Truck was great going but when we got the load on the truck. I could only go 60 mph and on hills almost came to a stop, but I made it back. Thank you Penske

I have used Penske of Garner several times for moves and they are always good people to work with! The Penske trucks are always clean and drive good! It’s nice to still be able to find companies that offer excellent customer service and products!

Now that Johnathan Anthony is gone so is professionalism, Charging my company over800 dollars in IFTA taxes for one month.No call back,no payment coupon.Only an email saying you O for a special invoice.Definitely not renting here again.

Great place place. Had overheating issues. Brought it in they jump right on it. Had me back on the road in a few hours. Great job.

This is a very busy location, but they are very nice even while short staff AJ is really cool. I am thankful for this place. Keep up the outstanding work!

The price was reasonable and the customer service was thorough and attentive. The rep made a few mistakes processing the rental but she was quick to fix them when I called. The truck ran well. Return was easy. Will use again.

Only problem with the rental, was a faulty control knob for defrosting

Staff are really friendly, but you may have to call and check on your truck if different shifts work on your truck. Sometimes theres a communication break down 😉

The company I work for leases our trucks from Penske every time I come here for fuel I have too wait extremely too long, a couple times I’ve had too just leave because no one ever came out. Today I’m driving to Florida and waited over 30 minutes before I could get service. The service manager was very dismissive when I asked for help. Multiple bad experiences with the fuel island. The young lady that helped me was busy in the wash bay, whoever was supposed to be helping her was nowhere to be found.

Our company uses this location to service our trucks as well as coordinate rentals and leases. Weve always received great service, and everyone weve dealt with at the location is friendly and goes the extra mile to take care of us.

The fuel station is extremely understaffed… They have one person trying to handle fuel for tractor trailers and same person to try to handle The washbay for tractor trailers… It makes the wait time 20 to 30 minutes… This is not acceptable when you’re on a time schedule

Dropped my truck off for service on Saturday and was told my truck would be ready by 5 on Sunday. I left my contact info and requested a phone call if pickup time changed. Got there to pick it up and the lot was locked and noone was there, they closed at 5. I traveled from out of town, and im now forced to get a room for an additional night. Not to mention they dont open untill 6am and I cant work without my truck. Will not be comming back to Garner for service ever again.

These pol LIE every time Ive been in. they are parts changers, no more no less. Ive had my semi in there for the last time. Shop foreman lied right to my face I even cared truck in early for pm and couple minor repairs, claimed they fixed them, no way...I blew up and refuse to go back, if youre smart you will pass them by...

Don’t ever go here my good friend was in the hospital and unable to return truck they called the police department which came to his hospital to question him to make sure these are unbelievable people only after telling them that he was in the hospital
