This place use to be awesome, but they have taken a dump. Pulled car in, no one was there to greet me. Waited 5 minutes. They insisted he was out there, the manager went out took him another 5 minutes to find him. Last time I came here there card machine was not working. Needles to say, I gave no tip, and will never come back. They have became, BAD NEWS!!! So sad to see them get a no care attitude!!!!!!!!

Went here today for the first time. Got the VIP wash, which is supposed to include an interior dressing, tire shine, wheel cleaner, etc. After waiting over an hour for my car, I am incredibly disappointed with the results. Its my fault for not checking everything when I got in, but I was on my lunch break and running late from how long it took. Didnt do anything on the interior, no conditioner on the seats, didnt even wipe down the dash, didnt touch my tires or wheels and my back windows are still covered in dog nose prints. Just annoyed for the amount of time spent there and the fact that I got the VIP wash.

Today there was an almost elderly man cleaning cars. It was Labor Day so the original staff was off. Never go to this place on a holiday. The one man, they had working did not clean my tires or the lower body of my car. If he couldnt bend down that far, then he should not have been there. I have not been checking after the staff that my car is clean lately. I will from now on. I even asked, did you clean my car well. Yes. He lied. I had to clean the lower half of my car when I arrived home and checked it. If I knew it wasnt clean, I would not have tipped so well.

Good car wash. Only thing is i have been here numerous times where they are supposed to be open, but doors are locked and no cars. Not sure whats going on but its a huge waste of time.

I would give this place a five-star rating, but their quick car washes are no longer really justifying the prices they ask. Services good, but quality is starting to suffer.

This place just opened in February next to the QuikTrip I always go to. Try the car wash for a month and it was okay. I like that they had towels for you to dry off the car as it doesnt dry off the back end very well. The monthly pass had a hard time scanning and it got to be a pain so I canceled. Lots of vacuums and very clean. It is definitely worth a try.

SO UNHAPPY! We brought my husbands SUV in today to get it washed because we have a new baby on the way. While we were talking to the salesman I decided to ask how long it would take to detail our interior instead, since our baby will be here in a week. They told us it would be a couple of hours. This is at 10am. We walk accross the street to the nail salon where I get a 2.5 hour pedicure thinking that when we come back, our car will be ready. We come back and our car literally hasnt moved spots. We think to ourselves, okay, maybe they just put it back in the same spot. They probably dont have long left. We wait 20 minutes and become hungry. We get an Uber to a nearby restaurant and come back at 3:00 to see our car is literally in the same place. I ask the cashier when our car will be done, and she goes to check it out. She comes back and says that we agreed to have the car here all day. I informed her that I am 9 months pregnant and my contractions have already started, there is no way I would have agreed to all day. She grabs a detailed who tells me the guy who signed us up for the detail service placed a note in our car that says they can have it all day, I informed him I was told it would be a few hours and at this point, its been 5. How much longer is it going to take our car? He responded with, we havent started so about 2 hours. At this point my feet are the size of watermelons and are purple, so I tell him that its just been an awful experience, I tell them I want a refund on my detail, but am happy to pay for the carwash that they already did. They agree to a refund and then charge me for the car wash, which is when I find out that they havent even began it. IT TOOK ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF FOR OUR CAR TO GET CLEANED WHICH ISNT TRUE EITHER!! ALL THEY DID WAS PUT A SLIPPERY WAX ON EVERYTHING. THERE IS CRUD EVERYWHERE. Thi is our last weekend before our baby and I wasted a whole day attempting to get my car detailed, and that never happened. I now get to do this again tomorrow to actually get it done right.

This is the 12th time I have come to this car wash and every time, I am always impressed with the detail and perfection of the work performed. My car is always filthy from my kids and pets and every time I come here, my car looks better than brand new when they are done!!! Everyone here is so friendly, helpful, kind, informative, and professional. I love this car wash! Even though I have to drive 20 minutes to get here, it is my first choice out of all the others; I know my car is in the best of hands!

We visit the Gilbert location for car washes, and recently we were in getting my sons new car washed, and Michael, one of their detail supervisors, was trying to upsell us on a paint treatment. I had just been looking at some very poor online reviews so I told him I was completely skeptical. But he gave us a special and I took the bait. HOWEVER...we could not have been more pleased with how the Sonata came out!! They did the clay bar and paint sealer and the car is like brand new!! Gorgeous finish!! But the best part was the quality and attention to detail, plus 100% customer satisfaction that John Barker gave us! He wanted to make sure every nook and cranny was perfect, with zero attitude, and just genuinely worked hard to make sure we were completely happy! If they had a 10-star rating thats what I would have given them! This review is mainly for the detail service done today. We will be back!

