Service and treatment of the customers are both very excellent; the quality is amazing and I will definitely come here again.however there is a language barrier however I dont mind because they are very nice about it and take time to understand what Im talking about. Very clean and way nicer than what I thought it was going to be.

I went to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The lady who did my mani-pedi was super sweet and did an amazing job!

Went there twice. Really enjoyed the environment but a week and a half after my first visit I was making my bed and one of my nails just snapped off. I just got them redone last Thursday and exactly a week later I was lightly biting on my nail like I always do when I am bored and my nail snapped off again. I was barely putting pressure on the nail to begin with. I ended up spending $42 on my fill (even though I called them the day before and they said it would be $35). A week after getting them done my nails start snapping off! Soo not worth the money!

I had a great experience getting a pedicure! However, getting a full gel set was kind of a different story. The filing down of my nail was extremly rough, hurt, and burned after gel was applied. Gel was applied in an extremely thick manner, and makes my nails looks super weird. You could tell the tech was rushing and was not super interested in doing a great job. I unfortunately will probably not be returning.

Went here in hopes of getting dipped french ombre nails, but was denied that design. Annoyed I settled for something more simple. The tech didnt seem to know what he was doing and was a little rough filing down nails. I ended up with some dimpled/bumpy set of nails. Not smooth or even at all, which Im very upset about. Dont waste your money here!!

Yesterday my daughter had a horrible experience at a different place so today I brought her here. They were extremely friendly and professional and even gave her a discount after hearing about the experience at other nail place. Price was reasonable. Place was very clean and relaxing. Will definitely come here again and recommend to everyone.

Both my daughter and I had HORRIBLE experiences here at different times. I went for a fill and they removed all my tips. I told her I wanted the tips and she didnt speak english and didnt respond to me but I was able to tell the woman next to her. I just had my tips put on 2 1/2 weeks earlier so they did NOT need replacing. They just wanted to charge more. The customer next to me had the same experience. DONT GO HERE! When they do take off the tips, it is very painful. My daughter had a manicure another time and they were so rough she had sores on her cuticles. TERRIBLE! I recommend ANY OTHER PLACE!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here for months and every time they have been amazing. but i went in today and left crying. half of my eyebrows are completely gone. don’t go here

This is my favorite nail studio. Andy is the best nail technician. Anytime I am in Milwaukee Germantown area I get my nails done there. The other nail technicians are not as good as Andy. However the are okay. The price for a full set is higher than at other places but the work Andy does is worth the price. Andy keep up the good work

Best and least expensive in the area. Nobody does more nails more quickly or better. Have had nail designs, fills, full sets, pedicures...this place is wonderful and there is generally no wait. lovely people and wonderful pampering.

Ive tried several other places throughout Washington county and these guys are by far the best and most reasonable. Ask for Chelsea if you want a perfect French manicure.

I have stopped going here. I used to go here faithfully, but in the past year, it has gotten worse. Every time I go in, I get rushed through my service - there are often mistakes in my nails, and it often hurts b/c they are scrubbing or filing so hard to go fast. In addition, every single time I bring my daughter in, we get ignored and skipped. They will seat people who walk in AFTER us without kids and make us wait. I pay full price for my daughter - really turned me off.

All the reviews are old, so I thought I would add mine. I mainly go there for a pedicure. Ask for Tracy! Not to be gross, but a lot of people, myself included, have ingrown toenails. She is the pro! Since they moved next door about 6 months ago, you can tell that they are trying to be more upscale. By that I mean they dont have all their tools out everywhere soaking... so I think its clean... but I do wonder. I understand why they dont have everything out in the open because some people probably think it makes it look trashy. In a way, it would put my mind at ease. The reason Im only giving them 4 stars is because its one of those places where you can call ahead OR just stop in. And they dont seem to keep track if you call ahead. I will ask when is the best time that Tracy is available, make the appointment, but the last few times have had to wait at least a half hour before she comes over. I dont mind soaking for 10 minutes. But a half hour is a little excessive.

