The CA did a super job again today. This was an every-other-week cleaning, though I started with a deep clean. The women are punctual and did a professional, thorough, and great job - with care. You can tell the house has been cleaned for sure. I love coming home to a clean house. So happy to have found the CA! Thank you!

Been using them for several months. They have a detailed list of places to clean so we can hold them accountable everytime. They will come back if we let them know they missed something. Not perfect but they are responsive and timely.

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning our house bi-weekly for the past 9 months. They have been wonderful. I love their rotating cleaning system, which allows a more thorough clean of your rooms on a rotating basis including your baseboards :) They are also very responsive if there are any issues. I highly recommend them!

The Cleaning Authority is a wonderful service. They are very flexible, and reasonably priced. They use natural products (which they supply), but are willing to use other products if you supply them. They provide very good service. I trust them to take good care of my home. I especially like my team, Juli and Elba (team 3). They are always cheerful and very helpful.

We have used the Cleaning Authority for over 7 years, and we have been very happy with their service. They almost always send the same team except when I change the schedule which is very easy to do. They are very flexible if you have company coming and need an extra clean or need to reschedule because cleaning day falls on a day the kids are out of school. It is wonderful to come home to a completely clean house and freshly made beds with clean sheets. I didnt give them 5 stars because only my mother would get 5 stars. They arent as good as mom but they do a better job than me! And it more affordable than you would think. I am happy to trade a few dinners out for a clean house.

Marleny and Ingrid on Team #12 have done a great job cleaning my home. It is so wonderful coming home to a clean home. They really take their time and pay attention to the little details that make a big difference. I would highly recommend this company and particularly team 12!

PLEASE READ!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!Where to beginI hired them to clean my home before move in. it was empty, no furniture, nothing.1. These are not professionals and the ladies who came to clean complained themselves about the company and the products, blaming the poor cleaning on the products. Apparently you’re supposed to have all the cleaning supplies on hand... They only brought 2 or 3 products.. could have used vinegar and baking soda.. also organic, no excuse.2. The company does not insure the workers! They only clean where they can reach, but the cleaners did not bring any extenders so theres is a line of dust and grime that just stays there3. So many areas not cleaned!! Corners and areas underneath and on side of cabinets completely ignored4. There is a contract apparently that makes you agree that work is nonrefundable. This contract was not discussed or given to me prior, it was left at the end of the work, and I never signed!I called the company and the receiver said someone should have come to inspect (nope). I emailed them With pictures... no response.Dont waste your money

I have been extremely happy with my friends, Team #10 aka Ceceila and Ashely. Its been about a year or more and I would reccomend this company and these two ladies in particular to anyone. They work hard, fast, and efficiently. I love this company!

Team 4 Cleidy has been working in my home for years Esperenza less than a year. They are hard workers, do a great job and are pleasant to have around. When I make suggestions they listen carefully and follow thru pleasantly

Great company, were lucky to have Mery on our team. Once in a few years, there was a team not familiar with our house, and once we brought issues to the company, they re-did cleaning for free next day.

Team#5 is the best!!! They are friendly, willing to help and a good team to work with.