Demetrious was not there and they would not honor his promise to make up for the previous day’s inconvenience. They refused to clean my vehicle even if I paid. This place will waste your time. You’re much better off finding a better car wash or cleaning your vehicle yourself. My wife and I went there on Saturday the 5th for a car wash. When my wifes car came out of the tunnel, they started to towel it off. I am guessing they guy didnt know how to drive stick because he didnt pull it ahead before the car behind came out of the tunnel. That car ran into my back bumper and rolled back a bit, then the car came out again and hit the back bumper again. My car was hit 4 times before they shut down the tunnel. The manager on duty admitted it was their fault. He said he didnt have incident forms but wrote down the incident on a blank piece of paper and gave copies to us. He said we needed to come back on Tuesday. Went back on Tuesday and the manager was all nice and all, but said he couldnt make a determination at that time and would call us on Thursday, Friday latest. Here it is Wednesday and still no call.

It is very difficult to find a good carwash these days. Even more to find one that does a good detail job, let alone awesome. My car is clean and the issues that I was concerned about have been addressed, (hard water spots removed, bugs removed, dash protected), but....I walked into the store and the girl at the front desk just stared at me. I had to greet her, not good. I then proceeded with the service I wanted. I had to return to pick up my car, which is normal. When I inspected the car I was not happy. The water spots were gone. There were bug guts still on the bumper, windshield, and rear view mirror. They also left the fingerprints on my chrome trim. Upon looking inside, the dash was great but the vacuuming had several places missed.Chad was very accommodating and took care of everything that I pointed out. I do not think I will return to this location. My search continues...

They do a good job cleaning as I have gone here a few times. Sales pressure can be high. Went in for a wash on my way to do some Lyft rides. I told him I was wanting to get to work for an event. Simon gave me a 15 minute demo on a service they offer. I kept.saying I had to get moving. Then tried to pressure me to buy it. Seemed irritated that I didnt. Said, Oh, I thought you had money. I said I was on my way to make money. Upgraded me to floor mat cleaning even though I didnt go there for that nor did he ask if I wanted it. He just threw it in. I had already wasted enough time to get it taken off.Not a good sales tactic and I really dislike that he added and charged for a service I didnt request. The staff has usually been friendly. I have been going weekly for a VIP wash. If this happens again, itll be my last wash there. If this was my only visit, it would be a 1 star review.

We have been there multiple times strictly due to proximity. The time before this trip we brought in our car for an oil change and detail. They called stating my car was done then made me wait an hour as it had not yet been detailed no offer of discount or apology just pointing fingers. On the most recent trip I dropped off my wifes car for detailing. Upon picking it up the cashier asked for my paperwork to which I stated I didnt bring it with me. She then scoffed and said well you were supposed to come in here and pay prior to leaving and then we would have the paperwork. Seriously???? First off update your archaic system so if you actually have someone that wants to return they dont have to continually give you all of their information. Secondly, not many people I know of pay for services until they are rendered. After I explained to her that I was not instructed to go inside to do anything, she just stared at me. Unfortunately the guest experience displayed by the lack of communication and the attitude of the owner and office staff is taking away from the people that do a good job of the real work. We will not be back!

The sales person was very kind and polite when I drove up. I specifically stated no air freshener. I go inside and the lady taking your money is very snooty I guess because I came at 5:10 and they close at 5:30. Go outside to get my car after 45 minutes because their car wash was broken and they failed to tell me. And the guy sprayed at least five pumps of air freshener in my car which gives me a splitting headache and I go back they tell me to roll down my windows to get rid of the spray. That’s not a mistake you can make. People have to spend a lot of time in their cars and air freshener makes it MISERABLE!!!

Paid $250 because I wanted wax and carpets professionally cleaned, including detail inside and out. The wax was definitely done but nothing else!! The carpets didnt even feel damp..just shortly after and the guy tried to say oh they dry that quick NOT within 10 minutes!! Whatever..the place is too convenient to go anywhere else otherwise I would!

I come here twice a week before work during the weekdays and the two Hispanic girls always do an awesome job cleaning my work vehicle. I came here on a Saturday morning to get my personal car washed and the two black and white guys cleaned the car. They did a horrible job by not wiping down the dashboard or cleaning the windshield or any other interior plastics. The customer before us had to get after them for not cleaning one of his tires. I guess it’s just the old “Lazy American “ work ethic. I’m not sure if I’ll come back, but if I do, it’ll be on a weekday morning when the two girls work that actually do a good job detailing.

