Forward air has delivered and broken several hot tub covers they do not care about your stuff. After breaking the 3rd cover they would not deliver the remake for free, i still had to pay the freight charge. They were suppose to show up on a Saturday they did not nor did i get a call!! They showed up that following Monday no notice and no one to sign for the cover. The cover was ok this time but these people have no right to be in business!! Dont trust this co with your product.
UNACCEPTABLE DELIVERY SERVICEMy husband and I bought a new refrigerator from JCPenney last week. As part of our purchase we included moving our old refrigerator to a new level and a water line to be installed.When the delivery guys came they told my husband that they cant move the old refrigerator to the basement because the doorway isnt big enough so he asked, do they need to removed the doors on the refrigerator. They refused to removed the handles because they dont want to be held liable for any damages but stated that if my husband wanted to he could then theyd move the fridge. My husband did so yet they still refused to move the fridge. As you can see in the picture we took both handles off the refrigerator, and the new one is next to it.They then brought the new refrigerator inside and dropped it in the middle of the kitchen and proceeded to leave. They wanted us to sign the delivery paper, I refused to sign because we were still missing a water line and they didnt install anything despite us paying for the full service. Not to mention they still havent move the refrigerator to the basement.I had to show him my receipt just to prove that we payed for the water line and installation service. He tells me to hold on and then just drove off. It was a very unprofessional and rude experience. They blatantly lied to us and left without our signature which I know is required.We called multiple people multiple time and we were told that a manager would call us back later that day, however no one called. The level of customer service is horrible. They seem to only care about getting the money and not helping the customer.I got in touch with the appliance sales manager, he tells me that he is sorry for the situation we will give you a $100 Walmart gift card. But he wanted my credit card number for a $4.95 charge for shipping and handling for the gift card. I refused to give sensitive information over the phone and he goes on and tells me that everything is being record. I explain to him that I understand that this conversation is being record and I am refusing to give you my credit card number for a one time fee just to get that gift card. I told him I want to talk to somebody that can handle this situation because its not acceptable. He hung up on me abruptly and did not transfer me to anyone. It was down right rude and unacceptable.I went back to JCPenney and file an escalate report and somebody will be held responsible for this.
Terrible experience with driver due to language issues. I didn’t get my washer deliver. I am very unhappy. I felt disrespected by the customer service as well and by the driver delivering . GE and Home Depot, please stop using this deliver company if you want to stay in business.Very disappointed with service. Incompetence.Now I have to wait until Wednesday for next delivery.This is some BS😰😰😰😰
Terrible and scarey. Delivery driver wanted to fight me. I am 40 yrs his senior. They backed over my light post before knocking on my door. After weeks of claim filing and pictures (lamp post was 5 ft from my driveways edge but somehow they ran over it) I received a 4 page settlement agreement for approx. $311. For replacing lamp post. It stipulated I couldnt discuss what happened or anything related to my delivery experience. I sill have the unsigned document. Home depots mgr paid me and concurred with me about their delivery but stated corporate contracts them. As a result I dont shop for anything requiring delivery from Home Depot. I would like the ICE to check this companys employees cause I suspect the ones I had experience with werent legally in this country, that is my gut feelings based on their cavalier attitudes. Wouldnt want my grandmother dealing with these goons. Dont buy anywhere where this company is contracted as delivery, you will regret it. They lie, speak little to no English and want to fight. Luckily I contacted my local police dept. Should they ever return.
Im not gonna get into it, just dont use this company. If you order from Home Depot, tell them this company is unable to service your address and request someone else. Or just order from another store.Forward Air is composed of liars in a call center, disrespectful drives in a truck, worthless management, and remarkably bad service. Its actually astounding.
I had the worst experience with the delivery of appliances purchased through Home Depot. The driver was rude and found an excuse not to complete the installation on each of their 3 trips to our house. On the final trip I agreed they didnt need to install the washer, just deliver it up the stairs and install the dryer. Flexible vent for dryer was not cut to size is is jammed and twisted behind the dryer, not allowing it to vent properly. I wont even go into the other problems we had with them.
We have had terrible service from this company after buying appliances from Home Depot. The first refrigerator they delivered was not in a box. Not surprisingly it was damaged and we refused it. They delivered a dishwasher at the same time which was also damaged—it appeared to have been dropped. They “lost” the replacement fridge. They delivered a replacement dishwasher today and dropped it while getting it off of the truck. We made them open it and it was damaged just like the first one was. We have been unable to speak with any supervisor. The local Home Depot manager is working with us, but of course, they keep using the same delivery company, so it’s an ongoing disaster. DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT because this company is AWFUL!
Great place super nice employees. Took alittle while to unload but in theyre defence it was loose loaded no pallets. So understandable.

Home Depot uses this company for their delivery and installation. I had a terrible experience with their driver, dispatch and management team. My appointment was pushed back with last minute notification and then getting excuses after excuses.I hope Home Depot drops them as a client. They are bad for their business and reputation. Make me want to go to Lowes.
Horrible horrible experience. Definitely do not recommend this company and therefore I do not recommend making purchases through Home Depot since this is the company they contract for deliveries.Delivery and customer service is a disgrace to put it nicely.
The worst delivery service in the area!!They failed me 3 times with my delivery and each time were unprepared to move and install my washer and dryer. Costco subcontracted them for deliveries - ultimately, I had to hire my own movers and installation and Costco reimbursed me after giving this company 3 tries. This company also doesn’t have a go-to telephone number which I find ridiculous. Avoid them at all costs or you will pay!

Awful, awful, awful experience with this company. They wouldn’t deliver my appliances because they didn’t want to hold up traffic on a 2 lane street. They rescheduled the delivery and I told them it would be the same street they were going to deliver the appliances on. Then they didn’t show up on the rescheduled date.
Had a washer and dryer being delivered from a purchase from Home Depot. They arrived on time but starting giving me reason why they couldn’t bring it upstairs. Every time I had a fix for there issue they came up with another issue. Finally lost my cool a little after 20 mins of them telling me they couldn’t carry it upstairs to the laundry room. So i called Home Depot and came out 3 mins later and they left!! Ridiculous service. I don’t know what the issue was but now I don’t have my washer and dryer.

Home Depot uses this company for their appliance delivery. Today was the fifth attempt. The driver refused to do the job twice. One star is too much. Totally unsatisfied. The poorest customer service.
I just call the police because one of the guys that came to make the delivery of our fridge made a threat that he will be back. They arrived very angry, went into my kitchen very rudely and aggressively, pulled out my fridge and said I have no water connection shut-off of some sort. When I tried to get clarification the guy stumped his feet in the floor angrily. At that point I knew these guys were coming from the deepest part of hell and will not allow them to unleash their anger in me. I immediately ask them to leave my house, when they were leaving, one of them cursed me in front of my child and said I will be back DO NOT, I REPEAT!!! DO NOT LET ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY MAKE YOUR DELIVERY, their delivery guys are angry black men, they will make your day miserable, and threaten you. I order my appliance from Home Depot and sadly they use this company: Forward Air Inc. for their delivery. Ask that this company not deliver your appliances their employees are miserable and they will make your life hell and threaten you if you try to ask question and THEY WILL CURSE YOU.
Home Depot or GE that I got from Home Depot are using them - just don’t! No service at all, they actually stole my items, they refused to get them in the house and drove away with them! One start is too much
