I usually dont have any issues at this post office but I stopped in yesterday (5/11/21) around 3:00 and the woman behind the counter gave the worst customer service I have ever had. She mumbled can I help you without looking up at me so I wasnt even sure she had acknowledged me, sat on her cellphone the entire time she helped me, and started swearing at her cell phone while I was standing in front of her. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional and should not have been working if she was more preoccupied with what was on her cellphone.
Last time I use my hometown post office. Employees are terribly rude… each and every time I have been there. Really a disappointment!!! 0 stars for me.
November 21, went in and the guy came out and said he was closing early (11:00am). SOOOOOOOOOOOOO VERY rude. I would give zero stars. Do NOT go here...make the trip up to the small St. Charles facility on North Avenue across from the library. MUCH nicer and customer service oriented.~Susan McNally
If I could give 0 stars I would. The most disrespectful employees I have ever met. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Left in tears after the way I was treated. Wouldn’t recommend this post office to anyone. Terrible experience.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Staff is too busy eating to actually do their job. Came in to send a package and the lady was eating and didnt approach the counter said can I help you with an attitude. You can leave the package. Please people do your job. It cant be that hard.
11/10 always recommend going to the 3rd street location instead of Randall. Employees are always helpful, quick, and kind in the mailing process.

I went to mail a very important document that needed to arrive ASAP, and was confused with the options. The female service operator (Jen) was clearly irritated because I misunderstood my options, and started behaving very unprofessionally and mocking me. I will NEVER go to this post office again!
Me and my husband went to the post office today to do a passport for the first time I schedule my appointment online they told me to be there 15 minutes early but I got lost so as I walk in post office No one was at the front desk so when she walked up she had attitude she said I about cancel your appointment than she say do you have all your paperwork to my husband and he was like yeah I think so she like well you Didn’t have your copy and we said well we didn’t know this is our first time doing a passport and she continue to say with a attitude I don’t have time for this she was very rude unprofessional

If the mailman can’t reach your mailbox you just don’t get mail. Could take 5 seconds to get out and do it for the 3 days out of the year there’s a car parked 2 inches too close.
Great post office employees with super customer service. Except the post master. He locks you out 2 - 3 minutes before closing time. What a pain. He also has a horrible attitude the majority of the time.
Less than helpful people giving out inaccurate information for passportsthey require information that is marked as optional and require you have have your photo taken by them (not walgreens)
