Never coming back. Our first rep ghosted us, and we had to go back weeks later after never getting a call from the location. Then we listened to our NEW tax rep talk very loudly about lottery tickets with another client while we waited 40 minutes past our appointment. Finally an amazing lady named Carol (now our third rep) took care of us in 10 minutes, but of course she said she was visiting from a different location. Like I said...never going back.

Arrived for a 4 oclock appointment. Our assigned preparer finished the previous appointment more than a half an hour late but took another previous appointment to quickly finish. We left at 5:05. Made appointment with another office. Have used Block for about 25 years. Was very tempted to leave the company today.

The reason I gave a #5 score is because I was treated very well, and the people that worked for H&R Block are easy to be around. You can tell they are good at what they do, so that makes me feel good about having my taxes handled by professional people.

The agent, James Campbell,was extremely helpful, kind,courteous. This was a really good experience for me.I will definitely use them next year and I have already told people about my experience.

Dale caused a $1,700.00 mistake on 2017 taxes which was caught before the IRS sent notice. I was trying to get HRB to contact me about it since March of this year, but they just kept ignoring my calls. The return has now finally been amended by someone else. I paid for the peace of mind and when I received the reimbursement check there is a comment if I cash it I will get a 1099. Why on earth should I have to pay tax on their mistake?Horrible customer service and incompetent preparer.

I trust H&R Block. I have gone there the last couple years since Ive been working, and theyve never let me down. This year, in particular, Marianne Saum was wonderful! She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and thorough as well. Got my taxes filled out and filed in a very timely manner, which I appreciate so much. But she didnt make me feel like she was rushing through it one bit. I look forward to my appt with her next year!
