Scammer go somewhere else you will get a better tax return her excuse is always oh you arent a student. She always puts the same info as last year never going back here again

The worst place I have ever been to for my taxes. I’m still trying to fix a mistake they made since Feb. 23rd. They keep ignoring my calls and telling me they’re too busy to explain things to me. Can’t believe I was recommended this place.

Worse place ever do not go here. The lady who does the taxes doesn’t care to help you out. All she want is to charge and get to the next client. Worse place ever will not be going back. She pretty much helps you based on how she feels doesn’t appreciate her clients.

They are professionals on what they do!.Always make an appointment if you dont have one they will help you anyways.I am a client for the last 7+ years and satisfied I will recommended to anyone.

This place is no longer any good the lady that run it no longer want to work I walk in today and there was no one in there and she still made the secretary do my final tax papers come to find out she hade my refund mail to me instead of direct deposit after I told her to direct deposit it.I called her 2 hr later after I figure it out and she said there nothing she can do to change it and blame me for it after charging me a 120$ fee I will never go back to this place

Dont go to this place the lady shes always in a hurry and the other 2 girls they dont know what theyre doing the owner dont check your paperwork correctly all she wants its your money and get you out as fast as she can so she can go with the next victim
