Food was good. One entree served 15 minutes after all others. Service a bit slow. Looked like server had too many tables to take care of.

Ive been using Flagship for many years because they always do an excellent job of cleaning for a reasonable price. They pretreat wheels and tar spots and their robotic machine does a great job on the rest of the grime. They offer additional services up to and including a full detail inside and out and hand waxing of your vehicle for an additional modest cost.

Quick and easy. Just wish the coin dispenser worked. Hoping it will get fixed soon. But other then that good working machines and vacuum. Very affordable also. Only cost me $6.00 to clean my car. But, I had to speed with the Vacuum because it only gives 7 minutes.

This car was was nice quiet place to go to no one rushed me during my wash but you can only use coins I had to keep going back to the machine to get coins with my credit card, you cant use cash no cash at all. My car did not come clean I used the drive-through car wash maybe I should use the do it yourself car wash next time because my car was still dirty... But it was not bad at all maybe because it was a while since I washed my car, next time I will use the brush to scrub off some of the dirt 1st. 😆...I would recommend flagship car wash!

Used the new automatic car wash bays. My car was actually made DIRTIER than when I drove into the bay. No lie. So I rewashed my car in their regular bays. Not much better results. As far as I can tell, they are recycling the water from the car wash leaving people washing their cars with dirty water.

Its my goto spot it stays open 24 hours . The strip has everything. All issues are resolve within 30 second. FREE air, you know how the weather can be on cars just an all around good spot to wash your cloths

Decent car wash. The automatic wash doesnt clean very well, but I prefer to use the bays and do it myself. The vacuums are always broken or on the verge of breaking.

I went to the place and it was a bit empty but I enjoyed washing my car here. The only thing I did not like is why did they not fill up the tire washing spray, but other then that my stay was pretty good!

Good car wash but set up very poorly. Very frustrating that every time I go I sit there and wait for people to get done vacuuming their cars while wash bays are wide open. All I want is to rinse my car off and they have the vacuum stations set directly in front of the wash bays. So people vacuum their cars for ~10 minutes while the wash bay sits wide open with no one using it. Need to move the vacuum stations out of the wash bay entrances. Second time in a row that I had to turn around and leave because of this

Easy way to clear salt for $5

The automated car wash the mechanism the dispenses the soap on the car is currently broke so if you use it as of 12/29 its really going to do anything except for spray your car with water. Reached out to flagship via email and phone no response.

This used to be my favorite place to wash my car unfortunately not anymore. The vaccume machines rarely work good, they just eat your coins and no employee is ever around to retrieve the coins. So its always a hit or a miss.

Never going back. I’ve gone here a few times to use the automatic wash bay. First time I used it I noticed one of the nozzles wasn’t working. Called and informed them. The subsequent times same issue. Figured they’d of fixed it but nope. This last time I tried the other automatic bay. So soap!! From now on I’ll make the drive to The Auto Spa Express in Frederick

Self wash bays were clean, and everything worked as expected. The self wash selectors only accepts coins, but the coin exchange machine was very close by. Bucket washing is allowed as long as there are no customers waiting behind you. During peak hours, the drying areas can get pretty misty from other customers washing their cars. Overall this was a nice coin wash and would recommend.

A fairly nice facility however my experience here was less than acceptable. I put two tokens in the machine and only received 2 minutes and 30 seconds worth of time. Thats a minute and 15 seconds for a dollar. Although a little bit steep, I can hustle... so I proceed to wash my car.When I switch the sprayer from soap to rinse the system took 25 seconds to purge the soap out before I could start rinsing. Its OK, I got a free token for putting in a $5 bill.Thats when I switched to wax and nothing came out. I pointed the sprayer at my car in the exact same spot for two full minutes and no wax came out.I spent $7 on a car wash that I had to do myself and was incomplete! I could have paid three more three dollars and never stepped out of my car at a different car wash...I will never use Flagship Carwash Centers again

This car wash is huge and the equipment is always well maintained. The vacuums are powerful the parking is plenty, the bays are clean. I recommend you come here with time because it’s always booming. Definitely worth anyone’s time checking them out.

The car wash didnt have enough solution, no tire cleaning solution and it cost more than a regular car wash and you are doing the work yourself!! Doesnt make sense

Gets the job done. I prefer the locations with the automatic wash that is open 24hrs. This allows you to have the water blown off your car saving a bunch of time. If you aren’t going to dry your car off properly you might as well not even wash your car.

DO NOT USE AUTOMATIC WASH. This was a ripoff paid 12 for ultimate wash and this was all the dirt still on my car this towl was brand new I had to use a cleaner in my car to hand wash it because I refused to give them anymore money to wash it again HORRIBLE, WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK

I used the 1st automatic car wash. The second one was out of service. It did not clean the sides of my car.

I love this carwash. Its never crowded and overwhelming with too many people when I go. No waits always hit the self serve vacuum and then wash. Always leaving with my car looking like a beauty.

Use soap brush, high pressure rinse, low pressure spot-free rinse for 6 tokens ($5; 360 seconds). Very quick and effective way to make car cleaned like new. Very satisfied.

Its $5 for six tokens, with two tokens required for 140 seconds of usage of the self-service equipment. I can get my car clean with three sessions ($5), spending extra time scrubbing with the brush while time is expired.The tire/wheel cleaning soap hardly works at all, and there is no Spot-free rinse at the end (it seems to have been disabled, though its still advertised in the signage). But for a basic wash this place is OK.

Absolutely horrible. For $7 at the automatic car wash, you essentially just get different types of water to rinse your car, no soap. And then the suction on the vacuum is so awful that it wouldn’t even get rid of crumbs. I was literally picking small pieces up by hand.

Vacuums do not have much suction as other vacuums do. I went over one area in my car multiple times and it would not pick up the debris and dirt. Very disappointed that I wasted 2 dollars on something simple as vacuuming my car.

Your way to do it! We love to rent a space so you can do your cleaning without paying a loooot to have the job done.

Once again the credit card machine wouldnt take anything. Theres always road cones and maintenance on the first of the two automated touch-less drive throughs. Ill have to come back when the second one doesnt have a line.

Literally the worst car wash experience I’ve had. Machine stopped working halfway leaving my car half dirty and half covered by suds. Not a single human being on site notwithstanding the fact that there are eight bays. And their phone number is a fax machine! Avoid like the plague!

Great place to go car washing

Tried to use self wash bays today and was very annoyed when nothing worked other than the high pressure rinse setting. I drove out of my way to this self wash due to reviews being better than other places.

Both the pressure washer and the soap brush leaked all over the place. Vacuums didnt really suck that well. I did fine that the time was accurate and equipment did not shut off early.

Super crowded to a fault. The lot is too small to finish cleaning the vehicle. The prices are good. The automatic wash did nothing to clean my car. There was no foam during the cleaning foam step.

Love this place because its so close to where I live and I love cleaning my car

The bay that i used (i think it was #4), the pressure washer didnt work and the spot free rinse only putout a single stream of water so i was left with hard water spots all over the car. Spent $6 to clean the car and ended up having to clean it again when i got home. Poor maintenance of engine bays, hoses leak, power washer doesnt work properly. Avoid this place.

Best DYI car wash, awesome free air for tires. Gave 4 stars because sometimes they are out of chemicals, especially prewash.

Vacuum always broken bring your own. wash steels money always broken. greasy lot. no recycling container.

Clean and serviced well. Not usually any down stations and is kept clean. Summer brushes and house fittings/spouts need to be replaced. Only game in town for self service car wash.
