I have had a claim for over 45 days now and have not spoken to my agent in 25 days.Spoke to the manager one week ago and he assured me that my agent (Victor Salas) would be calling me back within one hour. I have not heard back anything from either of them yet.Depleted Funds for rental Within the first two weeks of my claim, have been without vehicle for over a month now and no word from my Kemper Insurance Claims dept, nor my agent (Victor Salas).My hands are tied and I feel like I am being scammed, I am even wondering if this is a real insurance company.
Worst insurance company ever! They will stretch out your claim till youre ready to sue them. They took almost 3 months to finally pay me. Do not reccomend AT ALL..👎👎
They are hard to get ahold of. Sometimes you end up being transferred to infinity who will not serve you. Sometimes you end up getting transferred to progressive which you do not have a policy through. You may be routed to commercial and then again you may be routed to personal you never know. Once again its a frustrating process to get somebody on the phone.
