Great job. First time having this car interior fully detailed in 8 years. VERY happy with the results.

The staff is professional, accommodating, helpful and always do a wonderful job!! Had my minivan detailed there after a mouse got into it (yes, disgusting, I know!) and they detailed the van so well that it looked brand new when they were done. Also removed a scratch on another vehicle in less than 2 seconds after I tried everything to get it off without success. I highly recommend this car wash!!

I’ve been coming to this car wash out of convenience since it’s right down the street from my home, however each and every time they take 30 minutes + in the detailing area. Today, while their main building gets remodeled they have customers waiting in the hot sun and offer customers dirty picnic tables with trash and cigarette butts all over the place. Today the detailing part took nearly an hour. Also after inspection when I made it home, the back was not vacuumed out well and the worker left a spray bottle in my sons car seat. The $33 service was not up to standards today and the automatic car wash as you can tell did not do a good job at getting my car cleaned either. I’ll be going elsewhere now.

Car still had bugs stuck on front and hood. Wheels needed to be cleaned better. For the cost it should have been much cleaner

I had the best experience. After having such a difficult past week due to backing into a parking post. I Finally had one of reps totally get rid of the blue scratches then when I returned on Monday the General manager Gabe gave me the assurance that I mentally needed. He not only got rid of all the hairline scratches but eased my self conscience telling me it happens which made me feel so much better! Thank you Love My Carwash

I have already responded to the emails and there are 2 emails I have sent that have not been answered, so Im not sure why you are waiting to hear back from me, Im the one waiting to get your answer so we can move forward.As for insisting to go with your insurance is because you are trying to find the cheapest way to get out of this situation and not have it fixed how it is supposed to be, as well as involving more people, an uncle who was a previous general manager. The wheel is not repairable and needs to be replaced. Rest of the details regarding tires and damage to the front wheel are in the email communications. Please respond to the email so we can resolve this issue and move on.---------Completely destroyed one of my wheels, scuffed another one and took out chunks of rubber from my tire and left a huge gash (10+ inches) on the sidewall, making it dangerous to continue driving.Before going into the carwash I specifically asked if the wheels would fit through the tunnel since they are very large. After two employees confirmed the vehicle would fit without issues, including the General Manager, I proceeded to drive it through. Once inside, the tunnel had trouble pulling the car through when it was in neutral, at which point the General Manager instructed me to put the car in drive and try to drive it through several times. It took many tries, and by the time I was able to get the car out of the tunnel, it severely damages my wheels and tire.I am still in contact with the business to resolve this issue however they want to resolve it without their insurance which is causing a huge inconvenience and taking longer than it should as they want to keep their cost to replace my wheels to a minimum.

I have used Love My Carwash a number of times in past years. This is the very very first time I actually got A+ service. My car was clean extremely well and I left feeling PERFECTLY CLEAN. Thanks to the staffs who did a excellent job.

A bit cheaper than up the street, however even after a full exterior and interior wash and detailing I still had pieces off the side of my car that I needed to get out after my visit.I might go back however I may not if this is what I get for a full detailing service.

Unfortunately I canceled my membership today after 10 years. They have gotten a lot busier and the location layout was not intended to be busy. There is no control on who goes first and customers arguing because people are cutting in line. Employee understood my frustration and said I’m not the only one and canceled my service.

I went there and paid $65 for full details. With that i was expecting a great service.. Boy i was surprised when they were doen.First they said 25 to 30 mns. It took them 2 hrs. Once they brought my vehicle out, I asked if all was done right and attendant replied, yes. I took possession of my vehicle drove and parked on the side and did a full check. Well for $65 bucks simple cup holder was not cleaned properly, windows were not rolled down and cleaned on top. I had manager to fixe them however I was hoping he would do a thorough inspection unfortunately he didnt. Back seat still have small crumbs, I had to vacuum at home and did more cleaning. Do not paid for full cleaning!2 star is generous on my part just because overall the vehicle meet standards but I was expecting better

I paid for the gold full service and added the tire shine. The windows were not cleaned and the tire shine was not applied. I will never use their service again. Going back to Auto Spa where I have never had an issue in the 2 years I’ve used them.

