I brought my car in for service. That part went fine. I also had damage to my side mirror (got clipped while parked in Brooklyn), and got a quote to replace. I paid for the new side mirror and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks, and they’d call me then to schedule the repair. Two months went by and I never heard from them. I’ve since called multiple times, and every time the service department is closed. I speak with someone each time who either tells me to call back (ie they refuse to leave a message for service) or they assure me service will call me. Service never calls me back! They took my $400 and ghosted me. I’ve never experienced a less professional service department associated with a major brand (Subaru) ever. I don’t have words to explain how insane this experience has been. I will never return here. I don’t even know what I’m going to do about the $400 they stole from me.
Timely courteous and professional. They never sent my car back unless running in phenomenal condition. Staff went above and beyond without hesitation. They double and triple checked everything. From the front desk, sales reps, owners, to the mechanics well exceeded expectations.
