Do not go here. The man is very rude and will lie on your tax forms! We got audited because he lied and said we donate money to get more money back in tax return and then refused to help us out of the mess he created!No vayan con este senor, el mintio en nuestro formulario de taxas y luego no nos quiso ayudar cuando fue su culpa por mentirle al govierno!

Excellent, prompt, courteous, professional service I have received for the past 10 years. This gentleman has well over 40 years tax experience and knew how to help me with my tax issue. I also personally witnessed how he went above and beyond to help a family in need with their tax problem and others as well that were waiting. I did not see any rude or disrespectful behavior to any customer as previously stated by others and Ive been coming here for many many years!Wonder why people get so bitter when they dont get what they demand?Rude????? Mehhh... you get back what you give I suppose

Rudest people in Garner for sure. Stay away from this place, the man in charge is a scammer and very entitled!!! Rudest service that I have ever received, wish I could give this place 0 stars. Very poor service, very rude and a racist service. I went and I ask about my taxes and he started talking about trump and other irrelavent things.... I then told him that I had my Tax I’d and my dependent was s.s and he said that he couldn’t help me!!! I had the worst experience ever!! Not a recomendable place!!

Not recommended at all the guy there is no help rude, disrespectful, calling Hispanics illegal immigrants and and that people with itin are not welcome arent worth his time.

I would like not to leave any star but I have to put one to comment, I agree with all the comments, apart from the 40 years that he has of experience, I was unlucky enough to collect my taxes last year with him. I presented him with my w2, and this man put me as the owner of the company, now the irs is asking me for evidence that I do not have how to present it.if you dont want a bad experience, dont approach this man