I usually go to Love My Car car wash to get my car washed since they usually do a good job and my whole family take their cars to this location to get their cars washed but last week when I went, I left VERY DISAPPOINTED. There was a lot of pollen still left on the rim of where my windshield meets the hood of my car (picture included) and the front grill of my car was still covered in dirt and pollen, which I had to wipe down myself. Its very disappointing because the car wash is pretty pricey. The gentleman that usually rinses the car before the car goes through the tunnel doesnt rinse the cars down well to at least remove some of the debris of the cars. Maybe if he is not too busy on his phone, it can avoid issues like my car (having all that pollen trapped in between).

Quite disappointed. Mercedes Benz referred this place after we bought our new Benz. Trunk was not vacuumed. Drivers floor was not vacuumed. Passenger rear window was sprayed with window cleaner and never wiped. Windshield was full of streaks after it was cleaned. No response from them after emailing them about experience. Extetior was clean. Quite expensive as well. Would not recommend.

Very bad service, did not do the interior cleaning when I purchased the full interior and exterior Gold.Manager was rude and said that cleaning guys were under training and didn’t cleaned properly. He did not offered to clean it again even when I showed him the uncleaned surfaces and he tried to explain me that I should go with full detailing instead of Gold service.

I went ahead and did the $55 detailing. I told the workers dont worry about the trunk. Surprisingly one of them started cleaning out my trunk and I had so many loose things in there. They didnt have to do that. Therefore they definitely deserve a good review because they ultimately went the extra mile. Work done at 2pm on 2/9.

I was blown away by what a great system they have. Very thorough cleaning at the best price I have found. My car looks amazing inside and out and I will never go anywhere else again! Thank you.

I used the service on 1/10/21 Car #564. Dont buy the gift cards. When you come to use it, they treat you like its a discount coupon. Also, if your car is dirt(ier) than average, they dont work on it until they are less busy. I had to ask to speak to a manager after waiting an hr and a half for them to wash my car. While the end product was good, it does not justify the means.UPDATED: The owner claims to have communicated the wait time. However, my issue wasnt the wait time. I had to watch people who came after me leave before me. I asked a worker why and he said some made appointment. I asked a patron if he made an appointment and he said No. Lies, Lies, Lies

They charge me $40 to wash and vacuum my car!!!! Please do use this car wash!! They are a bunch of ripoff!!! I will never come back!!No car wash i seen for this price!! Recently, all of the price of this place has increased by around $5. But the service got worse... I washed my car inside and outside with a gold package, but I dont know what changed inside. The dirt stains on the mat remain the same. Even, I couldnt find the enter of the rest area that was changed from before, so I was trying to find the door inside, but suddenly, An employee with the red shirts struck the horn loudly in the car of a customer who was washing the car. Damn, I was so surprised. What the heck was that? So rude.

A little pricey for the service offered. After my visit I noticed debris still on my mats, and a few spots that couldve easily been cleaned on my dash/ console area. I got a express service, maybe the even higher detailed service wouldve been better?

I took my car in yesterday for a detail and I can not begin to express how great of a job this team did. They made my car look better than the way it was when I first purchased it. I definitely recommend this place and I will continue to take my business to them permanently. I have referred them to several other friends as well and the staff are great and friendly. Very professional detail work. I always go here for interior detail and it’s worth it! The car wash service is good but the detail service is the best! With covid, I was happy to see they were moving cars in and out and seemed to have a good system to keep the waiting room from being crowded, which was a primary concern of mine. I was impressed at the attention to little cleaning details they made. My car hasn’t been cleaned since covid hit and I was super happy to leave a big tip after i saw how much work they did to get the interior clean. Staff is nice and friendly.... I always come here and will continue to do so now that I see how much they adjusted to the pandemic. If you get an exterior wash, make sure they do your tires... I have had them miss my tires in previous wash visits. They always correct the problem, but I wish i didn’t have to ask every time. Still they get 5 stars because they overall do good work.

Got their full service Gold car wash on 03/13/2021 and was very disappointed at the quality of work - door jambs were cleaned only in some spots and mostly left dirty, same thing with the rims. They wiped the dash and console but left smears everywhere from the dirty towels. I have window visors so the car wash couldnt wash the dirt on the top 2 section of the windows covered by the visors - I rolled down the windows after coming out of the car wash so that the staff doing rest of the cleaning would see the dirt and clean them - that didnt happen either. The only thing they seemed to do an okay job on was vacuuming.I went to the car wash mainly because I wanted to get the undercarriage washed to get rid of road salt/grime and thought Id also get the full service wash so that I wont have to do any cleaning. I was wrong - ended up having to clean several spots missed by the car wash (and their staff who wiped down the car after the wash) both on the outside as well as inside.It was quite busy with a long line of cars waiting to be cleaned and their staff was rushing to get people out as quickly as they can, which basically means cutting corners and sloppy service like the one I got. This was my first time at this car wash and also the last time.

