I have had a Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra Ceramic Coating (9 year warranty) applied to my BMW X7 by Pit Stop (Gilbert location) and have been back a half dozen times for their hand car washes (I included an interior detail one time). They do an unbelievable job for a very reasonable price! I believe that it was Edward and Mitch who washed it this last time, and they did as thorough and excellent a job as their predecessors have done in the past!👍

These guys were amazing! We brought in our black Yukon XL that had some serious scratches and swirl marks. Despite the busy day Cory and the team were able to knock it out same day. Definitely will be back for routine upkeep and future detail for our other cars. Highly recommend them for auto detail. On my first visit I had a lot of questions about the ceramic coating of my Tesla Model 3 AWD. Later I learned it was the owner I was speaking to. He took the time to answer every question, go out and look at my car, etc. You dont find that much these days, especially given that this wasnt a high end car, of which they service many. Come application day they did miss the rocker panels, however they were quick to schedule another appointment and make it right. Rolando was great and went above and beyond.

Called and got a quote on a mobile detailing job. Price was very reasonable for what I needed done (for being able to come to me). They had an appointment available the next day so I went ahead and booked it. The crew came out and did a great job, I am planning on giving them a call on some paint correction needed on my black car soon that I was showing them. Great service overall.

I just had the Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra ceramic coating applied to my Raptor and the paint looks brilliant. The prep work to the paint prior to the ceramic coating application is very noticeable. Very detailed work and I now understand why it took nearly three days to complete. I would recommend!

Have weekly service with the guys @ Pit Stop Auto in Gilbert & they always exceed my expectations making sure every bug is removed from my Tesla & air dried every single groove to make sure my Tesla is perfectly clean & streak free! Very pleased with the results I got. My car is 5 years old and my wifes is 4 years old. Both of them came out looking like new again! I plan to go back in a year to get another reboot - well worth the money - and the customer service and communication was great!

Once again Pit Stop has done an amazing job on another one of our vehicles. This one is a 10 year old 4Runner that we have lifted and go off-roading with, camping, pulling my race car, and hauling dogs around with. It is generally completely scratched up and full of dog hair. I took it in to get a full detail and ceramic coat put on it. They called me the next day saying they would like to keep it a little longer so they could ensure a good job was done. When we got it back my girl could not believe how great it looked. Well worth every dollar! It looks like we repainted it and the interior is spotless. They even got stains out of the carpet that I could not get off with my home carpet shampoo machine.

Bar none, the highest quality car wash/detail shop you will find in the valley. Ive tried them all, and have been constantly disappointed until I found Pit Stop. Their attention to detail (pun intended) is incredible. Their ceramic coatings rock, and Im officially addicted to their mobile car wash program. I dont trust my cars to anyone else. If you want the highest quality work, done right the first time, for a fair price...look no further

Love getting my car cleaned after the dust and construction around my work coats it every week in dirt. I use their mobile service sometimes when Im at work. They accommodate my schedule and are trustworthy. Overall I am happy and always refer them to people looking for detail service.

Not satisfied with the outcomes. When I went to pick my car up there was still dirt around the console which they came out and cleaned up. Stains were not out of carpet but it is an older car so be it. When I got home I found at least three other areas where things were missed. These areas were in not hard to see. The carpet was still very wet. I took a towel to try and dry carpet and, with just a little rubbing, the stains came out. Wonder why they could not do this? I spoke with someone who said they were a manager who told me I could bring the car back. I explained to him I was on vacation and did not want to spend another day without my car (I was told my car would be done by about 11 previously, did not get it back until after 2). He said he would send a mobile unit over to finish the work, have never heard from him since. Poor work, poor customer service.

They dont pick up the phones, dont respond to texts or call you back and they blow off appointments made through their poorly setup website.Now more details: If you can get these guys to detail your car youll be very happy, about 3 years ago they did a great job applying opticoat to one of my vehicles (their Scottsdale location), I was happy and used their mobile detailing services a few times until I got tired of them moving appointments around ..back then it was a hassle for them to make it down to Gilbert I get it....well now I noticed they had a Gilbert location so I made an appointment for a wash/clay/wax on a new to me car and a simple exterior only wash on my opticoated vehicle. The website gave me a list of available days and I confirmed my appointment 2 days out.I heard nothing from these guys ...come appointment time I called 4+ times, texted and left a voice mail on the multiple numbers provided online.I guess business is just that good.