So I went into Francis and Sons because I have been extremely disappointed with another car wash up the street. I paid them $39 to do their VIP wash on my truck, which I thought was definitely high, but I knew that I was gonna need a extensive wash this time. And I will admit, they put in a ton of detail on my visit. I watched and could visibly see that they were not skipping over any of the steps and when I stepped into the truck, it was nearly immaculate. I know its hard to always expect that kind of service at a car wash, but hopefully they realize if they continue to make customers happy like me, they will be very successful.

Usually come here and did so again to wash great gmas car. Took a bit for someone to come get the car and then at the end of the wash it sat there for @5 minutes before it got moved to dry area... Dont think we got the air freshener but it was clean and we were happy. Thanks

These guys do a great job and NO they dont steal the coins from your money tray like other car wash businesses. I counted the quarters in my coin tray and not only was everything there, but they had found some additional coins under the seat while cleaning and they put in on the console. They also did a great job cleaning the car. I greatly appreciate the honesty of their employees.

The work is incredible I brought my car here and I couldnt imagine taking off all the acid rain and the stains. So anyone with a car should go there and Paul does a great job a great job you have a great day take my word for it I come back again and again and again.

The first thing I would do if I were you would be to get on the phone and call this company and ask for John Baker. This guy is the supervisor of the detail department. I have a 2015 Tahoe and I like it really clean...like cleaner than it was originally. John Baker made it look this way today and I was super impressed. Ive never had my floors shampooed before but I will from now on. It makes the car look spotless. Usually they vacuum but there is always a little left that they miss. When you ask for the shampoo, they essentially vacuum once and then finish it off with their shampoo equipment, to make everything spotless. Ive never been this happy with a detailer in my life!

Just got back from vacation up in showlow my car was trashed this car wash was the first one to pop up in my location. Let me tell you guys I will most definitely be coming back. They did an amazing job service was great everyone one was very friendly. Not going to lie my car was pretty bad when I got here I bought the VIP wash because guess Monday-Thursday there all $4 off. I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth and then some. Did such a good job in fact I ended up tipping her $10. Found a new place to start bringing my cars.

I have been here twice. Today I was basically told it was too long a wait because they didnt have enough help so I should go somewhere else. The first time I came I paid over $100 to have my car fully detailed. The car looked nice but my year old car was missing its cup holder when I got the car back. When I went to ask they didnt know what happened to that and I was just out of luck. Their was no apology or will try and take care of it. Im very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I dont get where all the hate is coming from. The guys who changed my oil didnt try to push sales or upgrade me. The only problem I had is that it took a little long. Other than that, great service. Id come here again.

I asked for a bar wax, interior, and wax with carnauba wax. When ask if it bar wax was going to be done, the manager said it was completed before entering the car wash🤔. Its been two months and my car feels it was never bar wax. Should still feel the smoothness on the paint. I was so tire that day that I was not thinking. They also new I was out of town person. Then they replace my windshield and the smoke sun block film never replace. Rip off. This location is not honest. They owe me a bar wax value $100.

I work near by and used to go there often. The last 2 times I have been bombarded by the glass repair guys. I am pretty sure they dinged my windshield as I did not have a crack before the car wash, it was just a ding. The time before last, they called and made a claim with my insurance, then never fixed my ding that was the size of the point of a ball point pen. Also, the guy upgraded me when I know the wash is discounted during the week. I will not be back and I will not recommend.

The guy we spoke to was awesome. It was pricey but they did a lot of work to our truck and it looked amazing afterwards. We left the truck overnight so we didn’t have to worry about how long it would take. Overall great experience.

I came to the Gilbert location on Monday 4/1/19 to get an inside detail. I was greeted by salesman who is a very high pressure salesman. I can save you money on everything, talks very fast and tells you you need everything. So when its over a bill of $380. I paid ahead of time which was mistake, never do that! The next morning I called back, because I had a bit of buyers remorse and ask that 2 items be removed and I wanted $80 returned and I was told to talk with the general manager. The General Manager was slow to call, but when he did, we worked out a compromise . After the work was completed I was Happy with all work completed.