Went in for an interior detail and odor out for a used car I recently purchased (not cleaned by the dealer). They did an excellent job and Gabe was very helpful.Unfortunately their waiting room does not have AC. I met a couple of lovely ladies who had the foresight to bring their own shaded folding chairs to sit out in the breeze. Its an investment I plan to make before my next summer visit.If youre going for a full interior I suggest bringing a book if you dont live in the neighborhood. Its about 3hrs, plus an additional hour for the odor out.

They did a very good job on my car. I had nasty stains on my back seat and now it looks as good as new. The quality of service and professionalism is top notch. You will not regret! My car looked so good my husband got his done the following day!!

I took the package for 50 bucks and it was worth it. After the cleaning, my car looked like new. The service was fast and I had a great experience. If you want to get a good cleaning without lot of effort, get the deal. Definitely recommend this place.

Hit or miss with this place really. In general its pretty good, however the last time i went they were really fast with cleaning my vehicle, even though i used the same selection as always. This caused some over-sight in regards to some trash left behind in those little cupholders on the driver and passenger doors. But overall, its a pretty good place to get a car wash.

This review is for the Super clean package for $45. After going through the automated exterior cleaning, they spent an additional half hour to vacuum, steam and clean the interior and rub and clean the exterior. Well worth the money. The waiting area is clean and relaxing too.

After birds defaced my precious car I decided it’s time to wash. Surely, it was my first carwash and I don’t have anything to compare, but it was amazing. People were understanding, compassionate, quick, and very diligent. I would wash my car there everyday if I believed in car washing.

A piece came off through the wash, the inside still looks like it wasnt wiped down and the tires are all dirty still like they ha ent been cleaned for months. Yet paid 30 something bucks for a truck to be washed.

Seems like they care about the cars and try to make it look beautiful. Not always to the smallest detail but they at least make an effort.

Family owned company located here in Germantown. I signed up for the full service membership with no regrets. Can take my car over whenever and add frequently as I want to get a thorough cleaning inside and out. Staff is friendly and you can tell they care about their work. The Auto movement of the vehicle through the wash and wax system is a little bit fast for through exterior cleaning. The lady upfront does not dry the vehicle properly only concentrate on the windows and neglect the body of the vehicle.

I chose this car wash because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed. The staff is great, Woody took the time to explain and help me get the right plan for my car. I love the detail work, both the inside and outside looked just as clean as a new car. I recommend this car wash and will be a repeat customer.

Was not pleased. They usually do better. Was upset that they took my whole monthly charge but only did the outside of the car. UPDATE - After writing to the company I learned that they will steam the inside twice monthly. Though I still was not pleased with my service. I do appreciate the update received and the timely manner in which it was received. I will continue my service there because I know they can do better. They have Proven this before. We all have bad days👍

Came to this carwash since it was open and closer to home, and cant say enough good about it! Very pleasant to work with, and signed up for a membership with Gabe, and the whole staff made good on everything membership said it would entail! My kids and I sat in the shade while the car was cleaned, and my son kept going over to watch and came back saying These are like, the nicest people in the world! I go here about twice a month to get my truck washed. Their service is exceptional and they are very meticulous on the interior clean that’s just as a part of the wash package. I recommend these guys to anyone who wants a quick car wash with quality staff.

I pointed out the berry stains that were dropped on my car overnight, explained to the female cashier that Touchless Car Wash in Gaithersburg completely removes them on a REGULAR CAR WASH by using a long-handled brush and spray, just before entering the car wash. I told her today I just didnt have enough time to drive to Gaithersburg. I asked the man with the sprayer at the car wash entrance to use a brush with the spray, but, in spite of the fact he gave me a thumbs up, I dont think he understood because he did not use a brush. When my car was pulled up to me after washing, it was COVERED with red stains. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I went for the 1st time to get a super wash which cost me $55 ! And my car is still not clean as I was expecting. Use some cleaning wipes and came out dirty. So disappointed do not recommend to pay full service. It seem that they just quickly vaccum and thats it. My front mirror looks dirty and notice it until I was on the road.
