The people here are so friendly and helpful and I my tax professional is knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been coming to this same location (Gardena, CA) for the past sixteen years. I continue because the prices are reasonable and the tax professionals keep up with the current tax changes.

Poor customer service, They kept calling me to go file my taxes with them reminding me and after I did I had questions and I kept calling them they ignored all my calls put me on hold said the agent wasnt available or was busy I requested to speak to a supervisor several times with no luck they also mess up on my return .

Horrible 1.20 min long appointment $ 380. I went there first time and never again. I guess I did not expect such a rip off. This is 3-4 time more than a regular tax return cost.

He explained every step to me.

On 2/21/17 I called the Gardena office of H&R Block and made an appointment to see Beverly the next day at 10 a.m. I arrived at the office at 9:55 and was told by Tony at the reception desk that Beverly was with another client and would be right with me. After sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes,Tony went to check on Beverly and reported again that she would be right with me. I waited another 20 minutes, after which I walked out and made an appointment with Jackson Hewitt. If Tony would have been up front with me about the 40 minute (or longer) wait, I would have rescheduled. Consigning me to be right with you purgatory was unprofessional and inconsiderate, I lost an hour of a very busy day.
