Scheduled a meeting with White Oak Custom Builders several weeks in advance to try and get a quote for some interior and exterior home renovations. I scheduled time off work and even cancelled a meeting with another contracting company specifically to meet with them. The evening before the meeting, the WOC contractor told me that he no longer wanted to work with me because he found out that I had cancelled a meeting with one of his competitors/friends... The whole thing was odd and I thought it was kind of unprofessional for him to be discussing my business with anyone except the people in his company.
