I needed tires for my 1992 Nissan Sentra SE and my friend Rosemary let me know about Louie and his staff. When I called, Wes answered the phone and he is so very kind and has excellent customer service skills over the phone and in person. I made my appointment with him and when I came in Wes was the one working on my car too. I got to talk to Louie for a few minutes and what a wonderful shop owner and worker he is too. They are very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable in their expertise of business and their prices are FANTASTIC!!! When your car is done, they take the time to go over the stuff they did to your car and show you the results before and after they replaced your tires and alignment . They dont try and sell you stuff you dont need and are happy to answer all your questions and get you back on the road safely. I didnt get to meet all of his staff but Im sure they are just as fabulous!! Great job guys!!! I will be coming back and also letting others know about Jewel Tires when they are in need of tires.
