9/2/2020 This is the WORST company I have ever used. Not only were they late, but we didnt even get a courtesy phone call telling us. We were told one price of $38.00 per hr. They sent 2 people, (by the way you should know it is $38.00 per hour PER CLEANER. This information was told to us AFTER the fact.They did a terrible job! They were advised of places that had been missed and some of it was still not re-cleaned. One cleaner actually went and sat in her car when the other cleaner was still inside FIXING some of the problem areas. We contacted PEACE OF MIND CONCIERGE SERVICES and basically we were told NO REFUND and THE CLEANERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT, NOT THE CUSTOMER!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNTHRUTHFUL AND DECEITFUL!In addition to the companies response: After speaking with the assistant manager they stated that they sent us txts and emails + left voice messages to a 414-928 ____number! NO ONE HAS THAT NUMBER THAT LIVES HERE! We turned away YOUR cleaner because NOTHING was booked. No contract was signed and the cleaning schedule was NEVER sent for approval to us! Dont you think we might have responded or some type of correspondence would have been made? AGAIN, all information was sent to SOMEONE ELSES phone. WHY WOULD I HAVE YOUR CLEANERS COME BACK WHEN A subpar job was done the first,and last, time? As for EXPECTING A FREE CLEANING...we live in a nice house in a expensive neighborhood....we dont need FREE things.

Be sure to be prepared to be home the whole time they are there!! Things disappear, and you dont find out until you get your things out of storage! Also they will be on their cell phones as soon as your out the door to pick up more things, like packing tape and markers.... (This is an update due to the owners comment... ) And YES Peace of Mind Concierge Service, I am surely speaking of your business! Not everyone on your staff that came were on their phones, but one of them stood right in front of me while talking to her daughter! I had to let her know she was on the clock and told her to please do it on her own time, not while I was paying $80.00 an hour per person!! One of your girls was awesome. However, when I had to leave to go get supplies one of them must have stopped what she was doing because she wasnt any further along with just a small closet that took her all that time to pack up. Later I noticed she was wasting boxes by only putting a few plastic containers in. That should have been organized much better putting other things in a box of that size. I now downgraded from 2 stars to only 1, because of your denial that this wasnt your business. I dont lie, and would never rate a business I never used.

I have been with this company for years. Their girls take pride in their work, are prompt and very respectful. Most of the products they use are very good. Very easy to communicate with everyone. The office does all it can to accommodate you if you need a special cleaning if something special comes up. They offer so much to help a person out. They do more than just excellent cleaning.

I have been truly impressed by POM. I trust their cleaners, they provide consistent results--which are always excellent--and they do extra items, like straightening up my bathroom caddy, that are just nice touches. They also walk my dogs and have offered to assist with dry cleaning. I have had other cleaning services and never been this pleased.

Ive used Peace of Mind to clean the apartment we moved into after our interstate move and for pre-move cleaning once we bought our condo. Ive been pleased with their professionalism and prompt response to any questions or concerns Ive had, and every woman whos worked in my home has been efficient, thorough, friendly, and willing to explain what products she was using and why they were her choice for a specific area. Once were settled, I intend to have them clean for us regularly. I recommend them highly!

Ive always been pleased with Peace of Mind concierge service. They always impress me with how professional they are and always do more than expected. I recommend them highly.

Worst experience ever. Cleaners were late and did not even get my deep cleaning finished. Was told one price and then ended up charging me am additional $100 more. I was charged for 10 hrs worth of them working but only had my bathroom, kitchen, livingroom cleaned. They didnt even clean my basement, upstairs bedrooms and bathroomThey were rude and saying things thinking I couldnt hear them. Dont waste your money here. Their cleaning service was not worth my $350!

Have used for about a year and 1/2. Very conscientious/friendly and efficient staff. We have three dogs and they regularly clean up the nose art on our patio door as well as the hair and paw marks on the hardwood :). Also work with me as our dogs are initially aroused by visitors.

We used Peace of Mind to come into my mother-in-laws home for a one time thorough cleaning. They were flexible, timely and a life saver.

Great cleaning; they always confirm appointments and communicate any changes in schedule. Also, help with getting other stuff done, like getting a handyman for small repairs, etc.

Very easy to work with and gives extraordinary care to their customers.
