This is your classic home town gym! Definitely not a stuffy chain and not the most updated equipment, BUT instead has the best atmosphere with equipment that has changed countless lives through the years!

A real gym for real people! I rejoined 3 months ago, back in late September, and have experienced the best transformation of my life! When you are middle aged you either give in to the the aging process or you fight back. With Ultimate Fitness and Strengths supportive environment there is NO EXCUSE not to work out daily. If you can spend your life on social media for hours every day-- then you can stop doing THAT and start a brand new HEALTHY & STRONG lifestyle. Ive been a member of this gym for decades and will never neglect this essential part of being happy ever again! Be nice to yourself and come check out the gym!

The new space is way too small for people to work out in...if I had known we were going to get a planet fitness in town AND they were moving into such a tiny place I would have never joined. Planet fitness would be the way to go.

I used to come here when I visited family to get my workouts in. Looks like Im going somewhere else. They moved into a smaller space with the same amount of equipment, so everything is shoved in corners. Womens bathroom is just one toilet. Definitely a downgrade.

Equipment is a decent condition but the variety of the equipment is what is best. I also noticed a room where your kids can play while you workout. That is nice. Treadmills are louder than normal.Overall. Great gym, clean, wide variety equipment, good atmosphere.

Good, clean facility. Lots of work-out stations, plenty of free weights and machines, good cardio options. Im not a joiner for classes but understand the morning boot camp gets it done. Used to belong to Elite (yuck!) and very glad I joined UF&S. Good job! Edit: their new location isnt as roomy.

Gabby and her bootcamp are awesome! Maintenance on the facility...not so great. No hot water for more than 2 weeks!

Let’s start with the worst and head towards the best.Yes, the equipment is definitely vintage BUT there is a decent amount of machines to choose from.The hours on the weekend aren’t the best due to the gym closing early.The staff members do well with customer service.I pay an amount that I couldn’t get cheaper anywhere else (being a student).Well worth it.I’d personally recommend it over Planet Fitness or any other gym.

Its just below average Alot of machines are worn out, and some that are broken havent been fixed for months....
