I was told they schedule appointment times and not windows and that I would get a call if they were even running 15 minutes behind. At the 45 minute late mark I called and was told they would be on the way soon (first red flag). Finally arrived an hour and a half late, and apparently didnt have the tools needed to clean the carpet (second red flag). We were satisfied with the quoted price and prepaid with a reschedule for a few days later. They ended up giving a window of 8 am - 10 am instead of an appointment (third red flag). At 10:15 I received a call that they could not come out and need to reschedule for a few days later. I told them to cancel the appointment and I would like a refund. The manager called and apologized and told me a refund would be mailed and gave me the specific day. A week and a half after the mail date and I have not received the check. I called again and had to leave another message for the manager to call me. Apparently he cannot be bothered to call me back. You would think that when someone says they are contacting the BBB there would be some urgency to correct the complaint, but not for this company. I have filed the complaint with the BBB, hopefully they can help get my money back. Buyer beware.Update: We finally received a refund for services not rendered. It took going through the BBB and speaking to the owner in the home office to get a resolution.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company… find someone else. Scheduled with them because they had appointment times so soon but they canceled last minute saying the technician had a family emergency and rescheduled for the following day saying they will definitely be there. Then they cancelled again last minute saying the technician’s van broke down. I had all my furniture moved and ready for them both days, very inconvenient. Plenty of other reviewers on here with the same experience. Save yourself the frustration and book with someone who will show up!

Just had my carpets “cleaned” though after checking, the tech didn’t do the closets or corners. There’s also some chalky white stuff that they used as the deodorizer but it’s caked onto some of the doors and walls.I was also told by the tech that I would get a new customer discount but it never showed. I asked before he left about it and he said it would show on my emailed receipt. Hours later never received a receipt and had to call, waiting for 20 minutes for a rep, and finally got the receipt - WITHOUT any discounts. I tried to call back to inquiry but each time it’s a 20+ minute wait.Bad job for overpriced cost. I would NOT recommend using this company. Maybe I got a bad tech but be forewarned that you may get ripped off.If you DO decide to use this company, WATCH THE TECH as they work and make sure they do what they’re supposed to.I also noticed that my allergies exploded later that night. When I loved downstairs (without carpet) my allergies subsided. Not sure what chemicals they use but it may be an issue if you have respiratory issues or allergies.

I was excited about getting an appointment so quickly this week. Antonio came out to my home and was very professional, respectful and courteous. Over the telephone, I was quoted approximately $265 as an estimate for the work I was requesting to clean my carpets. After giving Antonio the walk through and removed furniture from the floor into the bathrooms and on the beds etc.., I jumped on a business call. Antonio told me that he was then going to take measurements in the rooms and provide me the pricing. He came back to my office after taking measurements and quoted my a price of well over $700.00! I asked him why it was so expensive and he stated that it was the square footage in my home. It would have been nice to receive this information from the person that I spoke to over the phone, because she never even mentioned the possibility of a change in pricing based on square footage. Because I was in the middle of an important call and had already moved a lot furniture, I advised him to proceed. I am significantly disappointed in the pricing for the service received. Now that the carpet has dried, the results are mediocre at best. Antonio also ran into technical difficulties with the carpet cleaning equipment that was out of his control which resulted in the cleaning taking longer than expected. He was extremely apologetic about it. My observation is NOT that the equipment provided to him represented top of the line business equipment that supports a $700 plus price. While I paid for the service, I will not use the company again. I value integrity and trust as a repeat customer for customary home care and the significant gap in pricing from telephone to in person does not reflect the values I would expect to experience from a reputable company.

2/22/21: Safe-Dry runs a classic bait and switch business. The customer service rep quoted $88 to clean 3 rooms. She noted that when the technician arrives there could be additional fees but didn’t provide any detail. The technician arrived and quoted a price of $260. After expressing my dissatisfaction the price was lowered to $230. He explained they offer three different levels of service and handed me a card showing the options. I still expressed my dissatisfaction so the technician called his manager, Anthony. Anthony offered to do the service for $130. When discussing the job with Anthony he used different wording then the wording on the card. This just added more confusion and frustration to the situation. Ultimately they cleaned the carpet for $88 but didn’t remove stains in one area because that’s extra.2/23/21: After I posted my review yesterday I had a conversation with Kevin, the general manager. He apologized for my experience, offered to refund my payment, and offered to redo the cleaning. The second cleaning occurred today and went smoothly. Thanks to Kevin and Michael (the technician today) my level of satisfaction has improved. Therefore, Ive revised my rating up to 3 stars.

