This place is great! Booking was easy. My nail technician was friendly and gentle. She did a really good job with my gel mani. My hands are happy!! I will definitely be back.

Lynn and Mai were great- they opened the shop early to accommodate me and they did really high quality work.

The atmosphere is calm and quiet.Very nice customer service.. First time here and I was very pleased. I got my nails filled, feet and eyebrows done.

I never come back again, I called twice to make an appointment and they dont have time, now I came and they dont have time either, no more 😡😡

I love this place. I made and appointment and was seen quicker than my appointment. It had been a long time since I’ve had a pedicure and my feet needed a lot of work. Tammy was very helpful, patient and took her time with my pedicure. My feet feel and look amazing. The ladies offered me water, and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you EB Nails!

Ive been there several times during the last six months and the ladies are wonderful. Ive especially worked with Mai and Tammy and they are top notch. Great place to be.

I have been going to EB Nails for over three years. The people here are extremely pleasant. They always do excellent work.

I wasn’t happy with the customer service. My cousin and I wanted a a full set and a pedicure. The lady with the desk at the entrance greeted us said we will have to wait 1hr and they are busy. Then she said no, we can wait 10mins . We agreed to wait. We waited and she said she can take my cousin. I went outside to make a quick phone call. When I came back the lady started to rush my cousin to pick a color . My cousin asked her a question and she was rude. Then, she told us she has a customer coming and we needed to hurry up. This is a terrible customer service. I don’t care if you have a customer coming, there’s so need to rush your current customers. I wasn’t having it and we walked out of the shop. This is not how you treat customers. How do you expect to have customers if you treat them such way !? They didn’t only lose one customer but two ! They need to do better.

Never, again. Went to a pedi and sns dip powder. Pedi was good, but the nails not. Next day I had one cracked nail, didnt last me even a week. They gave an initial price ended up paying almost double. Not a happy customer!

I have been going here for more than 4 years and my nails always look fabulous. I have a friendly personality, so I am treated the way I treat them.

I stop here on my way home to kill traffic. I get the best gel fill here. They are also fast and have you in and out, I have never had to wait!

Walked in on my way from work for a gel manicure. Mimi went above and beyond and my nails did not chip for 2 weeks. They will also serve water in the summer. Wish I lived in the area.

I made an appt on a Sunday and still had to wait. I had high hopes for this place since they had pretty good reviews, but sorry to say, the person i got was terrible. I got gel tips french manicure (which started peeling at the edges the very same day since she just completely disregards the cuticle line) and pedicure. After the tips and powder were applied, my skin was bonded, which is expected. However, she was so rough and in a rush, that she split my skin when trying to seperate it from the glue. So painful. My pedicure was even worse. She didnt soak my feet (or my hands), which Im kind of glad anyway since the tub looked dirty. No massage. She barely clipped my cuticles, barely filed my toenails, and she got polish all over my cuticles. I usually do my own nails for this reason, but i just wanted to be pampered. I honestly could have done such a better job myself. What a waste of $40. So disappointed. She only discounted $7 since she cut me.

Got a full set with gel polish. They took too long, the nails were too thick, and the tech used old glue for my left hand which resulted in a minor case of fungus on my ring fingernail and pinky nail..overall very disappointed

When i first moved to the area, i didnt know where to go...i tried eb i liked it but...it was out of my way...so i went to other salons all i have to say is never again going back to those places..idk if bc these other salons think there in mo County they can charge an arm and a leg...so now I go to EB nails often, they do mani & pedi pretty quick and at a reasonable price and let me not forget to say they do a good job...some salon where Ive gone put too much acrylic making your nails thick and unnatural...and when you ask for gel your nails chip..EB Nails does them just right 🖒🖒

Did a horrible job on my nails. My acrylic nails broke off 6 days after I got them done and they refused to redo my nails. Poor customer service, DONT GO HERE.
