Super fast inspection, and very nice people. I called at 12:15, got there at 12:30 and was out the door at 1. I have a regular mechanic that I trust but they are slow on inspections and oil changes. I will be a regular here for them! They also have a sweet oil change discount card after a few times of spending $25. The guy at the desk also explained they’re moving just across the street to a huge new building later this year!

Super quick service. I called to see what the wait time was to get an NC Inspection and they said 30min. About 45minutes later I arrived for my inspection and wasnt sure if that would be the wait time still. The people were polite & friendly and I was done & back in my car by 29mins later. Will come back again next year!

They put a engine in my journey I went to get a oil change and realized that they didnt put any of the plastic cover that protects the engine and transmission from dirt and water wasnt put back in place and the bumper has been touched up with spray paint. It socks to already be o er paying for a vehicle then the place that the warranty company makes you use does choppy work

Best shop around the area. They are honest and reasonable for everything they offer. They have great mechanics as well. Also they get you in and out as fast as possible. I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else for anything repiars or services.

I would recommend Ms. D’s auto! My AC Compressor went out on my Corolla and they fixed it for way cheaper than Toyota quoted me. I called they had my parts ready to fix it the next day and it was fixed in a day. My air has been working like new ever since. They are honest and they have many many years of Experience. Excellent customer service!

Getting vehicle inspection, wait time would have been 30 minutes. Instead they offered to set appointment for me to come back. Great idea, I was first when I went back, only took 10 minutes. Great service and friendly. 🙂

I would recommend Ms Ds for auto service. i took my suv in to have my power steering lines replaced but wasnt satisfied with the finished product. Scott called and spoke with me and assured me that he would gladly take a look at it and make any repairations or changes needed. he did just that and i am feeling like they care about their work. thanks again Scott. This dude quoted me $1,200 on a repair that costed only $75. Also, the mechanic didnt bother to take a detailed look into why I bought it there he only eyeballed it and gave me a ridiculous quote.

Went to get my jeep inspected from this place and waited for a hour just so they could fail it for my window tent and charged me for it. Ive been to many shops and they will tell you right then if they can inspect it or not. If you need your car inspected and dont know about ur tent dont go here!

Very dissatisfied with the service from Dawn and her crew. I called ahead of time to ensure that they were able to work on my vehicle based off of the diagnosis from three other mechanics. I scheduled an appointment 5 days out and brought my vehicle in. Dawn and her crew diagnosed my vehicle incorrectly; stating that it was my vehicles yoke bearing. They told me that my warranty company denied the claim and told me to go to the dealership for the factory warranty. Ms. Ds charged me a $50 diagnostic fee. When I brought my vehicle to the dealership they diagnosed the differential and coupler assemblies. The dealership proceeded to complete all repairs at no cost to me. I called Ms. Ds to receive a full refund of the $55.64 as they diagnosed it incorrectly and sent me off with an unstable vehicle. Dawn the owner and manager refused a refund and was extremely rude. So now Im out $55.64 because of the incompetence of this location and her staff. I would not recommend any services from this location and will never go back again.

Easy inspection in and out.

We made an appointment with Ms Ds Auto service for a wheel bearing replacement, and I just had the work done today. They were very friendly, and very honest folks. They all jumped in, and worked as a team to remove my seized up wheel bearing. I was quite impressed with their mechanics, especially Matt, who really knows his stuff. They didnt give up on what seemed like a non removable wheel hub. 3 1/2 hours later, and five broken sockets, and the job was done. The truck is driving as smooth as ever! Even though it took twice as long as they quoted, ( no fault of Ms. Ds Auto) they still only charged me the quoted price. Wow! I cant say enough good things about these people. Don was a pleasure to talk to, Matt kept us well informed as he completed the work, and Ms.D is quite the lovely lady, and a pleasure to talk to. If you want great service, and a friendly atmosphere, give Ms.Ds Auto Service a try. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of at a VERY honest price. At first I wouldve given 1 star. I took my Jeep to have the rear brakes replaced, my caliper bolt sheared off the next day. I took it back the next day, they fixed it no questions asked. The next day my brakes started squeaking really loud, took it back and once again they fixed it. Finally for the 3rd time, took it back to have the same issue fixed and after having it for a full day, they had the issue fixed. After 2 weeks, no problems. They really know the meaning of customer service. They dont stop with the sell. Definitely recommend them.

