I reserved a truck weeks in advance and on the day of my move they told me they cancelled reservation and changed it to a different location 40 mins away. I didnt agree to a different location but told me if I cancel its a 75.00 fee and if I dont show up its a no show fee of 75.00. The day I went to pick up the truck, 3 trucks one the size I reserved was in the parking lot but the lady claimed those are already booked. Save yourself a headache and dont rent from them, I was able to get a U-Haul same price, same size at a nicer friendlier place. This people are crooks, Im not paying .68 cent a mile driving 30 miles to Angier from Garner to pick up a truck. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office, I dont like to waste my time or money.

We reserved a 16 vehicle for a out of state move. The pick up in Glen Burnie was great. Friendly and thorough. The truck handles like a big car.

When I went to drop the truck off, they had a sign that said that no matter what time you come, you cant actually speak to anyone (no contact drop off). Then, they attempted to charge me over $400 for one day and immediately tried to credit me the amount without any call to explain their error. This led to my credit card being overdrawn for a short period of time and a charge being added to my account. I then had to call my credit card company to dispute it because of their error.

Budget truck rental is the worst place to rent from the day before my move they cancelled on me!! Said the inventory department didn’t have it and I’d have to drive a hr out when I said how is that fair they hung up!! They are so rude!! 7 different people I spoke to in a call center in Mexico then I was transferred to Patrica a agent at the number of 33450 and she was combative!! Wouldn’t let me speak and the worst of all!!! Do not waste your time on these ppl they are cheap for a reason!!!
