600.00 and that didnt solve the problem. The part that was bad only cost $180.00 and 20 minutes to replace it. I will never take my car to Lexus again and I will not recommend Lexus to anyone. The corporate office staff was not pleasant either. When I sell this car Im going to buy Audi. My only positive experience with Lexus was the service lady who took my car in. She was very nice to me.

I recently purchased an RX 350 Lexus it was a 2019 model and used as a loner vehicle. It is supposed to come with 1 year of Lexus Inform, but since the vehicle is 1 year old, they do not honor what the car should come with as advertised. Be careful buying form them, after paying over 40k for the car, paying $80 to make the customer happy would be a small price.

We were in the market to buy a lexus and this search took us to Rallye Lexus. The first time you go in, they are all about courting you and making sure you get a car from them. Then the real problem starts. The sales agent who shall not be named (sales and leasing agent), was very sloppy in emails about the paperwork, if you ask him two questions, he will reply with one word to it - OKAY. There was limited customer service in the showroom, since everything could be handled by email due to COVID-19. However, none of the paperwork, processing steps, etc. were able to be completed online. They required us to print, mail, fill out and sign manually. I can only blame him so much - the real problem is that Rallye Lexus doesnt provide their sales team any support. They have to do - emails, customer showing, appointments, follow up. But our bad experience continued even after the payments were done. We didnt pick up the car the same day (since it was a saturday and DMV is closed). It went from bad to a nightmare. There is NO customer service, the agent wont answer his phone. He wont answer his email. No update on paperwork is provided, no delivery update is provided. When we called him a few times and he returns a call, he had the audacity to ask us to NOT call him anymore because he is very busy- what happened to customer service, honesty, integrity, transparency and loyalty? This was insane. Please avoid this dealer.

I took my lease for its first servicing. I hit 10k miles and was getting my first oil change. I was greeted well by Michael, however he wasn’t too enthusiastic at the end when it came to answering my questions about what work they did to my car. While I was waiting for my car to finish getting serviced, I decided to walk around the showroom and look at the cars they had. I was not greeted even once by any sales person or even asked if needed help or had any questions. I thought that was pretty odd and under the assumption that maybe it’s because I am young, I look like “I’m not a serious enough customer” for someone to attend. I was interested in the “upgrade program” which I noticed on a big flyer in their lounge area. I asked one of the workers if I can speak to someone and apparently everyone was busy with a customer at the moment. I waited about 20 mins or more and no one attended me. What a way to treat a customer!

My wife and I first met Kevin Losee 1.5 years ago when we were looking at a used LS to purchase. We did not buy then, but we specifically came back to him to buy another vehicle. He patiently let us drive 2017 ES 350 and GS 350 models and a 2015 LS 460. We bought the LS 460.Kevin is very knowledgeable and very, very low-key. This was my first visit to Rallye Lexus service department. Im always curious when I use a new dealer for the first time what their procedure is going to be. I was not disappointed. Checking in was quick, painless, and actually pleasant. My loner was waiting for me. Pickup was equally as pleasant. Quick visit to the cashier (no charge, in warranty), and my car was outside waiting for me. And it was clean. Yes, many dealers wash your car, but my car was spotless and glistening. Took our CT200H to the dealer for a rattling noise that seems to come from the sunroof. Dealer diagnosis: Replace the entire sunroof mechanism for $3,600. Seems to be a drastic and expensive fix to a minor problem. After doing some online search, I realized this is a common problem not only with our CT200H but with other Lexus and Toyota sunroofs.Disappointing to have a dealership not cater to a problem inherent in the manufacturing or assembly of components. I wonder if this is a dealership policy or a less than accommodating employee. Regardless, It left a negative impression as well as serious doubt that Lexus is indeed a notch above other manufacturers in customer satisfaction.Next step further research to see if others have found simpler and less expensive solutions.

I have bought in the past 2 cars from Rallye Lexus. 3 weeks ago I had a situation with a Lexus that I didn’t purchased from them and needed an advice and to check the possibility to bring the car to them for repair. To my surprise 2 massages I left with the service manager remained unanswered. Unfortunately, very poor experience. Brought my car in for an oil change and software update for the Enform emergency system and was told I didn’t need the system update even though I was told I would when I registered my car with Enform. Got a flat and was stuck on the side of the road at night in the rain and had no idea where I was and Lexus road side assistance couldn’t locate my vehicle because the software was not updated. Very inconvenient and frustrating that the service department didn’t do what needed to be done. Had to bring the car back in and leave it this time because they told me it would take another 3 hours (I waited the first time). Took loaner car and now have to be late to work to return the car tomorrow morning. And just realized that my son left his school backpack in the car and can’t get it before school because the sales department can not open my car for me. Just frustrating all around. No one seems to care when you have a negative experience so not sure why they advertise “exceptional” customer service. That just isn’t the case.

Ive been going here for years and I really like the service and staff. I have two cars from them and they really try to address problems and I appreciate the loaners when my car is being serviced. Nice amenities like coffee, bagels and pastries. I have to admit that car shopping/buying is not my favorite activity but the salespeople Ive worked with here are genuinely very nice and helpful - I get they were very fair with me on a recent trade in and purchase of a certified pre owned Lexus. This location is a bit out of the way so Im excited about the rumor they are moving to a closer/more Central location in Nassau.

Im glad I did it because not only were they extremely competitive on price, their staff was amongst the best and friendliest around. I bought a used Lexus from Rallye Lexus and had a terrific experience right from the start. I received a prompt response to my request for information on a newly listed car which was very refreshing, as some other Lexus dealers I contacted still have not responded to this day. I also received a couple of follow-up phone calls/emails keeping me informed as to the status of the car I was interested in. (It was a newly traded-in car and was out being prepd for sale.) Once the car came back, Jeffrey promptly sent me some detailed pictures of the car. We had a few follow-on conversations and in the end, Jeffrey was very accommodating and helpful in getting me the information I needed. The whole process was very transparent which I really appreciated. When I arrived at Rallye Lexus to pick up the car, Jeffrey was outside shining the car to remove the water spots from the rain the day before - all in his beautiful 3-piece suit. In summary, I appreciate being treated with respect. I appreciate the prompt and courteous communication. I appreciate Jeffrey responding to emails outside of normal business hours and also on his day off; he clearly cared about the sale. The car I bought is a beautiful used car and was a pretty good value for the price, and even though it was among the least expensive cars on the lot, Im pretty sure I was treated the same as the guy who was buying one of the more expensive cars on the lot.

In August I leased a Lexus GS 350 from Rallye of Glen Cove. I was so impressed with their showroom and sales team that I felt compelled to reach out to the general managers. There is one salesperson in particular, Rae Canguesta, that was the absolute best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She is a kindly person and is prepared to answer any question you have about any vehicle. It doesnt just stop with her working knowledge of the inventory but with her grasp on the financial and technical aspects of leasing a car. Paul and the Rally team were a pleasure to work with. I have bought 7 cars prior and all the dealerships left a bad taste in my mouth. Dealers should know by now with the internet we know the tactics. Paul was honest throughout and worked with me. I felt very special coming from that dealership. I hope to buy another car from them again. The paperwork was so organized, no hidden costs, and when i got back to Philadelphia, it was simple to register and pay tax and tags because everything was in order.Come to these guys and get Paul.
