Great service, never too crowded/busy and a unique take on pedicures with one long bench versus individual massage chairs like most do. Convenient location and easy to get an appointment last minute or planned ahead. This place would be ideal to bring a small group of girls/women due to the unique bench style seating for pedicures that allow for easy conversation.

This was my first time here and very pleased. Received an excellent manicure and pedicure from Vanh who was professional, clean and friendly. I highly recommend this salon and I will return. Thank you Vanh. And the price was right!

So its been a long time since Ive gotten my nails done professionally. Previous experiences with other salons have left me with trust issues when I came here today, I had service that was above and beyond what I was expecting. My nails turned out outstanding, very nice attention to detail, and even some little designs that I was scared to ask for because I wasnt sure if it was possible. But Im happy I asked, because the designs are gorgeous.

I love this place, they take their time and you are not just rushed through to get you in and out. The staff here are very friendly and professional. Great prices.

Got a massage from Gabby. It was one of the best Ive had. She is very considerate of your preferences, easy to talk to, and thorough. Ill be returning for another.

First time going here and had a good experience, everyone was very kind and super nice! However I’m not sure about how my nails turned out? I got an acrylic set $35, but decided to do gel polish $50 but then was charged for some luxury add on I was unaware of and ended up paying $60 communication on price would have been appreciated? As for my nails, rather then being the shape of a nail they are flat like pancakes and the tops are a little lumpy looking? I also noticed when I left that they all stick straight up and outward which makes it hard to do things. The tips were chipped looking when I got in the car I noticed the color wasn’t covering the ends of the nails? I’m not exactly in love with the end result wish I got set I loved especially for such a high cost...

This place is great, affordable and listened to what I wanted!! This is my go to nail place now.

Was well worth it

I emailed someone to schedule a nail appointment (1 week before the appointment) I received confirmation and once I got to the salon they said they didnt have my appointment down. I said I have an email to show that it was scheduled and they said I would have to wait. They were not professional, sorry or willing to get me in quick. Will not go back.

Nail Lounge was the perfect place to have my nails done for my wedding along with all of my wedding party. Everyone that worked that was so caring, nice, and had such an attention to detail. The salon was beautiful and clean and all of our nails were perfect for the wedding and then some! Everyone there was also very easy to work with when making the plan for us to come and get our nails done as we were a large group of 11 people (getting multiple services), and they were able to keep us on time and did not lack in positive service as well! Would go there again in a heartbeat!

I made the mistake of trying another salon this weekend, and ended up back at Nail Lounge today. They fixed my nails (it took hours) and then painted them like I wanted from a Pinterest picture. I’m a customer for life! Thanks!!

What a fun and trendy place!! I went with a group of four ladies this past weekend to get manicures before our brothers wedding. The staff was prompt and friendly- even when we were 20 min late for our appointment. The set up is really trendy, modern and comfortable. They have lots of options for polish and great prices for a variety of services. They work at a good pace but do a thorough job. They were kind and respectful women and did not constantly talk to each other in their native language. They also worked as a team to get all four of us finished up when the lady doing my nails got sick and had to leave.We did not get our toes done, but the pedicure stations looked really cool and modern.I would highly recommend this nail salon!!!

Joy was so good to me today! She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect! And she was very supportive of my color choice! Staff is very friendly and sweet! The inside is cute and classic and is very clean! My nails look beautiful for my engagement pics tomorrow! Thank you so much Joy! I cant wait to get them done here again!

First of all, the inside of the salon is stunning. Just adorably decorated. I love coming in. The owner has done my nails the last 4 times I have been in. She pays attention to detail and my manicure lasts forever. I feel at home, and relaxed at Nail Lounge. I used to drive down from West Bend, then from Menomonee Falls. Now I drive from Glendale. No matter where I live, I will always go out of my way to come to this salon because its that good.

This salon is amazing! Cool, calm, and comforting atmosphere. Nou provided excellent customer service. After 3 weeks my gel is still looking fresh...no chipping!

I was able to come in right away and only had to wait maybe 5 minutes before I started my nails the girl who did them was so sweet and did a great job it’s the nail best job I’ve ever had.

I paid 70$ for acrylics while it said 35$ and i got a gel color which shouldnt bring the price up that high. My nails werent even good and fell off in less than a week. If im paying that much for nails I expect good quality. Watch what you get cause the price will all of a sudden be way higher.

Service was amazing! Had my nails done from somewhere else and they did a horrible job I came here for just a fill and they brought my nails back to life!

I would just like to say that I usually never write reviews and I have never left a nail salon in the middle of a pedicure until I went here. My mom and I made a 5:30 pedicure appointment and didnt get worked on for another 20 minutes after we got there. It took 25 minutes to cut down my nails and get them dried off while no one even greeted my mom yet. The women then told me she doesnt paint nails and that I had to wait for someone else to finish. This women seemed like she had no idea what she was doing because asked when she was clipping my toes if they were cut okay?? After it reached 6:15 we left very unsatisfied. Never coming back. No music in the salon and the TVs were off. The girl next to me waited 45 minutes to get her pedicure finished.

This place is extremely unprofessional. It really needs new management. I went there for a full and a toe polish change. Instead of them telling me upfront that they didnt have time to fit me in because they were having appointments coming in, they did my polish change and told me after the fact that I had to wait over 30 minutes for a fill. They just lost a customer because I will not be back.

Bought Groupon deal to try this place out. Made 9:30am appointment to redeem offer. Got there 10 minutes before appointment. No one was there even though says they open at 9:00am. Tried calling, no answer. Waited 20 minutes after scheduled appointment, still no one showed up. Cancelled Groupon offer to receive refund. Very unprofessional.

Loved my mani-pedi that Summer did for me! She was very sociable and did everything I wanted while giving great advice on designs. The shop was very clean, modern, and fresh. Really easy to communicate with and they knew exactly how to help me get the look I was going for, I will definitely be coming back here over CQ nails! Highly recommend!
