The reason for this review is because I call to get a job here and it was so shameful to say that it was a humiliation to me for us xpress to say to me that with 2.5 year of experience they can pay me 32 cpm starting... I hang the phone right up.Just because us xpress pay 12000 a year doesnt mean it should lowball drivers, we r like gold today, the country is short by 60000 drivers and us xpress is lowballing us, no way. Is ok, Im you did because I got an offer with a great reputable company at 58cpm with my clean criminal background and clean dmv. That hell with us xpress. It was a humiliation for me to hear that, thats how much money drivers where making back in 2006, shame yourself us xpress.

Dishonesty in their recruiting tactics. Wrongfully terminated my brother for being involved in a 24 semi pile up that was not caused by him. They are saying the accident was preventable. Who in the right makes these decisions.