DONT GO HERE! Language barrier, rude, poor technique.Language Barrier: 1st thing that happened was i called and asked to have an appointment with Andy. Andy had a couple of really positive shout outs in the reviews, so it seemed like a smart choice. When i asked the guy who picked up he said yeah 5 pm? and we agreed. I asked if he could do Ombre nails he said yes. I asked if he had an instagram account i could look at and he said yes, and i asked what it was and he said ok see you at 5 bye bye. Okaaay? I arrive at 5 and all the people are busy. there is no one at the desk. They say i have to wait, i tell them i have an appointment with Andy at 5. They look between themselves and a guy comes shuffling over. No hello, or anything but ok, whatever. I assume hes Andy. Now to the technique. i showed him a picture of some nails i wanted off instagram from a local nail tech. 3 people came over and looked and talked among themselves in a language i did not understand. they kept asking me if i wanted pink and i said i want whatever color will look like this, it looks more white-pink than pink. clearly there was a language barrier and they did not understand. It seemed like they were arguing back and forth. POOR TECHNIQUE: The guy begins to prep my nails but he doesnt push back my cuticles or trim them at all. So immediately this seems a little off. Then when they finish roughing up my nails they basically brush my hands once with a large brush. they clearly didnt understand that all of the nail powder should be removed from the nail surface to improve adhesion of the acrylic nail. Then he goes to put on the nails. HE LEFT A HUGE GAP ON ALMOST EVERY NAIL. There was a literal space between my nail and the acrylic sitting ontop of the nail. Then i guess this is a tag team operation and another person begins working on my nails, a girl this time. I think, hmm maybe this is Andy? I say Hi, whats your name? she shakes her head at me. Okay i guess? probably not Andy. Guy number 1 watches the whole time. you can tell this girl is training him. Great, now i know he doesnt know what hes doing. As she applies acrylic she didnt allow for the acrylic powder to ball onto the brush for long enough. it made the acrylic very runny. She then attempted to create an ombre effect by dipping into a white powder. This only exacerbated the poor acrylic nail application. So instead of the nail having a nice apex and tapering down, the nails curled up like a ski jump and were very thick! i was furious. not only that but the nails were not tapered well on the sides or even at the ends. RUDE: spend the whole time talking to each other in another language. no small talk with me at all except to say sorry when she made me bleed. Elbows were sore from sitting on the counters with no pad or towel for comfort. I spend the next hour at home trying to fix everything as best i could. I will never go back!! pictures below showing what i asked for versus what i got.

I love how fast they were and how pretty my nails turned out! I got a gel full set fill and she gave me a beautiful snow man design!!!

I always get a great manicure and pedicure!! My feet are very touchy and I work with horses and Ive never lost a nail working at the barn!😊

Do not go here!! There’s a reason they’re so cheap. They pried all of my nails off today using one of the faux nail tips. It was painful, and totally unacceptable. My nails are trashed, and still hurt so badly. Unfortunate, especially because I start a new job tomorrow. They’re either using illegal products like MMJ that wouldn’t soak off properly, or they simply don’t care to learn real processes for applying and removing acrylic nails. They also use all of the same tools for everyone, and I’ve never witnessed any cleaning take place. It pays to spend a little more for a proper nail salon or a spa that provides real nail technicians, who require appointments so you’ll get the honest time and dedication you deserve. I’ve learned this the hard way. Don’t make that mistake.

Andy has done an outstanding job at doing the exact designs that Ive requested...will never go anywhere else than to him from here on out

Every time I come here its just a few minutes which actually means a half hour. They are rude and dont talk to you instead they speak to each other in their native tongue. I always here them say oh sorry stop looking around and pay attention to what you are doing! Time for a new place

Had made an appt. in person on Thursday, August 2, 2018 for a pedicure on Saturday, August 4, 2018. When I arrived on Saturday, I told them that I had made an appt for 10:30 a.m. The man told me to sign in which I did. After a half hour I was still waiting for my pedicure. When I mentioned that I had an appt and why did I have to wait so long, I was told that things happen. I thought that comment was so disrespectful. Then I was told that the next time I came in, I interrupted him at the point and told them that I would never come back after the way I was treated. Its best not to make an appt because a person has to wait either way with or without an appt

Shady, cash only place. Lady overcharged my wife by $20 and forcefully took her debit card and went to the ATM to pull out money. Place is a rip off

IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR 2 YEARS, EVERY TWO WEEKS FAITHFULLY. AS OF MY LAST VISIT, I WILL NEVER RETURN. I WENT TO GET A FILL. ONE OF THE NAILS WERE COMING UP AND SO THE NAIL TECH JUST RIPPED IT OFF CAUSING MY REAL NAIL UNDERNEATH TO COME OFF. IT STARTED BLEEDING ALOT AND THE NAIL TECH DIDNT EVEN APOLIGIZE AND STILL MADE ME PAY FULL PRICE. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE EVER!!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THERE WAS A COUPLE OF MINOR ISSUES I HAD PRIOR SO THIS WAS MY FINAL.

Dont even try calling this place. I called 3 times to get prices and the guy who answered couldnt understand me and hung up... every time.

Not a very sanitary place. Manicurist used the same equipment on me without sanitizing it. Will never go back. Nail lounge down the road is the place to go.
