Parking is a serious problem if its busy. Other than that the staff is nice. We were an hour late and didnt charge us a late fee.IMPORTANT: do not forget to or be lazy about refilling with gas. They charged us 23 bucks for not doing so.

This is the best U-haul location ever! We were renting a 6x12 trailer and Steven was incredible! We had issues with the trailer lights and he spent over an hour of his time to help check fuses ect. Steven went far beyond what is obligated and his commitment to serve in excellence is ridiculous. Great U-hal Dealer rent from these guys you wont regret it!!

Uhaul had their stuff together and we’re a great help in getting our truck and car trailer all set up and reward to roll.Happy we rented from them and will again.

Scheduled a rental, called a day in advance to see if we could move our pick up time back, couldnt get through always got a busy line. Tried calling the morning of, still no answers. Showed up in person to pick up our rental reservation and was told they gave it away and we would have to go to another random location where they had 15ft trucks available... We reserved a van not a truck. Will not use this location again, unreliable, unprofessional, just shrugged it off and acted if thats the normal there to not answer any phones.

Excellent staff, vehicles was extremely clean. Only issue was Google maps took me into an apartment complex where you could see where you needed to go but couldnt. Over all experience so far is outstanding.

Quick and easy pick-up, friendly folks. Not the first time Ive rented from there, and Im sure Ill be back next time I need a rental.

Friendly, personal service. I booked a truck in advance and appreciated the follow-up phone call from the owner. When I arrived, the truck was ready for me to pick up. He gave me a quick lesson on everything I needed to know, and I was out the door. The truck was easy to drive, clean, and in good condition. When I turned it in, there were no surprises on the bill. Id definitely use them again.Also, if youre looking for storage, this place is in a very quiet, secure location.

These people were so wonderful to us. We had to move across country back to NJ and we originally ordered a smaller trailer and realized it wouldnt fit everything. We called 30 min before closing and asked the guy what was available. He was extremely accommodating and gave us the best price for the additional services we needed. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for top notch customer service.

About as good people as you can get. Ive been here atleast 3 or 4 times and every single time they are the most welcoming, friendly people Ive come across. Friendly & efficient - gave me helpful advice even when I had to pick up at another location. This UHaul was a great find, as it’s slightly off the beaten track in a subdivision, so it’s not too busy, but it’s actually right off I-35. Now you all know & I’ll have to wait in line behind y’all next time!

It was Memorial day Monday their office was closed. I didnt know they were closed but when I called I got their on call drop off guy Paul. I recently moved and my new home didnt have a washer or dryer. Normally not a big deal but I have small children at home and still trying to get unpacked. Paul went out of his way during our call to secure me a dolly at the at the Georgetown location without fully knowing my situation. Superb customer service! I was able to get my washer and dryer on a last minute pickup. I cant thank Paul enough for letting me rent out a dolly. Thank you again!

I love renting U-haul at this location. The guys and gals are super friendly, they always have a great selection of equipment and they have quick access to the freeway. They even grabbed the trailer and hooked it up to my Jeep before I had chance to pay.

Hands down one of the best UHAUL locations in the country. Yes, you heard that right, in the country! Some of these places dont give a whistle about your day or the process for renting these components for your move. This is a family-based business and they care about customer service. If youre in the area, this is where you should be going for your rental needs!

I went here to get a truck to move to my new house. I didnt have a problem with it. There is a problem with the outside. The parking lot is tiny and its hard to get out of. Its a U-haul dealer and there should be a bigger parking lot.The parking lot should be bigger because when you are pulling out with your truck or trailer, the trucks are big and the trailers make your car longer, U-haul, please make your parking lot bigger!

Best storage unit place in Georgetown. IMHO. Ive used these guys twice and always a good experience. Very professional and the units they provide are first rate.

The manager Tol, helped in such a big way. I went to a gas station that rents out uhaul trailers in Taylor Texas and wasn’t sure if the uhaul was attached correctly. She was very nice but there was noone else to help attach the uhaul to my vehicle. Unfortunately I felt something wasn’t right with my trailer. I decided to call Georgetown for they are an actual uhaul dealership. Tol was amazing !! He met me so I didn’t have to drive into Georgetown and fixed the issue. It’s like night and day with my uhaul. Thank you Tol for your Superb assistance I feel way more confident traveling now and very safe. Definitely recommend Georgetown U-Haul - climatized containers storage. My trailer wasn’t tightened down correctly and the chains wasn’t done correctly as well. Thanks 🙏 again.

I had about experience because I was overcharged for my truck when I got to talk they told me it would be $49 I only needed therefore is short time she told me I had to keep you for 24 hours Indian returning upon to return in it they told me and just drop it off at the gate I said OK but when I saw my ville from my credit card I was charge almost a $100 would never use a service here

Amazing customer service! Their storage lockers are all military grade containers! You dont have to worry about flimsy walls or doors. The climitized ones are even better, there nothing like driving up to the container walking out of the 110 deg Tx heat into 65 deg AC!
