On September 15th, 2021 I reluctantly contacted Mr.Steve Reddy (General Manager of Glen Cove Jaguar of 70 Cedar Swamp Road, Glen Cove NY) and explained to him several issues I was experiencing with my vehicle, to no avail. I also informed him that the extended warranty that I purchased from them was due to expire in a couple of days, not to mention I originally purchased the vehicle from them.Mr.Reddy said that he would look into the matter which he obviously never did and didn’t even have the courtesy to get back to me, in spite of the fact that I informed him their dealership made an error when filling out the extended warranty paper work. Thus, shorting me 7 weeks on the warranty. All he had to do was call me, repair my vehicle, which was under warranty at the time, and they would have profited and avoided all these problems. This is a very dishonest dealership.I had prior issues with them, which is why I stopped dealing with them. They overcharged me and when I threatened to sue them, they reluctantly gave me a partial refund. I will be bringing my vehicle, hopefully to a reparable station to be diagnosed and repaired, at which point I will forward the invoice to Glen Cove Jaguar, which hopefully they will pay. If not, I will be seeing them in civil court along with their attornies. Believe me, I don’t make idle threats.
My experience couldnt have been any better. Kristina was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. And the guy who showed me everything in the car was amazing as well. Very knowledgeable. In the future I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from them. Highly recommend

Place where they know how to take reservations but do not hold them.Was on a call with their customer service department today listening to an answering machine: Excellent customer service, we value your time, etc.Jaguar tires cant handle roads of NY, it is a known issue. Customers handling this differently, we have tire insurance and used in a past with the same dealership. So, when we called them yesterday and told them we had blown tire that we replaced with temp. spare tire and another one with a bubble - they knew how to schedule an appointment and how to make us drive on that car in the rainy conditions to their dealership, what they do not know is how to ask few questions prior to sending us to their dealership. Such as: - Do you have a tier insurance, and if yes, with what insurance company, because we stopped taking some this year?. if phone people does not know that, why not to follow up with a call from Customer Service prior to their customer driving there and hear from them their refusal to take on our tier insurance.Six employees standing in a garage doing nothing, waiting for a customer to arrive, so customer service guy send him back home not handled next minute?Get FREE Office 365 A1 license and an intern from high school to help you with some MS FORMS pre-screening questionnaires for each case prior to setting an appointment or via follow up call prior to make a customer drive to your dealership. That is how you provide Excellent customer service and value your customers time.Remember you are not a body shop, you are JAGUAR!!! dealership. Cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen. - hope you will review this internally and adjust your appointment process from 1980s to 2020s
I purchased a Jaguar E Pace with the Glen Cove dealership and I have to say I was incredibly pleased! The process was smooth and seamless; I never felt pressured. The rates and financing process was easy. Then various people at the dealership took care of EVERYTHING from handling my old plates, to showing me all the features of the car, to ensuring my every need was met. I felt very comfortable as a relatively new car owner and everything was explained to me in plain English while ensuring I paid a fair price. Excellent customer service!
Problems that could not be discovered in the freeport were discovered and resolved as soon as they arrived at Glen Cove. Steve described my request very professionally, and tech solved my problem very professionally. Very nice place, goodbye Freeport. Although the google reviews are very good, they are not professional. I recommend glen cove.
I leased an f-pace from them and have issues with it stalling out. Ive brought the car back a fourth time to fix the issue but have no confidence in the shop, the car, or jaguar as a company anymore.Worst leasing experience Ive had.

Came here for the service, because of great reviews. I had one issue with the steering wheel. They called me saying the problem is detected and will be fixed. Also, the representative recommends me to do some extra services which are not covered by warranty. In the end, the bill was twice higher than on the phone. And the problem with the steering wheel remains the same.Poor service. Do not recommend it!
Your test drivers and employees believe it is ok to floor it on Sea Cliff Ave. This is a very narrow road and the speed limit is 30mph. Not a test track!!!!!!! Im exhausted of seeing this every other day. Very dangerous and reckless. If this matter continues i will begin to document speeds and pictures of all vehicles that do this and i will pass it on to the police or courts.This also applies to Volvo Cars Glen Cove

Excellent service department! Got a check engine light (these things happen!) and went online to make a service appointment. I got an appointment in 2 hours! Was quickly checked in by Cynthia my service advisor and by Melanie the service assistant manager. Great service as they quickly checked out the vehicle and determined a bad O2 sensor was the culprit. They changed it and updated a bunch of software items and I was back on the road the next morning! Pleasant people and smiling faces! Thats what customer service is all about! Keep up the great work! Horrible, risk my life here. I leased a jaguar f-pace 2017, brake and rotor for both front and rear are totally damaged when its 25,000 miles and 2.5 years duration. There is no warning sign from the vehicle!!! Seriously!!! And I just did annual service two months ago, they didnt say anything about the brake and rotor. Now they charged me huge to fix the problem. Both my life and finance is on the line.

The sales guys (Bill James in particular) is amazing! He goes above and beyond to get you what you want down to last detail. The service center on the other hand is horrible. If you go there ask for Cynthia she is only one who will explain stuff to you. Forget about the loaner situation and the valet guys are the worst especially George. Make sure you dont go on a day thats raining. They will leave you standing in the rain for at least 5 minutes even after they say the loaner or your car is ready. I had Stacy (valet manager) size me up, laugh and said nothing is available take what we have or thats it. I went there with a range but left with something half its size. They dont like brown people!! My husband was checking out a sport car and a older white man forced himself between my husband and the car then leaned on it so he couldnt look at inside. Now I see why most brown people drive other brands. I am sorry I purchase the vehicle I should have leased. I gave 2 stars only because Bill and Cynthia are nice and helpful. 2 stars for the only people in the place who actually cares! Here is an update! My husband took our car for service and Devin the service manager demanded we take the post down when my husband refused Devin gave him back our car and said we should go elsewhere! Well sir I definitely will! I reached out to Dawn waiting on a call back.
This is the second car I leased from Range Rover / Jaguar utilizing Anthony Vitale. Anthony is trustworthy, honest and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I will definitely be utilizing his services in the future.

This review is for their service center. I tried to make an appointment for service for several weeks. Every time I would call, they’d say their systems were not working and they couldn’t make an appointment. Then they’d add that they were full for the next few weeks anyway. Very odd suspicious behavior. Wasted my time and kept telling me call back next week, with the same response. Poor service center.

Service is a rip off-Charged $500 for oil change and they dont do what they state on the invoice - Take my advice - Get the same or even better service at a local repair shop for the fraction of the price
