Ive called this agency before the Corona Virus and was constantly told there was no work, even though I was told there was work available. This agency rarely answers their phones. Now, during the pandemic there are different office hours, yet no one answers the phone. This place is just not what you want to deal with when looking for a job. Youll get nowhere fast dealing with this agency.

I was employed here through a third party company that I rather not say who that was, anyway my experience with Adecco was not a good one, I had finished all the necessary paperwork and was waiting on my training day, it had been rescheduled due to the company that i was hired to work needed to push it back so okay that was fine, it was at least a month before it was rescheduled the weekend before my training day Carmen text me if I had air brakes endorsement I said no, she said the on boarding team had just noticed, I ask why wasnt that noticed day one, but all this time waiting on my training day they couldve noticed that she told me I would need to get that endorsement from DMV in order to be paid the agreed upon salary, I told her its not that simple I need to take a test and come up with over seventy dollars to obtain the license, I was furious when I could have done that weeks ago but no theyre going to wait up until my starting date to tell me, she apologized profusely, now they wanted to pay me Class C pay rate, I already had my Class B license had I known I could have taken care of that weeks ago, incompetence at its highest. I would not deal with this company if I were you.

Worst agency ever!!! Very unprofessional. You can walk into their office and find yourself just sitting there for a half hour or more before anybody even asks you if you have been helped? No organization what so ever. I didnt know if this was a job fair as they had advertised online, or a hiring event. After waiting a extensive amount of time I was then told that I needed my social security card which was never mentioned in their email. When I suggested that they should of made it clear what we needed to bring so people wouldnt waste their time. If they had of advertised this as a hiring event versus a job fair i think it would of made more sense. Several people including myself walked out after seeing how unprofessional the office handled business. Ive been employed by several agencies and have never seen anything as ridiculous as this. Aerotek is right up the street and I found that theyre very professional and their customer services is impeccable . I wouldnt recommend Adecco to anybody I care about

Been calling for 3 days no answer it’s sad your looking for work but no one wants to help what’s the point in having customer service rep if they not serving the community

If you are a minority, meaning darker than beige, do not apply here. They have several racist “supervisors” or “leads” who always tell them not to send black people. How do I know? I sat when they were interviewing and I heard them talk about it. They are unprofessional, you can tell they are not that educated and do not treat people with courtesy.It is a shame that companies hire third parties like adecco to asssist with their staffing needs when they can not recruit and can not properly communicate to us, the “temps” what their client is seeking.Stay away, go to Spherion or Aerotek. Do not waste your time here for two hours just to be told you do not qualify.As for the gentleman with the tattoos and bad record, lawsuit!!! They can not discriminate based on your appearance or your record after being hired.

I found them nice proficient and professional with a sharp scheduling and process.

They never answer the phone & they are racist.

A friend refer me to this job....I always came on time and prepared while I was being trained...but apparently they fired me for some unexplained reason...I hadnt been at the job for no longer than a week...the supervisor of the department I was working in had dry humor and everytime she made a dry joke I would just look at her....I tried to fake laugh but not a funny bone in my body would allow it to happen.....I guess it rubbed her the wrong way.
