Very knowledgeable crew, fair pricing and made sure all repairs were done to my satisfaction. They installed some accessories to my jeep and complete maintenance work up. They also fixed an issue I was having with my ac. Overall satisfied and will return again!

I took my work truck there for struts. After the repair was complete I told the son that the truck was still making the same noise. He stated that I shouldnt want perfect work because its a work truck. The customer is not always right but the work should be.

Excellent automotive shop that you can truly trust! This family business is the only place you should go, they can do it all. Darren was very friendly and explained what he was doing for my repair in very clear and plain terms. He pointed out another minor issue but didnt pressure me to fix it that day, unlike other places Ive been. The repair was also half the price of what the other guys quoted me. This was my first visit based on a recommendation, and I will absolutely come back here for my next repair.

I have been going here for years and had nothing but amazing service. They always tell me when I need, what I dont, and what can wait. Quick work, amazing prices, and very reliable. Had everything from basic oil changes and tire rotations, to paint work, to towing done by them and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Absolute worst. I had my vehicle there for over a month. I gave a date I needed it back by and they agreed to it. I called to check in and they told me it would be ready. I called the day of and no one knew if it was ready and told me someone would call.me back, no one did. The next day we drove down and the person said he was not sure what was still wrong with it but knew it was not ready and to call back Monday?? How am I suppouse to get to work Monday?? I call on Monday after taking the day off work to find out only one item out of three was fixed after a month! He said he honestly just did not want anything else to do with it and to come pick it up....??? What kind of mechanic says that??? We then drove to my vehicle and it would not turn on!!??? We went back a week later and it was so dead we could not even jump it!!! They left my key in the igniton and completely drained a new battery I put into it a week before dropping it off at this shop... We had to save up for a tow ontop of all of this. I called this morning to tell him the tow company was calling him to get permission to pick up my vehicle up form his lot and he started yelling that he was not dealing with this becuase he was not at his shop and the vehicle has been there for a month. I said yes we tried to take it many times and my vehicle is completely dead. I was trying to explain to him that I only needed him to give permission to the tow company to pick up my car. He continued to yell over me and hung up on me... I tried to call him back and he blocked my phone number!!!! Most unprofessional place ever. If you did not want to work on the vehicle or thought it was too much after looking at it, then you could have told me this right in beginning.

Yesterday I called Harts Automotive Service around 2:30 PM. I asked what time they closed and he said normally around 1:30. When I told him my problem, he said to call him if I didnt find anyone that could inspect my car. I had been out of town all weekend and thought I could get my car inspected anywhere in NC. I called one other person and they were closed as well. Mr. Hart called me back and said if I could be over there within 45 minutes he would get my car inspected for me. What a wonderful experience, a very nice man. Its good to find someone that is honest. I choose him due to the fantastic comments comments that he had received from other clients. I am going back on Friday for them to change my oil. I think that I have found my mechanic while I am in Gastonia. Thank you so much for your help.

We rented our UHaul from the Hart’s. Unfortunately we got it stuck in some mud. We called Hart’s because we couldn’t get UHaul to answer!! Darren and his dad came out during their lunch time and helped us out. Absolutely a class act, very personable, helpful and did not charge us. Just a great team!!!!!

Love this place. We came to Gastonia to buy a car, and I dont usually trust my husbands choice of garages, but he really hit the nail on the head with this one. They did a great inspection, caught all the mechanical stuff I noticed on the test drive plus some cosmetic damage I completely missed. Gave me a full run down on the pros and cons of push button ignition, which I had never repaired before. Really a top notch place. If I brake down in Gastonia Im getting it towed to these guys.

Great automotive shop! Was referred here by a friend. I have a Acura RDX that needed a strut replaced. After going to Acura to get it fixed of course they found other stuff needing to be fixed. I had every repair done that they recommended. After leaving I noticed a noise that was not there before. I took my car to Darren and he actually showed me where my new brakes were put on incorrectly. Darren was able to fix it for me and ever since my husband and I have been loyal customers.

Hart’s is one of the best towing and auto shoos in Gastonia.