I just had my car “detailed” at this location today. Whenever I’ve had a car detailed elsewhere before, each process was not a separate cost. The man I dealt with ran through what was included in the detailing, and then gave me the cost? I couldn’t believe each thing was “ala carte”, and his grand total was $1,500. Now this is a 2017 Toyota, kept in a garage, and I’m the only driver, and retired. After a lot of discussion, I said I only wanted the exterior done, a scratch on one side buffed out, and the car waxed. I had called them twice before and asked the cost. The answer each time was $139.00. When I asked the man about that, he said that price was only for the interior. He finally got the price down to $300.00 for the exterior, and he would throw in the interior for free. My only comment to anyone considering this, check around ahead of time with other establishments. This place is outrageous!

Paid for a wax and the works wash, got it home and half of the wax from the front of the car to the back was still on the vehicle. Definitely do not take pride in their work. Theyre in a rush to upsell you and take you money, but do not deliver on their finished product. High school kids doing a car wash would have done a better job. Mentioned it to the manager Jordan and wasnt a bit concerned or apologetic. Will not be going back. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID: Worst car wash ever...!!! The simple things you think they would get... Like the dirty windshield in the upper corner where the wipers dont reach. Maybe vacuum the seats and the get the small, easy to vacuum up dirt. I came home and had to vacuum the car myself and wipe the windows. This was the basic things. Absolutely nothing more. And it was suppose to be their ULTIMATE CARWASH the most expensive one. After I called, they said I could come back up. After wasting almost an hour, why would I go back. I am taking the HIT and moving on... AVOID AVOID AVOID...

Get ready for a sales job. Had a prepaid vip wash, guys said $10 for upgrade to ultimate. Then tried to sell me detail, shampoo, interior detail. When I said no thanks, tried to pitch all the same for my wifes car (for a later time). Escaped his grasp and then was approached by the windshield guy for a hard sell to replace windshield. Finally made it to cashier and the $10 upgrade turned out to be $13. Whatever, wont be back.

I have been slacking on getting my car washed and Im a smoker, so I when I was driving past I figured why not just get it taken care of? I had some stains on my mats and seats, and then of course there was the cigarette ash and smell.. the man I initially spoke with understood what I was wanting and I did not feel like he was trying to pressure me into more than I needed (a nice change from most carwashes!) I got an interior detail done and something I believe was called an odor bomb. My car looks, and smells, amazing now! The cashier was very friendly and I am impressed with how quickly and efficiently the guys got my car done. This was definitely a pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning! 😊

Went a week and a half ago, paid for the $29.99 car wash and they didnt vacuum or dust off the inside! Had my daughter take our car back again because I gained a free $14.99 wash if I took it back within 14 days. Again, no vacuuming of my car. This is the worst place to go! Oh and dont even get me started on the horrible detail job & wax I had done on my other car last year. Save your $ folks, go elsewhere or do it yourself.

Worst experience ever.I told the guy I wanted the works car wash,He said he could buff out my head lights for $60.00.I told him I didnt want that I just want the car wash but he wouldnt let it go.So I asked if he wanted me to go to another car wash and he told me to do what I wanted.Now I know there is a much better car wash down the street.Its Cobblestone.They did a wonderful job for the same price.They were polite and sold me what I wanted,no pressure.We will never go back to Francis and Sons

Paid over $35 for a wash and interior clean. They were done in less than 15 minutes. You can see where they wiped the interior and didnt. Poor vacuum. Dirty around the doors and windows. Windshield of all places still spotty. The staff is not friendly and appears to careless about being there. Positive reviews seem fishy.....

Had to walk around to find a greeter to take my wash order. Nobody was in lobby when I first got there. Cashier wasnt friendly at all, did not even say hello. Bathrooms are disgusting, lobby is old and run down, probably just as clean as the bathrooms. Paint is chipping all over. Overall building is dirty and in disrepair and needs desperate attention. Nobody here shows any sense of urgency or attention to customer satisfaction. Despite me being one of two or three cars here, it took 30 minutes to get into the wash and another 20 for them to dry. Almost an hour for a car wash? No thanks. I can do it myself quicker.Verdict: Dont come here. Spend your money elsewhere.

I went to get my car cleaned VIP $30 plus tax they asked what smell I wanted my car lemon, cherry, or new car smell? So I choose cherry. Went to go pay with the cashier she wasnt nice at all! While I was waiting outside I was looking at the two ladies hispanics drying the cars and making them look awesome so I thought I was going to get the same to my car but I saw a white guy doing my car and when my car was ready less than 10 minutes they called me went to go check my car still had a lot of bugs in the front bumper, front windshield looked like they didnt even cleaned it, inside car did NOT smell like cherry at all smelled like lots of grass I dont know why they even ask you what smell youll like! Didnt even put tire shine on my tires and when I drove off a lot of water was running by my mirrors had a lot of water lines!!I paid $30 but looked like I paid basic to clean my car here!!! Dont bring your car to this place!! Called the lady(cashier) to tell them I wasnt happy with the cleaning she didnt even apologized at all just said on the phone 3 words to me name, okay, bye needs more help in her vocabulary!! I only gave 1 star because the 2 ladies that are outside drying are the best probably if owner didnt have this 2 ladies they wouldve run out of business soon!!!!

