I have been filing my taxes with Ritax for about 13 years now and have dealt with both Rosa and Lupe. Both are genuinely hard working women who go above and beyond what they do. Even after moving out of state, Lupe has helped us with our taxes for the past 2 years. In my previous experiences while living in CA, yes the wait time can be long, but it is definitely worth it. You have to keep in mind that they are dealing with hundreds of clients everyday and they are working profusely to help people receive their maximum benefit. I don’t understand the negative reviews; my experiences have always been extremely positive and the outcome has always been beyond amazing. Thank you Ritax! Rosa and Lupe have helped us with Taxes, and other documents (IRS) negotiations, we had to work on. Yes, it is always a long wait, but that is because they are honest, and long time in service of the community. These ladies work hard and help with what you get can and beyond like in many small busines this is their highest traffic Season, Super busy and the expense well worth it for the fast refund. We have gone to them for over 15 yrs, they have become like family.

DO NOT let them rip you off here ... disregard what they say about rapid refund (they don’t exist here) yet they will charge you the additional fee. Lupe who is supposed to be in charge is a liar . Place is a Zero! Save your time and most important your money.

It was my 1st time there, I know it was like 2hrs waiting but I was there for 4hrs and nothing they didnt call me. Sorry I just can not give a good feedback 😠 and I couldnt wait any longer for I ask for my documents back and left.

I been going here for over 8 years this has got to be the worse year ever first off all the wait time has gotten beyond belief. The prices for their services have gone up and they require to much paper wrk they didn’t require before and then blamed the “irs getting stricter” hello! They have always been strict. Not to mention the poor attitude by the over worked employees sorry not my fault u have had a long day 200 dollars for a long wait and horrible treatment. They just lost my business my parents my sisters cousins and brother in laws. Turbo tax is the way to go!

Place is a total rip off. Got audited over college expenses that I supposedly claimed too much for. They did nothing to help other then waste my time with all the back and forth. And still ended up having to pay the IRS thousands of dollars.

They are the largest rats I have ever known, they alter the books that they give you to keep money from the refunds. Check your refund on the IRS website with the amount that appears in the book they give you. I already filed a complaint with the IRS to review what is happening are several known people who have done the same to us. The main person is Lupe but she will still be the first to check.
