Having recently launched my agency under Dave’s guidance, I have had access to many perks. I’ve been able to utilize the knowledge of his staff to develop my office in its early stages. Everyone has been incredibly reliable and ready to assist at all hours of the day. They’ve aided me in building a strong marketing strategy that has driven rapid growth in my new agency.

The people at this office are exceptionally responsive. David Gamble has assembled a full team that can support agents across all our product lines. For newer agents and staff, the training that they have available is the best in the industry. They office is constantly hosting continued education classes that range from life and financial services to commercial. In addition, the promotions that the office runs do a great job of motivating not only agents, but also the staff. Finally, I appreciate that the recruiting team at the office has been persistent about referring new staff candidates to my office. As a former district manager, I have a lot of respect for the operation that Dave manages.

I began working with insurance in 2012 and the journey has been an excellent experience. Dave’s office comes with a lot of perks. I’ve heard that other dms don’t offer the same level of support that we receive. The district office employs a variety of specialists including Jeff who is a master of commercial and Mary who focuses on life. When I need something from them or Dave, they’re always available to help. In fact, Dave recently offered to hold weekly meetings with me to ensure that I have all the tools I need to continue to grow. I appreciate how much passion he has for his business and for Farmers.

As a new Farmers agent, starting my own business has been a great experience. Becoming an agency owner has been a smooth process from the recruitment stage to opening my location. I couldn’t be happier with the district that I am a part of. My district manager has done a great job at building up a team of product line specialists who are always there to lend their expertise. I feel like the district is my own personal team who is there to enable my growth.

Dave is a talented manager. His office provides over 100 years of generational experience that I can draw on for aid. While a preestablished book is beneficial in this industry, I have experienced significant growth in my business despite opting to develop organically. Only recently have I started to yield a return on my investment, however I feel that I am building something that will pay dividends for decades to come. The team at this office has been essential to my success.

I work for the Mark Hebson Agency within David Gamble’s district. Chris at the district office has been great for providing support. He is highly responsive and always accessible. For the rest of the office, calls are like roulette – I never know if I need to dial the office or peoples’ cells. Occasionally, neither of these approaches work. When the district is responsive, the variety of people at the office can be helpful but they are lacking a claims liaison.Dave is highly focused on creating a competitive atmosphere and this means publishing our numbers throughout the district. While the approach may work for some agencies, I don’t feel motivated by this tactic. Finally, the district office needs to prioritize smaller agencies instead of focusing on experienced and successful agents. Ultimately we appreciate all of your support!

This agency is the most incredible, supportive group of people . I am so happy to be part of the agency during the time I worked with Farmers . I have learned so much from the leaders. As a California native, I have owned an agency under Farmers Insurance since the 80’s. I have a passion for my business and am still satisfied with my decision to become an insurance agent. In my tenure, I’ve educated myself about the industry and I’ve seen district managers come and go. Given the amount of experience we have, there’s not a huge need for support from the district office. That said, if we ever need anything, they’re on it. Mary Deckman in particular has been an excellent resource for quoting and binding life policies. One of the guys in my office, Frank has a 19-year-old son. Frank told his son that if he ever wants to get into the insurance business, Dave Gamble is the way to go to be successful.My main concern is with the company. I don’t want to see Farmers pull away from allowing us to provide the level of support our customers deserve. We need to be able to do what’s right for our customers instead of being forced to focus on sales.

I first heard about my now DM, David Gamble when he participated in Thank America’s Teachers and awarded a teacher at my daughter’s school. Beginning the process of pursuing my Life and Health license, through becoming appointed as an insurance agent, my career change has come with an incredible amount of support. Everyone at the district office has been highly accessible to assist me with those one-off issues. The team there has come to feel like family.

While there are other district managers that offer varying levels of support, in my experience, Dave has the most effective systems in place to help agents. Dave Gamble is one of the best dms at Farmers. He is supportive. He provides guidance and encouragement which is often needed. He cares what happens to his agents. His Commercial Expert Jeff McMillian works his heart out to help you succeed in your commercial business efforts. He is very clever and inventive on finding ways to write business the right way. Mary Deckman- could not ask for a better life specialist. She will help you win your case with great tips and ideas. I learned from a friend who was a Farmers Agent in this district when I was researching insurance careers. Due to his recommendation, I got in contact with Dave’s office and discovered highly supportive staff backing him. Coming from outside the industry, the Farmers program offered a very smooth career transition to selling insurance. I could not say enough if I had all the time in the world. District 58 is amazing. I have worked with Farmers for many years and have never come across a District that is so helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and kind. Everyone who makes up this district is a true treasure. From the staff in the district office to the quality of agents in this district, everyone is fantastic. I personally have felt supported and appreciated every step of the way. I appreciate all the training, personal one on one time, pep talks, advice, marketing ideas, system help, etc. Dave Gamble is the driving force for this district, and it shows. All the special gifts he gives in such a kind and humble way, flow down to his staff. I have been working under Dave at the district office for over 5 years. My job in the office is to help develop products and train agents with their Personal Lines insurance needs (Home, Auto, Specialty). Along with training and development I work with agents to troubleshoot issues and help review policies. My goal is to provide a resource for new and experienced agents to make sure their customers are getting the best service possible.