Tried to tell me that the multiple spots on the windshield were from rocks. I scratched it off with a fingernail. Didnt touch the roof or bumper sticker residue. I cant believe I paid $120 for this. Its still covered in spots and ugh. I cant afford to spend this much money for such a horrible job.

I went in looking for just an outside wash. The service writer explained the difference in the washes and offered me a better service. By the time I left, I was being g called by my first na e, by John, the service writer and Jordan, the assistant manager. Made me feel welcome, and my car was cleaned beyond my expectations.will definitely be washing all my vehicles there.

My girlfriend and I both brought our cars in to get washed and they told me they were going to give me a deal for both cars sounded great, got to cashier and was told M-Thursday its a standard $4 off so no deal! Not only were we lied too it took over an hour waiting to get it dried and there were hard water spots everywhere and just and overall terrible experience!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff but my suburban didnt get clean. I was in a hurry so I didnt bother going back to complain.

Waste of your money. I have gone back to see if it was going to be better having new employees. No change. They do a horrible job everytime. Clearly management provides no training or oversight of the kids on the line. Only two cars this morning, not like they were being rushed.Your better off doing yourself.

I came in to Francis and Sons on Ray and Cooper to get my car washed, I got the VIP wash and was very satisfied. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone

Waited almost 4 hours for my car and they ruin my steering wheel It turn different color and very unprofessional and spent almost $200 for them to ruin my car and literally didn’t Amit to it even though it change whole different color BEWARE don’t get you car done HERE!!!!!

I truly love this place cashier was super friendly and they also did an awesome job on my car next time I come in I will be getting that full detail that they offered me this place is amazing will be telling all my friends and family about it .Thx for the great job guy..

Horrible experience from start to finish. I made an appointment to get my car detailed two weeks prior to having it done. My appointment was for 10 AM. When I dropped the car off they told me they would get started on it between 1030 and 11 as they had cars ahead of mine. I don’t know why they would schedule 2 hours apart when they clearly know it takes longer. They told me they would call when my car was ready. When I still hadn’t heard from them by 330 in the afternoon I called to see how it was coming along. I was told it would be another 15 to 30 minutes. That is more like 5 to 6 hours, not 2 hours!When I got there my car was sitting with towels piled on it. Looking at it I saw that they had not really done any more than a car wash. They had not opened the hood and cleaned the engine, they had not even cleaned the armrests inside the car. They hadn’t vacuumed out the trunk, there were smudge marks all along the driver side of the car and the clear bra was gouged on the hood. Again, nothing more than a $100 carwash. I was told to talk to the manager Donnie which I did and he offered nothing but excuses! High pressure sales and very poor quality work.

I spent $216.00 at this place. I drove my truck from Seattle and it was a mess. When I pulled in Jordan the Manager greeted me with a handshake and a heartfelt welcome. I opted for an Oil change which gets you a free wash..Then a full interior detail. It looks like a new truck..Its a 97 F-150...It has never looked this good. Then as a courtesy and something I did not ask for. The detail guys power buffed the exterior paint..And looks great as well... The worst customer service. Got a gift card to use them, and still have 4 washes left and Im considering just going elsewhere to pay for a wash. Missed so much of my cars dirt, extremely rude staff (get out of your car bro). The cashier didnt even look up at me once while he took my payment. Bathrooms were dirty and the waiting room was run-down and depressing.Go elsewhere.

I came to get a car wash and i plated 5$ under my passenger mat and they came and gave me my 5$ shortly after I was done talking to one of there nice employee Simon who did a very good job on my car

I was suckered into 2 new windshields before I convinced myself it was downright unethical to have my insurance company pay for these replacements. This is theft! And yes, they make you feel like a jerk for only being able to afford a $5 car wash. When I have paid a few extra $$ for the nicer wash, I didnt get what I would call an extra clean car. For an affordable oil change, go down the road to Greulichs and just wash the dang car yourself.

I asked for a basic $5.99 wash. The salesperson said that the cheapest wash was $12.99 but that turned out to not be true. It would be nice to trust the information the employees give.

I had my Audi detailed today and I would like to thank chad, it looks amazing ! I will def be coming back !
