The front office was nice and prompt. My driver showed up on time and got me out within minutes. Great service I recommend to anyone

Im the owner of Prices Paint and Body and Towing. I had a young college kid come to my office today to ask If I could help him repair his car that was stored at Iveys. Said his car had been there a while because he had no money to pick it up. Shared that he has no parents that his Mom recently passed so he has no one to help. I called Hugh to see if there was any room for negotiation so we could pick it up to see If I could repair it. I was given professional courtesy and a price this young man could afford.Thank You

Worked with Matt and Courtney to tow a semi truck. They had updates and appeared to be very organized as a team. Very efficient, and driver was very prompt with pick up and delivery. Would recommend, very friendly staff as well!

Old Town hospitality with a can do attitude. When they say they are on the way they mean it. Unlike Deans Towing where they make promises and then fail to deliver. The differences are like night and day. There charges were agreed to prior to towing and they honored that price at the conclusion of the job. Deans agreed to a tow then text messaged back, not even a phone call, and said Eric Dean himself wanted more money.Iveys showed up on time and & performed better than I could hope for while pulling our heavy hauling load. Thank you guys!

I totaled my car and the tow truck driver took me to a parking lot and waited while my wife came to help me get everything out before he took my car to the yard.I forgot to get my tag and they called me to remind me that I needed it and were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole event.They made a bad situation a little bit better even though they didnt have to.

Terrible experience, the manger cant talk to customers in a orderly manner. Doesnt try to solve the issue or understand the situation of the customer. Highly dont recommend. Unfortunately they have contact with hwy 70. Everyone just be mindful. You were warned it will be one hell of a stressful experience

My car overheated last night, so I got it towed to the nearest mechanic. They showed up pretty fast, too (30 minutes). The person who showed up to tow me charged me exactly what had been agreed upon prior over the phone (under a $100 might I add), and was gentle with my car. I rode with him the 10 minutes or so down the road and he was also friendly. If I ever need a tow again or my friends do (knock on wood), Im definitely going to use Iveys and recommend them.

Our diesel 42 foot motorhome broke down on our way through north Carolina..we were turned down by several businesses including Camping World of Raleigh, for help without waiting for days. We contacted Iveys Towing and Transport they were out for us in less then 2 hours of our call, Shawn Andrews was amazing he knew exactly what needed to be done, he did what was needed and we were back on the road an hour after his arrival. Their prices were extremely reasonable. Total 5 star service With 5 star results!!!

My car was hit on one side, the night of the accident my window was rolled down but not broken & they didnt even have the decency to roll it up before placing it down. My front bumper was still in tact the night of the accident but the way they slammed it broke it off. Extra charge for the police coming to the scene

Iveys does a great job for a fair price. We have a small business in the triangle area. We have been taken advantage of by other companies in Raleigh with red trucks. Iveys is professional in their actions and attitudes and customer service oriented, not out to take advantage of people like others.

Recently had some work done, one of the few things done was the installment of a clutch brake and a week later Im broke down because my clutch brake isnt working at all. Im waiting for a tow truck and its going to cost me $550 plus whatever it cost to fix...This was a very terrible experience, very poor service..... I will never do business these people EVER

Ran out of feul they told me 1 price and when they got there it was 3 times as much was only 3 miles away from them when i ask why driver got an attitude and was saying he would tow the truck never again
