I will definitely use Daphnes cleaning service again. I still cant believe how great of a job they did with such short notice.

This is my second time using Daphnes for a move out deep clean. They are great! Punctual and they do a fantastic job. Every area of the place is cleaned thoroughly and left looking spotless. The 2 ladies that came to clean are super nice and very detail oriented. A+

We shopped around for house cleaning service and they were very prompt in coming out and giving us a price. Their price was fair and reasonable. Two people came to the house on time and spent the morning really working. These folks come with everything and do a fine job. Very pleased

I used Amazon Home Services to schedule an appointment with Daphnes (they accepted my bid for a specific time and date). This was scheduled several weeks prior to the planned date, with plenty of time for adjustments on either end if needed.The night before they were supposed to arrive, they sent a message stating a completely different time than the one we agreed on. No explanation, no apology, no checking to see if this was an OK time. They were just insisting that they were coming at this new time. I wasnt even going to be home at the time they were trying to come here, so it was a no-go.They proceeded to send me really bizarre texts that didnt make sense. Then they blocked me. So, thanks for wasting my time by accepting a bid for a job you had no intention of completing.

Very very poor service. I usually have to spend an hour or two cleaning after they leave. Ive seen them use the same cloth on my toilet (they do not use the toilet brush I leave for them), on my kitchen counter. The owner doesnt know how to schedule. He has cancelled on me 15/20 minutes after they were do at my home. There is a staff of 2 cleaning people Which call in sick often.Be selective, it is your home. Trust me this cleaning service is poor at best.

The service Daphnes provided was great! We were moving to a new place and needed a move out cleaning they didnt disappoint! They did an excellent deep cleaning and carpet cleaning will use them again!!

Had a similar experience as Lexi below, booked through amazon home services. They tried to arrive at a time outside the agreed upon window, when I politely corrected them they agreed upon a time, then arrived two hours late. The representative for Daphne’s then tried to charge me 50% more for the agreed upon cleaning, stating that since there was some light debris on the floor from the actual moving (I paid for a “move out cleaning”) that it was outside the scope. The man did not have a simple broom apparently (this is a cleaning company?). I ended up picking up the “debris” by hand in 3 minutes myself. After trying to strong arm me, I agreed they can just cancel the service and leave, and was left to find alternative movers at the last minute, after spending 3 long days moving it of that apartment. DO NOT RECOMMEND this dishonest company, mainly for being a huge waste of time. Apparently what I scheduled and paid for would only provide a “light wiping down”. Look elsewhere.

They did a great job cleaning, they were very responsive easy to get to on the website and text message. They sent me pictures after the job was done. I had an investment property and they use the lockbox no problem and even knew what investment buyers look for. Paying for job was easy, would highly recommend very professional five stars +++.