Went in for an inspection, inspection failed due to window tint. Charged me $35 even though it failed, he said come back and if it passes it will only be $6 more, keep in mind I already paid $35 the first time. Went back, it failed again due to back mirror tint. Took it to another place it passed & was only charged $30.

Took my car for a diagnostic, they said all it needs is a oil change. They change the oil. One week later my car starts knocking hard and my “engine is blown”I have the paper. Receipt. I came in for a diagnostic. Y’all said all it needs is a oil change. Y’all change the oil, one week later my car is knocking loud and the engine is blown. Obviously I didn’t need just a oil change. Don’t know how y’all could’ve missed that. Wasted my money on a diagnostic. It was in the Gastonia oneNever had a inspection there so I don’t know what you’re talking about

Great service they seen my mother for a inspection on my dads truck and fitted us in and got us out within 40 minutes or less cant quite remember exactly how much time I want to say around 30 minutes. Recommend going here for an inspection and other services as they seem to be great at customer care.

I highly recommend this repair shop. They towed my van in and repaired it . Scott was very helpful called and gave details of what was wrong. I drove back home to Southport, nc with no problem wish there.more people like these.😅🤗🤗

I had work done and paid 500.00 went back the next day and was treated like i was a no body needed muffler fixed and the owner was very rude . i will not go back and i dont recommend any one go there . and they blame it on the last people that had it . no its all them very Rude.

I actually really love this place but please update your hours. I got up early to drive from lincolnton,nc to the ranlo location. I googled the hours for Saturday which says 8-12 am on Saturday. But you were closed.

We have 7 vehicles that we take here. They have always fixed our vehicles right and at a reasonable price. They are very friendly people too. They will work with you.

My Hondas head gasket cracked, took it here based on how good the ratings were. All in all, they are fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Also they will work with you. The mechanic I spoke with, Matt, was super nice and very honest about everything up front and spoke with me throughout the whole process. As a woman I always wonder if Im being taken advantage of by mechanics considering I only know the basics on a car.. But they were honest, they let me see everything that was wrong with my own two eyes. They even waited until the weekend was over so I could speak with my dad and let him come look at it if it made me feel at ease. They are above and beyond exceptional. The lady, I believe her name is Dawn (forgive me if Im wrong, Im terrible with names) she was very sweet, kind and warming. She even got one of her mechanics to drive me home in her car (i stay about 10mins from there) so i could save money on Uber. Just BEYOND exceptional.. No negative things to say honestly. Good honest mechanics here and if I have ANYmore problems with my car(s) this will be the place i go!! Would definitely recommend.

Don’t use this place. They did a terrible job. Had to take to another auto repair place to get the repairs done properly.

I had a terrible experience at this repair shop. I had a bad starter motor, and my brother was helping me with it. We took the breather box, top intake hose, and got to the intake manifold, and found out we didnt have the right tools, so I had my car towed to Ms Ds. We brought in the replacement part, and asked to have it replaced and reassembled (minus the parts we took off.) When I got my car back, and put the breather, and hoses back on the check engine light was on, and the car ran real rough. We checked the computer and all of these new failures with the temperature and thermostat and lean on both banks were coming up (about 9 codes total) We called them back, and they offered to work on the car some more, but it sounded like we would have to pay more for the diagnostic work. So we took my car to Helton Auto service on Franklin, and they identified all the things that Ms Ds had done wrong. They hadnt reconnected the temperature sensor, they didnt put a new gasket on the exhaust manifold, and they didnt put all of the bolts back on that they took off (and these are still missing) I definitely cannot recommend this garage to anyone. They are awful, and when I confronted them about their mistakes they wouldnt take any responsibility, and they still have several stolen bolts to my car. I only asked for half of the money I paid them back, which I ended up having to pay to fix all of their mistakes.

Fast friendly service

I have an Infiniti I35 and the alternator went out. I tried to repair myself and failed. Took the mess I had made to MS DS and all of them were friendly helpfull and fixed my mess at a honest price. The Alternator went out 2 days later. It wasnt the shops fault because I supplied my own part. (Advanced Auto) is at fault. So I tackled the job again at Advanced Auto parking lot. I couldnt get the Alternator out and out of despiration called MS DS again to fix my problem. They sent Luke (a great mechanic) to help me for free. He actually put the new alternator in for me at Advanced Auto parking lot. I have a new shop. Try them!
