Scheduling was easy. The carpet cleaning was excellent. The crew called ahead, was on time, and did excellent work. They went above and beyond. The carpets look phenomenal (which is not an easy feat- we have a young child in the house!). This is our second time using Father & Son and we will continue to do so in the future.

Richard and his team professionally cleaned my carpets and upholstery. They were prompt, professional and respectful of my home. Everything was done correctly and I am very pleased. They even got out my dogs stain from rubbing his body on the back side of my couch clean!

If I could give more stars, I would. This company is top notch and I believe that stems from the top down. The owner, Richard, was a delight to work with. He treats customers like friends or family. His tech staff are professional, lovely people, and most importantly, they did a great job on our 25 year-old white carpet! Coffee stains, grease stains (from a large piece of exercise equipment), and various other stains are gone! If they miss any stains, and you call right away, they come back happily. I cannot say enough good things about this company - from the owner to the techs, they are nice, professional, and good at what they do!

Incredibly pleased with this detail-driven, professional, and personable company. They have cleaned two 100% wool carpets with care and success. One was 35 years old and needed minor repair. The other had accidental motor oil splotches. Both look brand new. I have since sent three more area carpets. The price is right, and the pick up and delivery option is a seamless process. Call them!

Had company come out to restretch carpet that had been installed 2 years ago by a local co( Floormax). The carpet kept rippling. Floormax had carpet restretched 3 times, but the probkem was never fixed. Chynna and Gavin discovered that the carpet had been installed incorrectly. Due to the improper install the ripples are now permanent, and the carpet is ruined. I had 2 different installers out to fix the problem. This is the only time they looked for an explanation for this ongoing issue. They contacted Richard ( owner)regarding their findings and took videos to document. Richard is preparing a report so I can pursue this. The attention to detail has finally given me the reason for this 2 year old problem.I will be having them back for upholstery cleaning. Great job completed timely and quickly. The Father & Son employees were so nice and very polite. They made me very comfortable. They were very neat and efficient. T.J. told me had worked for Father and Son for 10 years and his professionalism showed. Ive hired other carpet cleaners and this company offered the best service and results. Sometimes the owner gets overwhelmed with phone calls, but he runs a great business. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Update:The company owner, after moving to a new place, personally came and assisted in cleaning my carpets. I have updated my review to 4 stars for his assistance, recently.Unfortunately the professionalism and respect I wanted in return wasn’t met by this company. This was my 3rd time using them and unfortunately they didn’t keep a promise of what was on the invoice. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to lack of responsiveness and professionalism, when I tried to reach the owner. No texts or call back about the situation. Find another company!

Having several cats carpet problems come up time to time. Richard with Father and Son Carpet Cleaning has helped eliminate the pet accidents, leaving the rooms smelling clean and fresh. They have also done some carpet stretching to eliminate some rolls in the carpet from poor installation years back (by the installer) and repair some minor issues in our carpeting. Their crews are efficient, experienced and did a great job. I would recommend them without hesitation

Great workers, on time, polite, fast!

Needed some carpet cleaning done at my home and gave these guys to come out and do two rooms. I feel When servicing someone home you should have a everything you need to complete the job such as a commercial carpet cleaning system that able to tackle just about any situation and doesnt smell like mildew, your own water & electric, towels for cleaning up dirty water, shoe protectors & water waste unit to all of the chemicals used to clean the carpet. these guys had just the opposite not only did they not do a good job the first or second time the total time that they spent on my carpets for two days 2 hours and 15 mins and didnt even do my STAIRS like I ask them to do NO STEAMING WAS DONE and then still wanted me to pay full price for a service they didnt complete. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE. I am still cleaning up old smelly water from these jokersDri Masters are a HELL OF LOT BETTER AND CHEAPER

Arrived 1 hour late without all their equipment. Sped through cleaning only walkways. Leaked soapy, dirty water on my furniture. Contacted the owner and never heard back. I believe the father retired and the son-in-law got greedy.
