They did a good job on the roof. The only problem we had was a language problem with what supplies the roofers needed. MAKE them use the magnet to get up all the nails....just saying

Bad roofer. He wants you to do the the photos for the estimate yourself instead of himself doing it. Unsatisfactory.

Had roof replaced. The roof looks great and am pleased wit that aspect.After job was completed trailers with scrap were left in my yard overnight. The cleanup was not complete. Wrapping from the shingle bundles was left. Shingles and dust were left on the window sills. Also my new exterior A/C unit was scratched up from the crew allowing shingles to fall on it. All while the representative praised his crew on the cleanup. Also the representative Chase, the owners son, was only worried about getting payment not about customer satisfaction.The day work began we were then told that $2000 was required when the work was complete, we were not told this prior, and was not noted anywhere in our quote or contract.Photos were taken the day the job was completed.

Caleb provided fabulous customer service and communication. The roofing crew, headed up by Chase, did awesome work even though it was a small job. I highly recommend them!

Back in August this year one of Memphis finest summer thunderstorms came rip-roaring through our neighborhood taking on all comers. The roof on our home lost that battle sustaining considerable damage. Checking on line for roofing companies, I chose Roof MD. Mr. Glenn Forrest answered the phone and promptly made an appointment to personally inspect the damage. His recommendation was roof replacement. Glenn was my Sales Rep/ Project Manager, and when he came out to my house in Germantown he already had the measurements before he walked in my door. He explained everything step by step to me in terms that I understood and he was very professional. The crew that did the work actually worked, they did not just sit around like so many do. They even went so far as to protect my flower beds and Japanese Maple. When the job was done they even cleaned up behind themselves and hauled all the debris away. I was so pleased with the job I referred them to my mom and next door neighbor who both got a roof from Glenn also. I highly recommend Glenn with Roof MD!

My roof still leaks. We call repeatedly to ask them to come back. They say they will come but they never show up. Once they even tried to blame us saying we were angry. But after you spend several days waiting for them to come you get tired. Cant even go to store waiting. But they didnt wait for their check.

I had a roof leak around a drain vent. Greg and his crew not only replaced the leaky one, but did a survey of the roof and found a few more of the builder-grade gaskets that were starting to crack. In the end, we replaced all of them and the price was extremely reasonable. I appreciated the high degree of professionalism- they showed me smartphone photos before/after work was completed. And once started, the process was quick and efficient, and the roof did not leak again. Highly recommended!

I am not sure if they are a good roof repair company or not, as I was never able to get them to even show up at my house to look at the job. I was told 2 consecutive weeks that someone would come out and give me an estimate, but both weeks no one came by and they also did not call to let me know. Never did hear back from them after my last contact asking about if they wanted to reschedule. Would not trust them with a job.Replying to the response - I work from home and was not at the store or anywhere else. If you showed up and I was not there, why did you not call? I only have the experience of how you treated me to rate you so you deserve and get a 1 star for not letting me know what was going on and why you never showed up after I waited 2 weeks. Not my fault I did not spend money, I tried but you would not let me.

Replaced the roof in a timely manner - also did some rotten wood repair and tree removal ... their two foremen, Jose and Leo, did great work and were easy to work with!!Greg Crocker, the owner is very knowledgeable and does everything he says he will do! Mr. Crocker and his team did a great job on our roof replacement last fall. We were concerned about an upstairs ceiling leak, which has no longer been a problem. He also recommended an adjustment to the pitch of our roof at the back of our chimney to prevent standing water, as the decking had to be replaced from previous damage. I had an emergency tenant call saying that there was a leak coming from the walls. Unfortunately Im from out of state and was in a pinch. They showed up and looked at the roof for a dead valley repair. They told me that I would receive the estimate within a couple days. I received a text about a week later with a price, but not a real itemized estimate. I asked for a legitimate estimate in the form of an email. They never produced one.

I cant recommend Roofmd and Greg Crocker enough. They came out and helped us with our Insurance claim and walked us through the process. We got Owens Corning lifetimes shingles and they look great. Our yard was cleaner when they left than when they got here. I recommend them for any roofing job.

I made an appointment for roof estimate on may 15 between 3 and 5 pm. No show no call. I am revising first negative post. Mr roof md. showed up yesterday, may 17th. Perhaps we miscommunicated, perhaps I was mistaken. I am retracting my negative review and apologize.

For the past 2.5 weeks, Ive been trying to get a receipt of payment and paperwork confirming that the work was completed, so that I wont lose my current home owners insurance. Ive called and texted numerous times, but I havent received a returned call. At this point, I am very frustrated by their lack of professionalism. What if I had suddenly become unavailable when the payment was due?
