A Trash Computer Service. Held my PC for a week and only called me once to tell me it was ready for pickup. His “diagnosis” was that my CPU was overheating and he couldn’t do anything about it, which is what I told him the problem was in the first place! After still being charged $50, I took it to another repair shop, and within hours I was told my motherboard was bad and needed to be replaced. So not only was his diagnosis wrong, he wasted a week of my time and $50. Don’t waste your time like I did!

Brought my sons laptop to Mike for a hard drive issue. It was in and out of his shop 2 times for the same issue. The problem eventually got fixed after 2 months of back and forth. Mike was not professional and often rude in his responses. Now the palm cover needs to be replaced after there was a hairline crack from his repairs. This will cost us $160 to repair. I would NOT recommend using him for any computer repairs needs.

Mike is very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and very reasonable in his pricing. He wasted NO time in getting back to me with repair costs and explanation of the problem situation after his evaluation of my (2) laptops. Great service and extremely professional

A Better Computer Service did a great job repairing my computer. OfficeMax told me I needed a new mother board and they would have to send it off to repair it. Mike replaced the drivers and fixed my PC at about 1/4th of the price. I highly recommend them to anyone anytime.

I used this service last year when I was having problems and they price for fixing it was very reasonable. This year I used them again and they worked to find a problem and couldnt find one and then did not charge me for thier time. I will bring my computer back there if i have any more problems with my computer
