I am on a similar page as the rest of us. Was using Jason to do my taxes for about 4 years. Tried it myself last year and he could have totally done me better. (That was silly of me) I highly recommend using Jason. He has always been professional and offers great advice for future investments or large purchases. He always seems to remember me too.

Jason has been doing our taxes for at least 5 years and we are always overwhelmed by the wealth of knowledge he shares with us not only for taxes, but for life. He could easily just do our taxes, tell us how much we owe or are getting back, and go on to the next person, but he doesnt. He gets to know your family and your life story. I started using Jason in 2014 and he has always done beyond amazing job for my family. I had moved in 2015 and I went to H&R Block for some reason and they were only able to get me less than 5 grand. I remembered Jason, called him and he had them done in less than 3 days and I received more than 7600.00. You get what you pay for and he is worth every penny plus more. Jason, took our tax information in March, text me that he was almost done in June, then we have never heard a word from him since. Our taxes missed the July deadline and we are facing penalty and interest due to his negligence. He never responded to my email, text or calls since.

STAY AWAY from this guy. I took him my taxes last year and he did them in a reasonable amount of time, but took a month to send me copies of them. Whatever, I figured he was busy. He told me 500 for the first year, 350 for next year.Then I took him mine and my sons taxes for this year on 3/20. I have called him at least 15 times, he’s called me back 3 times. Texts me saying he’ll call me back and I get nothing. Here it is may 5, and neither of our taxes are done. I’ve asked if he filed an extension and he says I don’t need to. I wondered why some reviews were really bad and some were good. I’ve seen both sides.And BTW, he told me it would be 350 this year and he changed it to 500. My son may owe money and I don’t know if he filed an extension or not, he just keeps saying if it needs an extension i’ll File it. I can do my taxes, I took them to him because I didn’t want the hassle. But hassle is all I’ve had for the last month and a half...and counting.

Jason has been taking care of my families taxes for the last 4 years. He has not only saved me a ton of money but he has also taught me how to be more productive with the money I already have. I honestly cant say enough about him and the service has provides.

My mom had a confirmed appointment at 10 am . We showed up but no-one was there. Tried calling but again no answers and mailbox was full. Not cool after driving 35 miles to get here! Saw similar reviews on the appointment site they use. Will not return!

Wow I don’t get the bad reviews. Jason has been doing our taxes for the past few years now. I thought about going the first year cuz he charged more than the other person that was doing my taxes but it ended up that he was doing taxes for 2 of my friends and after seeing their refunds I decided to go with him. Wish I would’ve heard of him sooner. He’s tripled our refund ever since. He’s so worth the $$$. He’s very professional I don’t know why someone would say he’s not. If you want to get the max out of your refund give Jason a try!

Same as other few reviewers. Jason Eschberger has done my taxes before and he did make a few hundred dollar difference on my return. However, I had to call and call and almost beg for him to provide me with my copy. I received my copy of my 2015 taxes (prepared in 2016) in April 2017 -a year later! Still, he did our taxes for 2016 (my husband was still pleased with his services) and he did a good job for us that year. However, some of our friends that were booked to see him said he never showed because of a family emergency (he later notified them). They went to someone else. This year (2017 taxes), although his prize went up to $500. We scheduled to see him. He was a no show. He did not call to reschedule nor did he answer our calls that day. Our appointment was on a Friday. He messaged the following week on THURSDAY to see if we wished to reschedule; he had experienced a family emergency. Im sorry if that is true, I am. However, he should still have the professional courtesy to notify his clients. Especially when he has had the experience of losing clients for failing to do just that.

If I could put no stars I would. Went to Jason and paid $350. He never filed our return amd took off with our money. Now were getting letters from the IRS. No answer from Jason via cell phone, email or text.

What a joke. I was referred by a friend and drove 40 minutes to arrive (early) at my appointment. The office door was locked and so I proceeded to wait an hour and this guy never bothered to show up. Another lady arrived at around the same time and had the same experience as I. We tried calling and texting but his voicemail box was full and texts were not answered. I should have read Google and MyTime reviews in advance because this is apparently a chronic problem. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. Would not trust this guy with my Subway order let alone my finances.

Jason is an expert with taxes! We are as complicated as it can get, and yet hes fast! He works hard for your family! Thank you Jason!
