Encore RRC is a top notch company!!! I had them out to diagnose a leak in my down stairs ceiling and I couldnt be happier with the work. They arrived on time, figured out the problem quickly, and did a flawless repair to the ceiling that had to be removed. After previous workers hired by our leasing company botched a simple plumbing issue which caused several complications to our home, Justin came to the rescue and made sure we were taken care of properly. The previous company made a sizable hole in the drywall in our upstairs bedroom that was never closed after “fixing” a small plumbing issue with the shower. This “fix” resulted in mold growing over the back wall and roof of our garage as there was still a leak, and was left unnoticed and untreated for over a YEAR because our leasing company never sent anyone out. Justin immediately recognized what the problem was after an initial diagnosis, he realized that the leak that was supposedly fixed, was in fact, still leaking. As a result the job took longer than he expected, but the results were phenomenal. I’m happy that our family is able to use our garage again without the need to worry about all the mold. They sent out Ash who is extremely professional, polite, courteous and extremely informative throughout the whole job. He was able to get me a squared away in little to no time. We used Encore RRC for a bathroom reconstruction after experiencing a leak that caused buckling in our master bath/bedroom flooring. They mitigated our water damage, fixed our plumbing issues, replaced tile and hardwood flooring, and installed new bathroom fixtures. We cannot speak highly enough of Encores team. They were prompt, professional, responsive and detail oriented. They were exceedingly friendly and a pleasure to work with. They were very familiar with insurance claims and provided thorough documentation, as required by insurance. Every member of the team was outstanding. Even after the work had been completed and paid for, they continued to respond to our questions and needs. We really couldnt be happier. We heard so many horror stories about working with contractors and we had a lot of concerns. We are grateful to Encores team for ensuring we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Encore RRC INC came to spray and sanitize all of the outdoor equipment and toys for Spanish for fun! at no charge! They were very professional and left our playground equipment squeaky clean. They were also finished in a timely manner. I would use their services again and recommend them to others.

I called encore after dealing with other contractors and nearly 2yrs from when we started dealing with this mess. They came out the same day and started the reconstruction work within a week. They were very responsive to any areas I felt needed touch up and made sure I was satisfied with everything before signing off. I’d highly recommend them.

I had a chance to get to know the encore workers when I hired them to do an enclosed patio project after a storm had wiped out my previous once. They were really nice and clearly explained the process throughout their time there.I’m moving into a new home at the end of the year and I’m already getting ready to set up to have them complete a decking project for me!

Absolutely unprofessional and terrible service. They schedule work come in and just leave you out in the middle without even finishing 1/4 of the job saying another job came up and their boss wants them there right now and he doesn’t care wether this job is finished or not. Put us through hell and we took the whole day off just to get this work done and they just left. We never have dealt with this type of service from anyone, So save yourself a headache and avoid this company or their services.
