Scott, Craig, Eddie, Denise and Liz are all great at what they do. Ive spent a lot of money with Tower doing 35 installs to date and much more to come in the future...You cant go wrong with Tower Heating and Air.

This is a great company! Have been customer of other larger HVAC Companies but highly recommend Tower. They have a cohesive group from sales to installation to maintenance to back office. They deliver on time and take great pride in their work. Highly knowledgeable with much working experience.

I cannot say how much this team helped me today. My system was broken for a month after being fixed by my home warranty... Tommy showed up and him and I fixed my unit together and they left me a new customer. Great service technicians and managers. Thank you, I never review anything on the web but this was worth it.

Adonis was very professional and knowledgeable. He wore a mask and shoe booties in my home. I had 4 systems serviced and also had two repairs completed. It took some time, which is expected due to the number of units. I feel like the maintenance membership pricing was fair and the repair pricing was consistent with industry pricing.

Just had new heating and Ac installed. VERY NICE experience. Scott was patient and thorough in his explanation of the systems we chose. Very kind and helpful. Scott was very responsive to our questions and texted us every step of the way. Installers were very polite, wore masks and did the work very efficiently. They cleaned up ( did not make a big mess at all)and vacuumed areas of the house they walked thru. Follow up by Eddy was quick and he addressed our concerns and made needed adjustments in 2 days post installation.I would highly recommend Tower.Also- they performed 8 years worth of maintenance service on our old unit and helped extend the life of that unit until it had to be replacedAnne Catherine Johnson

I contacted Craig with Tower one night about an issue I saw. He contacted me within minutes and let me know someone would check the system out the next day.Chris arrived and gave me peace of mind about the issue. I immediately signed up for a service plan which will perform maintenance on the units twice a year for less cost than a routine visit from other companies. Chris identified a potential risk and repaired it promptly and with great care.I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their enthusiastic and professional team. They are the only company I will use going forward. They are a Godsend.

Adonis was extremely professional and did a thorough evaluation of our A/C unit. Together with Scott did a great job explaining what was wrong and guidance to be able to make an intelligent decision regarding our HVAC system. Took a lot of extra time to answer my questions and evaluate options.

Adonis did not explain or show me the cost of an expensive part replaced in our unit. When I received a bill I tried Unsuccessfully to get an explanation by telephone.

Doug the technician was on time, extremely friendly thorough, and honest. Found a small leak in one of my lInes that could have easily been overlooked. Explained exactly what needed to be done to properly repair.Set me up with Kevin the service manager and will definitely have them perform the work. Prices are very reasonable. Mona in the office is awesome, always polite, professional. Would definitely recommend

I had Doug Johnson come out to my house to do a service check on my A/C unit, and he was awesome. He was very professional, thorough, honest, and patient answering all the questions I had about my system. I will be requesting him as my service tech. next time I have any problems in the future. My husband and I couldnt be more pleased with our new heating and air unit. All the persons we dealt with have been more than helpful and considerate by making sure we got what we wanted and needed as quickly as possible. Always checking to make sure they did what they said they would. Always courteous and careful that we were completely satisfied, cleaned up after themselves and everything works perfect.

The annual heating and air check-ups save us not only money, but future headaches when the seasons change. Would give zero stars if possible. Extremely overpriced and not willing to provide itemized quote (wonder why.)After we received a verbal quote, we checked around and Tower was 2-2.5x more than anyone else.Best of luck to them.

Wow! I cannot believe how amazing the customer service was!!! Craig came to our home within a few hours of being called to fix our AC. He looked and acted extremely professional and kind. He had the AC fixed within a few minutes and then waited outside to be sure it was working correctly before he left. Thank you!

The company is awesome. From the delightful young lady, Nicky, who answers your call to the serviceman who rings your doorbell, everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. Allen arrived on time and found the problem and then showed me what was wrong before he fixed it. He also let me know what the charge would be before starting. He finished the repair and showed me that it was working after checking it twice to make sure it wouldnt fail again. Allen has been working for one of the partners for over 20 years. That only happens when you have a good boss and a honest and reliable company. Job well done!

Called Tower AC to come and diagnose an issue with my daughters AC. He arrived on-time. I know some about HVAC units and he impressed me with the efficiency and timeliness of diagnosing the repairs needed, even showing me the issues that were with the unit. All-in-all Id enthusiastically recommend Tower.

We called tower to diagnose why our heat would not turn on. Craig, the owner, came to our house relatively quick. He left after a couple of hours ensuring us that the problem had been fixed. It was not. We called craig to tell him we still had the same issues. His response was that he was going to wave the white flag and could not figure out what was wrong. He suggested we call someone else. When asked about a refund he rudely refused.My wife, 3 month old son, and myself are back at square one minus 334 dollars ($79 trip charge + $85 per hour. He starts the clock when he leaves his office. I thought this was unconventional but he was recommended to me and he seemed professional.)I would NOT reccomend tower heating and air to anyone.

When my HVAC system went out during the latest cold spell Tower Heating and Air handled my (weekend) call quickly and efficiently. They had the system up and running in no time. I highly recommend their fast and friendly services.

Professional and personal with There work

Tower is the best HVAC company in the area. I needed to replace both air conditioners this week and called Tower because they have been servicing my 20 year old system. David came the day I called, analyzed my needs and made a very reasonable proposal for two systems and some needed upgrades to my system. I did get other estimates and Tower was significantly cheaper. The installers were very professional and showed up as scheduled. By the end of the day, we had two great AC units installed. They cleaned up everything and our house has never been so comfortable. You will not go wrong with Tower.

Our home was due for a complete ductwork and HVAC makeover. Tower provided several options and we decided on a dual fuel zoned system at a very good price point. Throughout the makeover the staff was prompt and supportive. Installation was professional and our home has never been this comfortable.

Tower Heating and Air is the best HVAC company Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. With so many other companies lacking integrity and overcharging for simple fixes, Tower is honest, straight forward and goes above and beyond to make sure that our home is taken care of. The owner has more expertise than anyone Ive encountered which I think makes all the difference. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!

Tower called me and lied that we had requested routine maintenance from them. I asked twice to clarify, and she insisted she just need to schedule our fall maintenance. I declined, and later talked to my wife to verify we already have maintenance done by a different company (not the one that merged with Tower).I chalked this up to some sort of mistake, but Tower then called me back a couple days later and lied even worse - this time she claimed my wife had agreed to have regular maintenance done by Tower, and asked them to setup a time with me.Its unfortunate for whoever else works at Tower that their call center is being deliberately run as a scam. I will never do business with Tower and strongly recommend others avoid them as well. If a company has to lie to get business thats never a good sign.
