A few years ago, I had Bath Fitter come out to replace my old tub/shower with just a shower. I was very pleased with it and with the recommendation to have my shower re-caulked every few years. Well it was time and James Kocsis came out, took up the old caulk and placed a new bead around the shower components. It looks GREAT! He was courteous and professional, didnt even mind if our dog was watching while he worked. Thank you James for your professionalism and attention to detail.

Our shower install was smooth and easy even being a few days before Christmas. Tom, our installer, was professional, courteous, and brought us in regularly to explain the process, what was next and asked what options we wanted to pursue. Very competitive price point as well. Overall we are very happy with the install and the final product.

I have not had a great experience with Bath Fitter. Any time I ask for someone to come out for something, it is well over a 1-2 month wait time, and the technician who comes out always has a terrible attitude. I also have had caulking in the shower come off and the technician refuses to repair any time I have asked. I would not use them again.

While we like bath fitter its to expensive for first time home owners spending over 4000 dollars or more when we can find a local plumber buy a shower kit from Lowes and spend about 2000 total at most. But the people at bath fitter seem very professional and we almost did it but we dont like big bills hanging over our heads and ruining our credit so while it may be the best your gonna feel the bill. Respectfully speaking...

I visited the Garner location a few days ago. I wanted to see the product before having someone come to my home. When I walked in, there were two women standing up front that very rudely greeted me! Almost as if I was bothering them. I was told they didn’t have a sales person right now and I was free to look but they couldn’t really help me. After about five minutes of looking I attempted to ask one of the Women who told me her name was Amber a simple question but was once again rudely told she couldn’t help be. The other girl rolled her eyes at me and said the same thing. I can tell when I’m not welcome so I just left. I believe the other girls name was Lisa

Bath fitters did a complete rennovation to our shower in 2015. Unfortunately, a hinge in the door failed, causing the shower door to fall off. Upsetting as it was, along with quite a lengthy turn around time, the regional manager promised to make it write. They did a great job resiliconing and replacing the shattered part. They were professional, polite, and stand behind their products. Just a heads up: The first siliconing is complimentary under the limited time warrantly. Utilize it after 2-3 years people!

Our bathrooms were renovated by Bath Fitter for our homes previous owners. We have lived here for around 18 months. Recently the bottom hinge on the shower door broke. From my first contact with the local office, to the last conversation, I was given the run around. Each time I called I was going to get an answer tomorrow. No one ever called me back. In the end the answer was a $200 service call (up from $150 the first time I spoke to them).All I wanted was to purchase a part. I did not ask them to honor a warranty. I did not ask them for anything free. I just wanted to buy a part.In the end we were told the part is made by Bath Fitters and that we have no recourse to get a replacement except to pay for a service call.Please do yourself a favor and keep looking for someone who cares for more than how to make the next buck.

I could not have been happier with my new shower purchase and installation. Liz arrived to give us a quote and review our options, she offered options and helped us make difficult decisions. We were notified of an installation date earlier than we expected which helped with our time constraints. Joe arrived on time, protected us during COVID and my house and carpets. The installation was completed on time, actually early, and looks awesome and works even better. Joe was professional, very perceptive of our concerns, and provided an excellent installation. I would recommend Liz, Joe and Bath Fitters for anyone wanting a new bath.

I had my bathroom done on Valentines Day. I love my new bathroom.Zack was my main installer and because his associate that was supposed to come was sick he called in two other installers to help when they were done with their job. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional including Chuck the plumber. I really appreciate them completing the work in one day as this is my only full bath. I could not be more pleased and have bragged on them to anyone that will listen. Thank you all so much.

The installer Tom arrived both days when he said would, he was courteous and professional. He kept us informed of his progress and asked questions regarding the install when appropriate. He left the job site clean and free of debris. The finished product is everything wed hoped it would be, one of the fastest and stress free home improvement projects I can ever recall.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish and couldnt be happier with my new tub. Its absolutely gorgeous!

