I passed this place so many times I finally went in on Saturday it was no wait time I walk in a woman did my feet n nails she was the only one there she reminded me of Mulan the princess she had a nice flawless dress on I will be back soon it was very clean n organized the staff was very professional

Got a spa pedicure with the leg / mask. It was wonderful, she took her time, really put care into the pedicure. Gentle as well so very comfortable.

This is my go to shop!! I love the family atmosphere they have and how welcoming they are every visit. Not many shops care to know you by your name but here they do and know you nail preference. The work is also the best as well as the price!!

These people are pure hustlers. They are more concerned with adding on things to charge for than suiting the customers needs. I personally witnessed them talk customers into things they didnt need. Not everyone in this place are bad but the ones in charge are very sneaky. I hope they read this and learn to do better.

I made an appointment with Kevin, to get the $ 15.00. Eye lashes, with his wife Connie, and after she installed them I went to the desk to pay and Kevin Charged me $70.00. I told him ahead of time I wanted the cheaper lashes, so I just got ripped off I guess they really needed the $ 70.00. Dollars. I will never go back to that salon. Ever.

This place is horrible. The owner is rude. Its not a clean environment. Very dirty inside. Dont ask any questions about their products because the owner will get frustrated and angry at you. He doesnt want to answer any questions regarding his products. I think he has something to hide. I think the board of health should investigate this place. A word of advice stay away!!

I was a great loyal customer to Kevin but he started gettimg lazy doing my nails they looked like press on nails or thatI had them for 2 weeks when its been a day they come off like they werent glued on right over priced for pink and white ombre 40 never will I return I now go to tip n toe here in Norwalk so much closer they charged me 27 for great work full set last me 3 weeks no gel there awsome nice ppl.......money doesnt keep ur clients its your work

Mediocre customer service horrible nail techs. Only 2 out of the 4 people can do the job and that is actually a stretch, I was a loyal customer but after the horrible pedicure I received I am done with this place.

Mediocre mani/pedi that was way overpriced. Came in from AZ for a wedding in San Diego, went very far out of my way in my travels to ensure that I was available during this salons hours. Was told it would be $46 for a deluxe mani-pedi combo with an additional $13 for gel and French tips for my mani, so $59 total. Ended up getting charged $75 -- once for the deluxe pedicure, and once for the deluxe manicure with gel and French tips, instead of the package deal I was originally told I would pay for. When I asked why I was charged so much higher than what I was told, the manager told me it was because my nail tech doesnt speak English well enough to understand what I was asking for; which was both insulting to the tech and also blatantly not true, since she understood every other question I asked enough to answer me well. Ended up paying $85 (after $5/hr for parking) for an *okay* mani-pedi. If it was done well I would have been happy to pay that, I am very willing to pay good money for good work, but my nails honestly look sloppy and half-assed. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Awesome service sad to see this places rating go down people easy to give 1 star but you dont know the person rating them they couldve been belittling the nail salon techs they are people too been coming for years iv seen rude customers disrespect the lady and said im not going pay im sure she faked attitude to avoid paying.. Thats just how people are now of days boonk gang everything so unfair to businesses 😏😏

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to v technician shooed me away with her hand as if I was a puppy dog after waiting for 37 minutes. Then when I called her out on her horrible despicable unbelievably the worst customer service I have ever received her supposing husband stands up and gets in my face and asked me if I can read a sign that states that they can refuse service I have never experienced anything in my life this bad. When I asked if the owner or manager was in they told me no I asked for the owner or managers name they said theyre not going to give me a damn thing and yes they were cussing at me. Regardless if you have the right to refuse service you have no right to be little or degrade another human being I dont care if it is a business or a social gathering it is unacceptable.
