I’ve called many companies during a busy time of the year and never get an actual person to talk to. Shawn from Lifetime has been quick to call back and very responsive to trying to work with us! Highly recommended!

I called this firm Wednesday to get an estimate on chimney work, telling Sean that Im in the middle of selling my house and this is time sensitive to get this estimate. He said no problem, Ill have an estimate for you in the morning. He calls me the next morning and tells me he came over and looked at the chimney and didnt see an issue. He also said he didnt have a latter with him(?). I explained to him that you have to go up on the roof to see the crack on the outside of the flue. He laughed for some reason. He explained that replacing the portion I described would be $400. I asked if he could send the quote by email and that I needed it pretty quickly. He replied so, all you are looking for is an estimate? I told him that I need the estimate and well go from there depending on what the buyer wants to agree to. This Sean guy got very short with me and rushed the call to an ending. He jumped to assuming all I wanted was the quote without having him do the work so he quickly lost interest. I tried calling him 5 more times with no return call and no email. A man is as good as his word. If integrity is not important to you, hire this jerk. Hes getting 1 star because I cant give him zero. No ladder, thats funny

The job was done exactly the way i wanted it. I felt like he could always be trusted to do the right thing....Very Happy!!!