After my in home consultation with Bath Fitter I went ahead and placed my order... Over 6 months ago. The sales guy did tell me it would be 3-4 weeks before they could do the job which I accepted and paid my $1,000 deposit. 2-3 weeks after that meeting I got a message that they received a large order and therefore my install would be delayed even more. Never heard another word from them after that. Basically they took my $1k, stuck their sign in my yard for a $50 discount and never showed again. Id love to get my $1,000 back plus the $50 you found it worth to stick a sign in my yard. Obviously I do not recommend.And NO... response from the owner.. You only started blowing my phone up after I posted this and filed a complaint with the BBB. The only calls I got was that you were too busy with a bigger project to honor the 3-4 week install date. Enjoy my $1,000 for doing nothing but sending a sales rep over. You really should be ashamed.

Excellent experience. The two installers were professional and courteous. Went out of their way to protect our floors and furniture. Extremely knowledgeable. They really knew what they were doing. Great job!

I had the shower in my master bathroom redone by Bath Fitter. It was a 2-day job and is absolutely beautiful!! It was super easy to set up the appointment and everyone involved in the process was friendly and professional. Thank you Bath Fitter for a job well done! I love my shower!!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a business. I basically paid almost $6000 for salesman stone to lie to me. I sat down with him and explained that I was trying to make my bathroom safer for my elderly mother. I showed him an example of what I wanted by using a pic of a shower from Lowes. He convinced me not to get particular items in the shower because it would be too costly. He even convinced me not to get a shower rod and used the ones I already have. I kept stressing that I needed a bar in the shower for my mom to hold on to if need be. They didnt put it in and tried to charge more to go back and do it. And not to mention, the shower head is terrible. He said the shower head would be high pressured. This was a complete rip off. I would NEVER recommend bath fitters to anyone!!! A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!

The installer did a great job. He explained how the install would progress and told me to look in on the job any time. He was done the same day, cleaned up inside the house and hauled off scrap materials. I fully recommend Bath Fitter to anyone wanting to do a bath remodel .

I do not recommend using this company. The salesman was great, the product is exactly what we wanted (minus the very expensive glass doors, they looked cloudy and dirty from the third week and never looked clean, even after being cleaned twice a week). There has been somewhere around 7-8 managers in this position, Tracey has been great. Almost two years later we were able to pay off the balance and never use this company again.

Bath Fitters showed up to transform our bathtub into a shower. The guys who came were very caring for our home and cat. Poor little kitty had trouble with the noise but then got in a spot where he could watch as the men worked. They were gracious to allow us to pop in to see the work as it progressed. It was amazing to see the transformation as the old went out and the new came in. It is so nice to be able to just walk into the shower and not worry about falling.

I had one bath unit in a rental home revamped, including changing some plumbing. The experience could not have been better. The end product is perfect and attractive and the installation process smooth and professional.Given the great results above, a shower revamp was schedule for my own home (double shower). This job was complex given that the home is over 100 years old and the initial installation some years ago was found to be flawed. The installer quickly and professionally addressed each unexpected problem. The result could not have been better. I rate this vendor 100% positive and will be happy to discuss my results with anyone.

We hired Bath Fitters to redo 2 of our bathrooms, one a tub and the other a shower. In both cases John did the installation. In both cases we feel the job he did was excellent and could not be improved upon. We would highly recommend Bath Fitters to anyone who wants an updated tub or shower surround system.

Bath Fitters came to my home to install a new shower for me a year ago. They were fast at getting someone to come install the new shower. The shower is gorgeous. A year later I started having some minor problems. They did send someone out to fix the problem however I am having the problem again. Bath Fitters is good about having someone come out to do the repairs. However they are slow about getting someone to come fo the repairs and slow about returning your call. I think that being a customer that needs repairs should come first before installing a new shower for someone or have someone do the install and one to do the repairs. So my review is based on speed.

We had issues getting in the tub my husband has back issues and they did a seat and it makes life so much easier. Very happy with my new shower!

Our new tub and surround is gorgeous. Workmen were friendly and careful and left no mess. We would highly recommend BathFitter to anyone needing a bathroom upgrade.

Our tub was cracked, but you wouldnt know it now. Looks like a brand new tub. Clean, simple, and in place without a lot of work (on our part). Installer even changed our hardware to match that in the rest of the bathroom. All at a price much less than taking out the old tub and installing a new one.

This is the third time I have used Bathfitters. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Above the top quality, customer service, and guaranteed for life! Pricy? Maybe. Compared to what though? There’s not that much difference in pricing and add in also a beautiful shower and tub that carries a lifetime warranty! Would use them over and over if needed. Highly recommended.