Ty was my technician and he had a trainee with him name Aaron and they both was friendly and He was on time, and even though I was quoted a price over the phone that I was supposed to pay. and it was not the price I was told when Ty explained it to me that it was not the price I still went along with the services. This was my first time using them but overall they did a great job. Im probably going to use this service again I would recommend ty as the technician.

The appointment was scheduled at 12:00 which was confirmed prior to the date of service. They called at 12:15 to say they would be late. When I called the office I was told that they would be there at 2:30. At 3:00 they said it would be another 45 minutes. Now at 3:30 they have called to say they cannot give a time because the technician has not completed at another house. They said they could come back at 8:00 in the morning after we have waited all afternoon for them. When I called the main company they said they were 2 technicians short today (not my fault). This was an empty house which is going on the market so it was very inconvenient to have to sit there all afternoon waiting for them to call or come. This is not the way to do business. I would NEVER use this service again.

Excellent experience with both Nicholas and Rory. Both showed up on time and were extremely knowledgeable about the company and carpet cleaning process. Im a second time customer. Each experience Ive had with technicians and the company has been amazing. I have no reservations. Both Nicholas and Rory did an amazing job. Im pleased and will continue to recommend this company and the services they provide for myself and any friends and family.

I would highly recommend Safe-Dry. They were very helpful and responsive from the very first call. Devante was our technician and did a great job. He arrived at the time promised by the office and explained everything he would be doing. He did a great job and left the carpet looking like new. Bait and switch. Quoted me ballpark of $200 over the phone. Carpets just needed basic cleaning. When the guy showed up and looked at everything, then told me he was going to call the manager to get me the best deal possible, I knew I was in trouble. He came back with three packages, starting at $754 and going to over $1000, for cleaning carpets in a four bedroom house with bonus and no pets or stains. I told him I was expecting between $200 and $300 as that’s what I’ve paid multiple times before. I politely let him out. He came back five minutes later after having called the boss and offered it for $300. I politely sent him on his way. I’ve no doubt they do good work but drastically overpriced and the sales model is all wrong. Found the guy who did it last year (only called these guys cause I thought the wife wanted them specifically, different story) and he did the job for $248.

I was skeptical at first when they told me they don’t use any kind of steam or hot water to clean the carpets. They only use a spray and a “spinning mop” machine. I was thinking there’s no way they’ll be able to get these stains out of the carpet. But boy was I wrong! All the stains were cleaned up and the carpets looked and smelled brand new! Austin and his trainee were great! They worked fast and were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!

Dallas was very professional and very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and products. He did a fantastic job cleaning my playroom and area rugs. I didn’t expect the stains to come out of my playroom carpet, from my little one spitting up everywhere, but to my astonishment all the stains were removed. Bonus, they have a 14 day guarantee. Very easy to reach and get appointment at our convenient time. Alex was very courteous and polite. Did the carpet cleaning awesome. The best part was it dried very quickly and there was very pleasant smell not like chemical kind from other cleaners. It’s a little on higher side but worth it since it was done very very neatly.

We had Christian at our home today and what a great young man. Very polite, friendly and professional. Due to covid, the family wasstuck in the home while he worked, but we enjoyed having him around! Carpets look great, especially considering I have only really ever cleaned them myself with Rug Doctors (which don’t work). We look forward to having him come again, especially when he is home from school on breaks. He went the extra mile to clean stubborn stains and definitely extended the life of our carpets. I had my carpet cleaned back in August of this year by Tanner. He arrived a little early, a plus for me, was quite professional in manner and appearance. I had no clue of which cleaning package to get since I had a growing puppy that was not completely house trained. Tanner took the time to explain all of their services and exactly what they did. He was able to customize my services for what I needed and stayed within my budget. Would definitely go with this company again. I was completely satisfied and my carpet wasnt dirty all day.

Was moving in new home and called safe dry!!! Nick showed up smiling ear to ear and worked with me as I was on a budget from the move.
