I actually had to have my HVAC and ductwork replaced back in the end of December (and they did a great job and we have had zero servicing issues since) and now my husband and I are planning on moving homes while also expecting a child so we needed to find the paperwork from all that work. I emailed them to see if they would be able to provide a copy of the work that was done with a receipt as I couldn’t find ours and Shannon sent me an incredibly detailed list of all that work that was and has been completed since then with copies of everything we need. She went above and beyond (on a Saturday morning mind you, which was not expected!) and it is so greatly appreciated!! One thing I also appreciated was that they do accept financing options, some HVAC repair companies take cash only and while that is awesome and great if you have it like that, most of us don’t. So, I appreciated that they took multiple forms of payment because when you don’t have any heat, how you’re going to pay to get it fixed is the last thing you want to worry about.

Competitive prices for new HVAC system installation. I submitted an online request for an estimate on a Sunday & I received a call the same day to schedule an appointment. A representative came out 3 days later for a thorough assessment of HVAC needs for my house & provided detailed information on appropriate choices. He was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and made it easy to select the best product for my home. Once I decided which system I wanted to purchase, he brought & picked up all of the necessary paperwork, again making the process easy & convenient.The installation team was wonderful, showed up exactly on time and were professional & polite. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I had all of the information I needed before they left.Unfortunately, due to no fault of theirs, I knew the next day that the system wasn’t heating properly. Since it was a weekend, I waited to call until Monday. They had a service technician at my house within 3 hours of my call. The compressor in the heat pump was bad, so they replaced the whole heat pump- the very next morning!I’m confident that I’ve found a trustworthy company that will continue to provide excellent service.

We started working with Modern Mechanical last winter when our heat went out. They took care of us every step of the way through our gas pack replacement - everyone we have dealt with is knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. Following our experience we entered into a maintenance plan for all three of our units. A separate unit had a blower motor go out this week, which they replaced for us. The process was quick and painless, they once again took care of us every step of the way. We are in the process of finishing off an attic space - upgrading a unit, redoing duct work, electrical, etc. and are using them for that project also. We will not use anyone else for these services, Modern Mechanical is the best to work with.

I recently called a few HVAC companies as I thought my 11 year old 5 ton system needed replacing. While other companies were happy to convince me that replacement was the solution ( $12k), it was only Modern Mechanical that quickly ascertained that my system didn’t need replacement. How often do you get a company that can come the same day that you call them ? Not very often but I called modern mechanical at 11:00 in the morning and they were here by 2:00 on time just as they said they would be !!! It was quite a tricky task finding out what was wrong with my air conditioning unit but the young man that they sent spent the time and his knowledge figuring it out repaired it in a timely fashion and now it works beautifully !!! The young mans name is bubba and he was professional polite followed all the protocol with a face mask was extremely well spoken and explained to me how to use my new thermostat and I understood it which is a miracle so my hats off to modern mechanical for such a professional experience !!

I needed my two systems serviced prior to hearing season. The company sent two techs out who were very knowledgeable and they were here for well over an hour and a half servicing the two units. Lawrence the tech was earlier than “on time” and very informative.... seemed to know exactly what to do and found the problem very quickly... which was comforting. Quality seems good but how can I honestly say for sure at this point? I hope the value is good but sadly my repairs are so costly it makes better sense to buy a new system. I’m sad about the cost but pleased with the company thus far!

I came home after work at 5:30pm and my house was 77 degrees when my wife and I set it to 72. I called modern mechanical and they instantly sent Lawrence, one of their technicians. He had us back up and cooling within 30 minutes. I admit I hovered over him as he worked but he wasn’t bothered and just explained each step as he proceeded. Timely service with great quality of work. Would recommend.

Service technician was sent out the same day that I contacted them with a HVAC noise issue. Issue was quickly resolved and unit was cleaned and serviced. Technician was on time, very friendly and respectful, and thorough.
